Hotel was clean, rooms were very nice, however we were on the fourth floor and the elevator was out of order in the morning during breakfast and check out. We were also disappointed that the bar closes at 10,

I had to ask for a room switch 3 times until I got a clean, unoccupied room. The first two rooms were visibly dirty and one had faulty light fixtures, and the third was still occupied. My fourth and final room was decent and clean. The furniture was visibly worn out, and the pillows provided no support. Breakfast was delicious and the service at the restaurant was excellent, but the room quality deters me from staying at a Springhill Suites again.

For a terrible room, with noisy neighbors and we had to complain to the front desk, but the noisy didn’t go down all night

complimentary breakfast was good; fitness center was decent - could use a few more strength training machines; no waiting for elevators; lots of available luggage caddies to transport bags from/to vehicle & room; easy check-in and check-out; easy tv streaming.

No ice on the first floor wasnt my favorite. We tried to go to the bar but it wasnt open yet and the bartender was a little snappy. We didnt wait for him to open after that and it made me not want to try the restaurant. I also paid for upgraded wifi. However, I was told by the front desk to retry so I did several times. Never got the better wifi service but I did get charged 5xs for the upgrade attempts.

The hotel employee who answered the phone was rude and even lied about being able to issue a refund. She said “third party reservation companies are difficult to work with and prevent the hotel from issuing refunds.” I called Expedia and they confirmed that the HOTEL denied the refund. I called Aubrey at the hotel again and she tried to deflect responsibility. Would not book at this hotel.

Stay was okay. However, I asked for a room that was accessible. I didn’t get it. Was able to use the toilet but couldn’t take a shower. Bed was comfortable. Not sure if I would stay there again.

We booked a room because of the photos online. I could have picked from several hotels in the area. Unfortunately we were given a handicapped room that did NOT resemble the photos online when I booked. The cleanliness was below standard. There were stains on the wall and baseboards in the bath along with mold in the Tub/shower. The room was not represented by the photos online.

We love the pristine facilities. The size of the rooms. The ability to work in one section of the room without disturbing anyone from sleeping. The rooms has automatic deadbolts and another safety switch. The breakfast was great and the staff throughout was super friendly. love the location to freeways and the over 300 plus wineries. Though we didn't get to enjoy we will be back and staying at this location.

We called ahead to let the hotel know we would be a little late as we had be hiking in Big Sur on our out of state vacation. When we arrived at 11and were informed that our room had been given away. We were "upgraded" to a king suite with one king bed and one pullout twin couch. We had five people including three adults. This was not acceptable nor comfortable. There was no apology, no attempt to offer us a discount, no attempt to make up for this. Out of the 8 hotels we stayed at on our vacation, this was by far the one we all liked the least. Additionally they kept running out of coffee during breakfast and my partners had to wait twenty minutes to get their coffee. When they had so many families staying there it was important to ensure people got in and out quickly during breakfast.

The hotel was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the service was great. The hotel was in the perfect spot to visit Morro Bay, Cayucos and Pismo without traveling too far and without spending too much on our stay. There was coffee available all day, the pool was set at 82, and the breakfast had a great assortment of hot and cold items. Our room was suite-style and, with 3 young adult children, it was the perfect size to spread out with the couch, 2 beds, a separate shower room and bathroom. There were several days that the breakfast items ran out and we had to wait a bit but the service was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend!
