The staff were friendly and nice, Bridget especially :)
The small breakfast was tasty.
Our room had enough space, though it was a bit outdated, you get what you pay for :D
Mosquito repellent and mosquito net were provided, though we didn't see any mosquitos on our trip. Bathroom was ok. Our room was cleaned every day. Wi-fi was a bit slow but worked most of the time. There's also a little pool by the main building to cool you off after exploring the area.
We can recommend this lodge for budget travelers who appreciate friendly staff and want to have a breakfast to kick off their day!

The beds had bed bugs and had limited access to meals.

Extremely extremely disappointed with this place. SMH.

Cheerful and quiet little hideaway from the main hotels and tourist traps. 50 kwacha to do your laundry for you (£2.50 approx). Make sure the air conditioning remote has batteries in it we had to buy our own and get a refund for them.

Place is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful but logistics for food preparation is poor.

It is cheap but worth every penny spend, the arwa is quiet and close to town therefore transport is cheap to every destination

LePatino BnB has a tranquil feel and offers a welcoming ambience. Structural fortification of the stairway needs improvement.

Very friendly staff. They provided good prices on tours.

Didnt like the set up of the executive room in areas such as the bathroom where the toilet pan is so close to the shower cabinet knees literally reach the shower cabinet, the roof was leaking from the rains creating a terible dump smell. The air conditioning uint wrongly located i had to change the orientation of the bed.

We went for a wedding of our cousin in Livingstone . The hitel is very clean. Improvements are required in terms of protecting customers from mosquitoes. The windows should be fitted with insect nets. The swimming pool requires painting. The bath towels require replacements. There is need to git a full body mirror. Other wise the rooms are very well kept. The workers are extremely friendly. Breakfast needs improvement

Very friendly staff! Nice location and you could walk to shops/restaurants. Delicious hot breakfast, which was included. Shower pressure was a little weak and the bathroom was not the cleanest. Good wi-fi with a fan and a/c in the room. Would recommend for a basic stay in Livingstone.

Rooms clean, bright, spacious. Staff friendly & attentive. Breakfast was quite fresh & delicious. Great location for being close to nearby restaurants. Pool was undergoing maintenance. Lovely, intimate stay overall.

The LePatino B&B was a big surprise. It was clean, the service was good and it was really very price worthy. It is well located and close to the markets and restaurants. Our only complaint was the breakfast which needs some attention.

The Hotel is very nice and clean. However my stay was not very nice due to the bad management of the Hotel. As I arrived there was no free room for me although I had booked and payed 4 months in advance. I was told I would have to spend the first night in another hotel, which was a really cheap Guest House, without WiFi and of poor quality (my room was full of ants), not to be compared with Le Patino B&B.
After I got very angry and after a long discussion with the management we found a solution with partly refund ad complementary dinner, so I decided to calm down and enjoy my stay in Livingstone. But then again on my last day nothing worked out: the taxi which had to bring me to the airport was not ordered as agreed upon, and in the whole hotel there was not one single bottle of water for the customers (which is normally included in the room). The Staff is not reliable, the only person who seems to know what to do is Jacqueline, who is really nice and tries her very best but of course she is not always around. I was really disappointed with this hotel!

The day before I arrived at the hotel, my bag was stolen with my important medicine every day. Is the manager of the hotel who personally accompany us to the hospital to find my medicine so that I can continue my next 25 days of travel. Thanks again to the hotel manager.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel with very simple and basic rooms, located only a ten minute walk from the central part of Livingstone.
The pool was clean and quite nice, but what we appreciated absolutely most was all the staff! They were super friendly, always joking and being helpful...

We definitely had a bad experience on the last night we were trying to make a cup of tea when the plug on the kettle went on fire has your adapter was cheap and nasty

This hotel was very basic, but the best value for money on the Livingstone side of Victoria Falls. After staying in several backpackers, this hotel was a welcome relief with hot showers and comfy beds! There was even free WiFi and a very tasty free breakfast. My room had a mini fridge and supplies to make some tea/coffee. Reception was great for organizing taxi transfers for the airport or to go to dinner. No real downsides, just don't expect too much.

Whens arrived I was greated with a smile from Carol and began check in process right away. Moments later I was greater with an ice cold drink, from Peter, (who also makes delicious free egg breakfast in the morning!), which was perfect cuz I had walked from the bus station with my bag in the ridiculously hot African afternoon sun. Dont make my mistake. Although it is a short distance, take a taxi. Carol made sure to ask me how things were with my room and stay any time she say me in the hotel. Along with the other fabulous staff. Wifi worked well. Free continental breakfast was delicious. Room was spacious and clean. Had good mosquito nets. Flat screen tv with lots of channels. A pool that was clean and inviting. The only thing that I could have maybe kind of complained about, was the shower water pressure was a bit low. But it worked fine so I didnt. Every evening I got back a bit late, and was happily greeted by the night staff.I only had planned to stay two nights, but enjoyed the city and hotel so much I stayed for four!

After some misunderstanding on the day of my arrival,my stay has been really pleasant! The stuff is really helpful (and I have to admit here that I may overreacted a bit and I'm apologizing for this here and in person) and the hotel is at a really convenient location at the heart of livingstone.I am visiting them again before the end of April!
