Good location as far as close to everything. There is a Jack and Jill adult store next door but they tall privacy fences around the hotel prevented my kids from noticing. Staff was friendly, attentive, and the rooms were very clean and great sizes. We booked the family 2 room suite which wasn't updated like the single room we booked for my mom, so as far as aesthetics go theres definitelyroom for improvement there. My moms room looked beautiful with the new floors and refurbished bathroom for whatever it's worth. Pool was nice but on the small side. The bathroom water pressure/temps were great. The beds however were not so great. Between the 2 rooms there were 4 beds total. My moms king and one of our three queens were uncomfortably firm. The other two felt like the center would concave at any moment. Overall we were all happybwith our stay and thankful for the last minute accommodations.

Was able to see the room prior to paying for it. Older nostalgic motel but our room was remodeled in its entirety and was great-everything modern updates. Quite, close to stores, restaurant,, beach only 13 minutes away. Safe area. Only an over night stay but would stay again. The pool was open and working!!

We stay in hotels around the beaches quite a bit and this one has been my least favorite. The location is in a weird intersection that is difficult to get in and out of. The room was mediocre as far as cleanliness. Coffee grounds left on the counter top and coffee maker, there was sand on the floor. The beds are uncomfortable, pillows are flat. I asked for extras and got the side eye but he did end up giving them to me. There was three of us in the room and only two sets of towels. After a long scorching day at the beach, we just wanted a shower. The last thing I wanted to do was haggle for another set of towels. After some negotiation I was given an extra towel. The AC was GREAT! What a welcome treat to have a cool room after a hot exhausting day. The pool was fun. We met some other friendly guests so that made our stay a little better. This hotel is close to everything in Venice. The pier, beach and all the shopping.

Stayed there with my mom, 2 sisters, and daughter. Service was great and very comfortably fit all 5 of us in 1 room. Great price, clean pool, and friendly staff. Furthermore, the kitchen was clean and we were able to use the oven. Highly recommend!

Very clean, great bed and shower water pressure. The pool was wonderful. The desk clerk was very helpful with the TV. Great value!

I have stayed at 100’s of places over the years as a salesman, this is by far the smallest room I have ever stayed in … have no issue with service or cleanliness but grossly overpriced… spring break or not, grossly overpriced!!

I liked the location. They did a nice job on the update and remodel. I like being able to park right by the room The ice machine ran out of ice, but that was a minor thing.

The beds were horrible, the room/Inn was an old quaint motel from 50 years ago. Needs an overhaul, the fridge you could not close door because the drawer was not proper bin so you needed to force the door closed. The coffee maker was broken and you needed to hold the coffee pot up so the coffee would drain from the filter area.
The bathroom was decent, could use an upgraded curtain as I’m sure it came from the dollar store, the bathroom sink, the hot water handle dispensed cold, and the cold one ran hot water. Great little place but needs ALOT of upgrading and would be the most comfy old style Florida motel you see in the old photos of years ago…

The owners are diligently improving this old motel. newly remodeled room, full size fridge, kitchenette ect. New paint everywhere. Way nicer than I thought when looking at it on line. Would definately stay again.

The room seems to have just been redone so it was nice and clean. We asked for a no disturb sign and put it on the outside of the door. When we came back, the room had been straightened and there was a cute towel creature on the bed shaped like an elephant so it was very sweet. However, we don't like anyone entering our room when we are gone. Not at all. Another issue we had is the water coming out of their system is yellow. So yellow that when the toilet is flushed, it looks like it has urine in it. We let the faucet run for a while but it never changed. Honestly we really didn't want to brush our teeth or shower in it but we didn't have a choice. Other than that, it was a good stay. Clean and quiet, nice room for the price.

I booked a room with queen beds but was given a 1 bed king room. That would have been ok but the air conditioner made a very annoying sound. When asked about this the manager said that was the normal sound. We were finally given another room with 2 queen beds and no annoying air conditioner sounds. The rest of our stay was fine. Quiet and convenient to dining options.
It is obviously in the process of updating at the motel and it will look very nice when done.

Extremely clean room that apparently had recently been painted. The tile in the bathroom shower and walls was pristine. Though I did not use them, the room had a sink, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and table that would have made it possible to prepare foods and not go out to a restaurant. Compared to other hotels in the area, it was reasonably priced.

We stayed new year's eve. Our room was very large and clean so met our needs. A couple suggestions though. Ceiling fans cant be on unless the can lights are on so cant use them at night. Blackout curtains would help, as the light came through the blinds. Nice blinds however. There was a nice kitchen but zero kitchen items other than a toaster. Bed was comfortable but no blanket, just the sheet and decorative cover, which we never ever use because, just no. But the room met our needs and was quiet.

The room was newly renovated but my feet got filthy walking from the bathroom to the bed. NO HOT WATER! None of the outlets worked so no charging phones.

The property was very clean and well maintained, and a good deal for the price. But it was noisy, with what seemed like semi-permanent residents talking in front of their units until late in the evening.

Motel is being updated, and I must say the new rooms a nice, clean, and modern. This is my 2nd stay here and will be coming back again. Never used the pool but other amenities were nice.
I loved the location, minutes from the beach stores.

I felt like they had a lock on the shower water faucet. Water was only cool to Luke warm. Faucet could not be turned all the way to the hot position.

So first a foremost the lady at the desk wasn’t very welcoming. But the room was worse than a “ya get what ya pay for” room. $130 for one night… yes it’s cheap but this was a $30 room! We were charged for a 3rd person, unfortunately the sofa bed that was in the room was broken!! So $10 bucks for the guy to have completely unsleepable conditions. I’ll just show ya the pictures! I’ll let you decide! But I would definitely NOT recommend this place. I wouldn’t even suggest renting it for your worst enemy. But on the bright side if you like dirt your in the right place!

Property was in good condition. Probably recently remodeled. Checkin was easy and staff was friendly. Property right off a main road do you can gear cars driving by when trying to sleep.

I was not in Florida. I tried to book a room in Pearl Beach, MI. I ended up having to drive through a severe storm to my home and had to terminate my vacation. This was not the venue's fault.

The tub was clogged and i informed them, they said it was fixed but it wasn"t. You plung it with a dirry plunger and yet every shower we stood in dirty water.The don"t know how to properly clean a room it was full of hair (not ours) when we first got there i was grossed out by how dirty it was. There was cute animals made out of towels and the staff was very friendly.Sadly the fact that we paid all that money for a shower to not drain was good enough reason to not recommend this place or ever go back
