Nice older motel. Furnishings are quite dated, but everything was clean. Location gives plenty of noise from the nearby highway, but the clerk offered a quieter room toward the back. Bed was comfortable and we rested well at a much lower rate than most Sebring hotels. We were satisfied.

It was a quick trip to Sebring and we got in around 1:30 in the morning. I called ahead of time and they made sure we could get into our room. I feel good about supporting local merchants.

Don't be deceived by the modest appearance of this small motel. The quality of my room far exceeded my exceptions. It was immaculate, with a very comfortable mattress. Not the typical ma-and-pa quality.

Nice place for a quick stay. No frills older motel. Room was clean and comfy and the staff was nice. Great location. No in room coffee but a Wawa across the street.

Kinda an old place but it's in pretty good condition. Clean with comfortable bed and pillows. A complaint is that the mini fridge is pretty noisy. Just as I was dozing off it turned on and startled me awake again so I had to unplug it. Also, it's probably family owned and operated so there's nobody at the desk 24x7. I needed to check out at 5am and the office was closed so I just left. Point is, if you need something while they're not there, not sure what you'd do. It's cheap per night so I'm going to give them a good rating because the complaints are minor. I got what I paid for, I left happy.

I travel enough that I'm a Diamond member at Hilton, and the cleanliness and condition of the room was better than some Embassy Suites I've stayed at over the last year. I would definitely stay here again. The Good: Extremely clean, no bugs, comfortable somewhat new feeling mattress and linens, A/C works great. Plenty of hot water. They cleaned the room every day. The Bad: No Coffee, no breakfast, but the same price as newer motels that offer both. I realize that the market is competitive, and older places like this probably don't get the same number of travelers but these are basic items that are noticeably missing.

Its a 1950s motel never updraded. The front desk took 5 minutes to inter my card One hour later fraud was reported on my card! Tv channels was extremey limited.

We used this for a stopover for two nights. Visiting our daughter 5 minutes away during the day. Hotel doesn't look like much, but it was clean, which is what mattered. Would stay in this one again.

On main road, traffic is heavy, needs updating curb appeal …. Easy abscess to room, clean and friendly…. Bathroom has nice walk in shower…. Price is right!

Older property but well maintained. Paint was fresh, very clean linens, bathroom and carpet. Don’t be put off by dated pictures. Owners were very kind. Would definitely stay again.

This is an old property trying to stay in business with friendly staff and clean rooms. It did not have any smell and was quite clean. The manager on duty was beyond helpful in any request that I had and found him most pleasant and one of the best part of our stay.

Room was next to an area where smoking was allowed. Guest were still outside talking until 2 am. No access code provided for Internet access at sign in.

You owe me a refund i paid you and never got the room because the owner said he wasnt paid ill send you the confirmation and another card to return the gunds on becuse the card got hacked dealind with expedia thank a hurricane hit here my home is gone and this is what you helped me with

Pleasantly surprised, older but well maintained place, bathroom rather small but workable and has had basic updates done over time. Comfy beds and pillow and did not notice any noise from neighbors or surrounding area. Excellet value therefor and pretty much right in the city, close to downtown and not far at all from the racetrack.
