Right on the interstate very noisy. Breakfast not available like Expedia said. Hole in the ceiling -was someone watching? Hard beds. Never again.

The hotel and staff were great however there is no room in the parking lot if you are pulling a trailer of any kind. The lot is only large enough for single vehicle parking.

Happy to have a clean hotel. Things were in good shape. We had fuze go out in our room and front desk asked us to fix it ourselves in our room which of course we did but thought that was a bit odd. Not a big deal though.

The pillows are awful. Woke up with a headache and sore neck. Bed was not comfortable either. Had to switch rooms as the breaker for the fridge kept tripping and we had food we needed to stay cold.

It was a nice hotel but the lazeboy was ripped up. Booked my room for the wrong date online and couldn’t get a refund. So was forced to pay twice

Stayed her 2 years ago. Hotel was more run down now. Constantly had to get me key reprogrammed at front desk. No one is ever at the desk.

We were right by the highway and didn’t hear anything. The building was well insulted from noise. The room was basic but had a convenient kitchenette.

Better than Super 8 but pretty plain Jane room. I thought the room was clean enough. For some reason, no free breakfast.

We stay at this hotel often when traveling to our second home in MT. Always clean, staff very friendly and helpful and great rooms!

We weren’t able to check in at check in time as they were short staffed and the room hadn’t been cleaned yet. This is no fault of the staff working as they did their best and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The housekeeper was an absolute delight and pleasure to meet. Nice and quiet hotel, if they are able to resolve the staffing issues so 1 or 2 people aren’t having to manage it all it could be wonderful. In the meantime, I hope the few lovely staff working there get a well deserved raise.

The key card access to the back door doesn't work. It was very inconvenient as I was standing in the rain trying to get in to the hotel. When I mentioned it to the desk staff, the comment was ya, it does work! Really, how about fixing it. At 7:30 am there was no coffee in the air pots & there didn't seem to be anyone around to make more.

We liked the grass around the property for our dog however the poop bag holder outside was empty but we did have our own bags. Did like that they had a garbage can outside. The hotel was clean and quiet. We liked the room kitchen amenities, bed and pillows we’re comfortable. We did notice the recliner in the room was worn as seen in other reviews and is still in the same condition as nobody uses it like it is.

Great hotel. Great people. The room was clean and well equipped with a stove, fridge and coffee maker. The room itself was spotless. The bed was comfortable and there was a choice of soft or firm pillows. The bathroom was spotless as well. Definitely a must stay

We stayed on a Sunday night...TV did not work. When we mentioned it at the front desk, they said "try unplugging it and plugging it back in again." That did not work. When checking out, they said "Sorry." The same week, we stayed on a Wednesday night. Upon arrival at 6:45pm, our room had not been yet cleaned, so the very kind gal at the front desk cleaned our room very well (as she was also trying to watch the front desk!)
When checking out, we again mentioned we had to wait for 45 minutes upon arrival for our room to be cleaned. Again, we got "Sorry".
I felt we should have received some sort of compensation for the trouble we had to go through. Had we not already prepaid for the room, we would have gone somewhere else.
We will never stay at a MY PLACE again.

Unfortunately we did not realize this hotel is designed as longer term stay. We were in process of driving 2500 miles in 2 1/2 days which meant stop, have a drink in our room, go for dinner. In morning have breakfast then leave. No ice machine as fridge had one but no ice. No breakfast in morning! We will never stay at one of their chains again as our stays are always 1 night.

Very nice hotel. Front desk was very helpful. Room was great, beds very comfortable. There was a kitchen, which I wasn't expecting. Next time we will bring food!

My stay was Great! It my first time staying at a ‘’My Place Hotels’’ an I felt completely comfortable, tv channels are plenty, there’s everything you need.

Room chair was missing leather covering and the bed was barely a queen. Probably a full size.

Clean room and easy check-in. There was a wind chill warning while we were there and the front desk staff was helpful in resetting the breaker for the parking lot lights so we could plug in an engine block heater. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Easy walk to the Paradiso Mexican Restaurant which was great. Pet friendly too which is a plus because we regularly travel with our dogs.

Great stay at Jamestown for a hunting trip. The staff were polite and always around if we needed something. The room was clean and comfortable. We will be back!

Check in was terrible! It was prepaid on Expedia, yet at the hotel it didn’t show I paid so they charged me again! I will have to check with CC to see if both went thru! It took about an hour to check in!:(:( very frustrating!!

It wasn’t particularly fancy or special but it was clean and comfortable and that’s the most important. So you can’t go wrong staying here!

Not a place to stay if you are on vacation. Parking lot was full of work pickups. No breakfast, no ice machine, they don’t try too hard.

I booked a room specifically because it had a recliner in it. The recliner was in bad condition. Most of the vinyl on the head rest rubbed off and still flaking. Both arm rests were damaged. The decision off the hotel to keep this chair in a room made me concerned about the hotel management decisions in other areas such as laundering sheets and towels in a sanitary manner.
The hotel seemed to charge as high a price as other hotels that offered breakfast. Yet they only offered food to purchase.
This was our first stay at a "my place" hotel. We will not choose this chain again.
