Our girls had a great time in the pool area and loved the slides, hot tub and how both pools were connected. The pool area was very clean and plenty of towels for drying off after swimming.
The room needed a good dusting and we did find a dirty plastic fork laying on the floor in our room, but overall the room was clean and comfortable.
Would definitely stay here again!

Ck in and out was great. The only problem i had was the shower drain was plugged up so i was standing in ankle deep water when i got dwon. Which also made the tub very very slippery to stand on. Pool area was also slippery.

Nice place but room didn't look like it was vacuumed. Pieces of something white on the floor no trash can liners.

Room wasn’t as clean as it has been in the past. Breakfast options weren’t as great either. The pool had way too much chlorine

Hotel was fine. Room was comfortable. Didn’t find the staff that friendly or helpful. Breakfast options weren’t great and somewhat lacking. Workout room had overflowing garbage, TVs on machines didn’t work. Grounds of the hotel were littered with garbage

We love staying at this hotel when we are going between our ranch in Montana and home state of Wisconsin. Super kind, welcoming and friendly staff. Nice pool area(but water slides are way too fast clocking in about 78mph😉) and nice breakfast. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and overall wonderful place to stay.

Nice hotel off the interstate that was quiet. My only complaints were that there was some garbage left from previous guest, no lotion In the bathroom, conditioner bottle was empty, and the hotel coffee wasn’t great. But otherwise the staff was great, pool was amazing, breakfast tasted good, and overall a great place to stay. Would stay again.

Bed had blood stain under sheets that was never cleaned. Shower water was luke warm.

I tried to check in and no one at the front desk for 10 mins. I wanted to stay at a different place I bought insurance but was told they could not refund because I did not meet the 24 hr notice. I thought that is what I bought the insurance for? Need to clean the phone & clock it was dirty on check in. Remote wouldn’t work most of the time for tv. Deadbolt did not lock.

It was quiet, and able to sleep during the morning to noon hour when this can be a busy time with cleaning and people in and out.

Love the big spacious rooms, and staff is friendly and kind. Great location and the kids loved the swimming! Definitely recommend

Checked in with my service dog and AST Mngr told me my service dog was an emotional support dog and would not let me stay. Asked for documentation which is illegal. I showed him my service dog ID but was then told that it was fake. After explaining in law he went in the back and “called” the general manager who he said agreed with him, but would not let me speak to the. After over 30 minutes of arguing I told him I would be contacting my lawyer and would be taking legal action. He then all of a sudden changed his mind and allowed me to stay. Unacceptable to do this to a combat injured veteran with a service dog. What happened is against state and federal law and is a misdemeanor if I called the cops. Horrible service.

Having a two slides was a nice feature. The pool deck is large unlike many other hotels where you do not have much space there’s plenty of seating for the continental breakfast the large shower was also a nice feature.

From the time we checked in until we checked out everyone at the hotel was great to work with. Breakfast was good and the overall condition of the hotel was very good!

I love the fact they have a nice big shower and they have full size pumps of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower for guests!

We were very happy with our stay! Room was awesome, comfortable, spotless and looked well cared for. The shower was so nice and roomy! Pool area was great, with not one but two slides! No excuse to leave on an empty stomach, the breakfast area had a great choice of foods to satisfy everyone and tasty coffee to get you going! We will definitely stay again!

Super clean, friendly staff, with a beautiful lounge and steak restaurant to end your day in. The gym is state of art and so clean. Walkable to many restaurants and parks. Loved this place!!!

Loved the waterpark area for the kids. Not huge like great wolf lodge, but a nice variety for a fraction of the price without lifeguards. Kids had a blast. Rooms were comfortable and had a nice selection of food for breakfast.

Hotel is excellent. I’m on a trip on a budget. Booked through Expedia and payed ahead. The front desk person charged me again after I showed him reservation and told him I had already paid. Now it will be days to get the $200 back. Pretty lame. Other than that, I’d stay again. I mean the guy who did it was absolutely nice as can be. Very friendly. I

The breakfast lady was very rude both mornings, was charged $40 to replace wristbands needed for the pool, and there was a used bar of soap in my shower upon check-in

The breakfast lady was very rude it was completely uncalled for whether she was having a bad day or not. The sheet under the sheet was gross we didnt even use that there was something all over it. The pool area didn't have any towels. Our friends when they booked 3 weeks in advance asked for a room next door to ours. We ended up on the same floor but opposite sides of it. Usually we have a good experience at this hotel. This time it just wasn't good. We went here for my sons birthday this was what he wanted. So this hotel and trip was his present. I didn't take pictures of the issues we just made the best of everything.

The hot tub was cold even after i mentioned it to a staff member the temp of the water never got warmer. The area around the pool was gross with garbage, hair and other things. The shower water only was lukewarm. The breakfast didnt offer many options especially for kids.

The receptionist appeared distracted and asked why I was in Jamestown and where I worked. Not really sure why that mattered since the weather was severe and had nothing to do with where I worked. She lacked warmth and approachability.
