The hotel is very nice, and seems to have an amazing staff from the few I interacted with. Great breakfast, comfortable beds, nice tvs in the room.

The associate that checked us in was amazing. She remembered us by name and was extremely cordial. You could tell she really loved her job. I can’t remember her name but she called us Miss Kristine and Miss Jessica. She deserves a raise for her customer service alone. Breakfast was great the next morning. It was very nice.

Hotel was very clean as was our room. Breakfast was great! Different options each day was a nice change from your average hotel breakfast. Beds were comfortable. The hot tub was nice after a long day of driving.

This place exceeded our expectations. Clean and cozy. Carlos at the front desk is so helpful and nice. The pool was really fun for the kids. We will definitely stay here again when passing through Cortez.

Nice clean place to stay with a view of mountains. Close walking distance to some good restaurants. We stayed here as it was a few miles from Mesa Verde National Park. Good breakfast as it is a Hampton Inn.

I love Hampton Inns and this one was exactly what I’ve come to expect with the exception on the upholstered furniture in the room. Both the desk chair and the easy chair needed some cleaning.
The people at the front desk were wonderful both in the evening when we checked in snd as we checked out in the morning.

The only thing I can think of that could be improved was that front desk staff was friendly but coughing so I would hope any staff recovering from flu or any virus would wear a mask and sanitize between guest check-ins until fully healthy. Loved that it was so quiet in our room.
Breakfast was excellent esp the green chile stew.

The WI Fi signal was not strong; it kept fading. In addition, the usually great breakfast was quite disappointing. No hot eggs!!!

Wonderful! We were so comfortable, the beds were great, the pool was warm, the workout room was fantastic and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again!

Property was well maintained, the staff courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and attractive. However, if you have Apple devices the internet doesn't work (I brought iPhone, Ipad, and Mac, and none of them could work on their internet--even after paying for premium service.) Also I had terrible problems with noisy guests, even after I changed rooms. Heard loud booms continuing till 3:00 am--even after I changed floors. Perhaps this was unavoidable, but having no Internet while on a business trip was something that would make me want a different hotel.

Worst breakfast I have ever had at a Hampton Inn. Hardly any cereal, lack of milk and fresh oatmeal. It was pathetic. In fact they had hot water in the oatmeal cooker that you had to pour over bagged oatmeal. I deserve a refund like your guarantee says.

Property is decent but the lobby locks around dusk, and your room key does not get you in. You have to wait for a night staff person to buzz you in. The night staff person was frequently not at the front desk, and in the back doing other things. The staff person the evening we checked in was really rude and annoyed that she had to help us check in. Toilet in our room didn’t flush properly and ran all night. The view from our room was the heating and cooling system for the hotel and roof walls. Reminded me of staying in New York City. Breakfast not good and a noteworthy amenity in my opinion.
