Wonderful hotel very private with beach access. Could use a different way to access the walkway to the beach. You had togo through the frontdesk and dining area, or all the way to the parking and go through the pool area..

So upon arrival we learned we had to go up a floor to reach the lobby. Parking area is under hotel. I booked this hotel because their photos give off the idea that the hotel is on the beach. My in-laws are 70 and have a hard time walking and wanted to see the beach. The photos gave off a vibe that you walk out the door to a poolside beach. There is actually an elevated walkway that you have to take to reach the beach that goes down but the walk back up was pretty tough. Also I hopped floors for two days and all the ice machines weren’t functioning. I had to go to the front desk to get ice. If you have any trouble walking be careful where you book. The room was clean, and most of the staff was friendly. however the reason we took the trip was so they could enjoy the beach however they never made it to the sand so it was a waste of $500 for the room and the 4 hour drive to get there. I did voice my concern when we arrived but we were locked in with expedia and no rooms were available in the area so we had to stay. I’m posting an honest review for others. This would be a great place for families with children .

The Hotel and staff as well as Amenities were excellent! The experience with Expedia was horrible but the very helpful staff at Courtyard took care of the issues! 5 stars for Courtyard and staff!! Negative 5 stars for Expedia

Very nice Beachfront Hotel and a quite and small property located right on this beautiful white sanded and mesmerizing beach of the Okaloosa Island. Rooms are very nice and clean and the hotel service was excellent . We are definitely planning to return.

Overall, the stay was very pleasant. Only two real complaints to mention and one of them is just a personal preference more than a legitimate complaint. I went to get ice and the ice maker on every floor was broken. Not a deal breaker but disappointing nonetheless. The second thing was the shower design. It was one of those open concept doors with half a glass door near the shower head but the other side was wide open. It made it difficult to take a real hot shower as your backside is always exposed to open air. Like I said, not a legitimate complaint as much as a personal preference. Overall not too bad.

Everything was top notch, except that the pool was not accessible due to repairs being done.

Absolutely great stay! Nothing bad to say. Very clean and I’m extremely particular about that. Would stay again.

Our room was located where drain pipes were very noisy - yes it was raining but it was weird and loud to hear water freely running in the walls

Stayed here only one night during a business trip. Great place and would love to go back sometime to explore the area. Great beach! Starbucks on-site was a nice bonus.

Very clean, affordable, friendly staff, and right on the beach! The hotel is in pretty quiet area. The rooms were very clean. For added security, you needed to scan your room key to go past the lobby (loved that!) They also have a ramp that leads right to the beach - my daughter loved playing with the beach toys the front desk team gifted her. Will definitely stay here again!

The service was exceptional from check in to check out. The housekeeper Chun was Especially helpful. We needed extra housekeeping in the room and she was so pleasant and more than accommodating to help us. would definitely recommend to others.

Our First stay at this Hotel. Absolutely loved it . Great Views. Loved that they had a nice restaurant and bar inside this hotel. They even had live music in the bar area all 3 nites we stayed. Michael the bartender was great. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I liked that you needed to have a guest card to access any floors above the parking and lobby. I wish that there would have been less parking under columns but I appreciated that the parking was free. I liked having the ocean view. It is too bad that there aren't balconies on this property. However with the building location, I don't know that having a balcony would make much of a difference since it would be over a parking lot instead of beachfront.

The staff was great. I did get put In a room that did not have a work a/c unit. Super hot so they moved me. The second room was fine. I must say the pool area outside needs major updating and seem to be run down. No staff in the kitchen for drinks there.

For $300/night, outside appearance was unappealing. Carpets were shabby.

The bistro and poolside bar was not open as advertised our entire state. We paid $400 a night for an average room and had to walk everywhere. Very disappointing. We booked this hotel because they had food on site so that we wouldn't have to leave the beach. The only thing that was open was the coffee shop.

Very disappointed when I checked in. Reserved a room with an ocean view and got a view of the street. The restaurant was a joke. The pool side bar was never open. When I booked no mention of a fee for beach chairs and umbrella. Won’t be back.

The hotel worked for the one night we needed it but it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it to be. Also when you pay the rates they charge to be on the beach you should have a balcony to sit out on to be able to enjoy looking at the ocean.

I have stayed in many of hotels for travel. This one is one of my favorite. Very very clean. My check in was at 4pm but I arrive at 12:30. I called and ask what was the earliest I can check in. The lady today me right now if you like. I love it. It’s right by the beach. I give it 6 star

I would like a refund. Our a/c was not vooling all night.

We were able to book it at last minute and still received excellent service, rooms was nice and clean. Beach access was private which was very nice as well.

I really like a balcony and we had small windows only, so i miss that part of a vacation... also our door lock batteries died it took over 30 minutes for them to fix it and all we got was a sorry... i didnt expect much they could had offered a drink at their store or just something small...the pool was so warm it was gross kind of...
