The entire facility and grounds were spotless. Staff everywhere were helpful and quick to serve. Food was good and buffet meals had many choices. Rooms could have had better lighting but otherwise comfortable and clean. Great towels and water was as hot as needed in the shower Highly recommended

The room itself was like a basic motel for the high price however the location and breakfast were perfect.

When we arrived at the hotel, it was liked we stepped into a dream. It was very cloudy, but beautiful none the less. The Golden Bridge and Sculptures around it were absolutely beautiful. It was a very peaceful place to spend an overnight after leaving Saigon.

The property is nice and clean. It’s conveniently located in Bana Hills for the tourists to visit the Golden Bridge without the crowds in the off hours.

Fun hotel to stay in. I do not expect that the hotel is separated from one area to another like you are in a village. It is a great unique concept :)

Property location is excellent, breakfast was amazing. Service was okay, could have been better but understandable due to Huge turn over in guests, staff appear under pressure.

Out dated hotel. Very dark. Bed isn’t comfy

Smelled absolutely awful the entire time. Like pure mold likely because of all the rain. Such a bad smell. There was construction at all hours of the night right outside the window! The room was tiny. The bed gave us both backaches.

The property and surrounding area are absolutely beautiful. Dining options in the evening were somewhat limited but that may have been due to the weather and the time of year. Signage guiding visitors around the area and to the different attractions could be enhanced. The lighting and thermostat controls in the guest room were cumbersome. Overall, it was a great experience. I look forward to returning in the future.

Hugely frustrated by the staff that failed to mention a huge Halloween party was happening during our stay, even as we informed start our son’s birthday is on Halloween. No signs. Nothing. Just a mention of a different simple buffet. For a resort known for poor weather the options for such weather are next to none. To miss out on this due to poor staff communication and common logic is unforgivable. A bad trip could have been made better.

This is the WOW hotel. If you plan to come to Danang. You must stay at this place. It is just wow.

The property is spectacular - like being dropped into a video game! The service from check-in below from the bellmen were amazing - so efficient & friendly. There does need to be a few more front desk people who speak English because it’s an international hotel. We stayed in a family bunk room & it was near Beer Plaza. From 5 pm, there’s very loud music played and can go on until 10 pm. It was so annoying not being able to peacefully sit in the room. But that’s the problem with the entire resort plays unnecessary loud music everywhere! If you ignore the annoying music, the place is quite fun and we really enjoyed visiting the farther locations and riding rides. It is definitely worth staying a couple of nights because you won’t see anything with a one night stay. The shower tiles are very dangerously slippery. If you use any conditioner or too much soap, you will slip and hurt yourself like we did. It was really scary so you must be careful! Check out was the most annoying experience - took so long! 3 employees all occupied and not paying attention to who was standing in line first. I had to barge in when the people behind me cut in especially after I’d been waiting over 15 min. People were regularly cutting in line!

The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. The staff made us feel so welcomed during our visit. The rooms were clean but had a moldy smell from the beds. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise, it’s a great experience and we would love to go back.

Awful attitude Customer service, dreadful

If you want to avoid the crowds at Ba Na Hills, this hotel is for you! Located within the French Village, a stay here will give you 6am access to the Golden Bridge (2 hours before the crowds) alongside access to the French Village and gardens before and after the park closes to the regular guests. Comfy stay, although rooms on the smaller side, but everything you need for a fun escape.

Excellent location, great service

Was skeptical about staying overnight in Bana Hills but so glad we did. Got to enjoy the park a couple hours earlier and that made a world of difference!! Hotel was also very clean and unique. Bell boy, Jerry was super helpful!!

Amazing property

This hotel is inside the beautiful French village. Overall everything for this hotel is good. There are a few things need to be improve of the quality of WI-FI and staff should be quite good English communicate, because here is popular tourist attraction.

Beautiful place

For the price of a king room per night, one could rent a serviced apartment in Danang or Hoi An for an entire month. Absolutely zero consideration is given for noise, (there was a door that led to the room next to mine, I could hear them in the toilet it was in need of that much privacy). “King room” was on the ground floor, with loud music going until late, and starting again from 6am. Bathrooms are designed with absolutely zero privacy. Room was 250 dollars for the night, did not include transportation up the cable car, which was another 45 Aussie dollars per ticket. Will never ever return to the Grand Mercure Bana Hill after this experience and I would be very surprised if other travellers don’t feel the same way that I do. I have left feeling severely disappointed.
