Very clean room but the beds remind e starting at grandmas. Between the hardness and the old school noises of the springs it wasn’t great. Other than the beds the room was great especially for the price but I’ve paid more for less. A mattress topper and a nights stay would still be cheaper and dirtier than other options. Almost needed more toilet paper but thankfully we survived one night and the local cuisine.

Al ready to go.

Perfect for our bike trip. Plenty of places to eat nearby, and a laundromat.

While there are a number of places to eat in walking distance, we were impressed with the Coffee Hub food trailer. We got excellent coffee & breakfast there during our stay.

There was no fridge in room, it was clean, staff was friendly. But the beds need replaced. They were 20 yrs old and very uncomfortable. Will not stay again because of the beds .

Property was reasonable in price, staff were polite and helpful. There was no wifi available or I wasnt given PW. However that was a small thing. I would definitely use again if in area.

Was clean but very old. Comforters on the beds were lumpy and gave a poor first impression. Also smelled stale. Could use a little updating and would be a great place. Convenient place for people riding the bike trail to stay.

It’s an older facility, but kept up nicely and clean. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The young lady at check in was delightful!

Who doesn’t have Wi-Fi these days? This place doesn’t have Wi-Fi. The mattresses were so uncomfortable but if you like sleeping on rocks then go for it. My husband has breathing issues and there was so much mold around the tub. Plus our bathtub’s handle to grab on was not there but they plugged up the 2 holes. The bathtub was very slippery. We are elderly and it was not safe to use.
This place is in need of some serious remolding. Our carpet had duct tape keeping it together. Some water was on the floor and I used a hand towel to wipe it up and it was so dirty so not sure how often the floors are mopped.
It was very noisy with the traffic and people above you.
If I had known there were nicer places to stay I would have gone the extra mile.
Also don’t go to the Stone House Tavern, it was such a disappointment.
Not worth the money we spent, almost $100 a night.

The property was clean and well kept. Lots of info about the restaurant and things to around the town. A small refrigerator would have come in handy.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Coffee pot in room and my room had a bathtub. There is an ice machine on the premises; gas station around the corner; small grocery store and dining options nearby. It's a short walk to the quaint city center which is peppered with cute little antique stores and shops. I stayed for one night and there was a couple arguing loudly in the parking lot. I was concerned it might escalate so I alerted the manager who didn't seem that interested. Other than that, I was quite pleased with my stay and would recommend.

Creekwood motel is a great place for a weekend in Waynesville. Walkable distance from shops and restaurants (Downtown is actually very pleasant, with lots of antiques store and little shops) and 5 minutes drive from Caesar Creek State Park where you can enjoy beach, fishing and very cool trails

It was a small hotel, older building, but nicely maintained. No microwave or refrigerator was an unpleasant surprise.

I liked the shower/shower head. I know, weird, but I'm picky about that. Nice restaurants close by. If there was WiFi to be had, I couldn't find it, and the small square TV screen was the smallest I have seen in a very long time. It's a fine, no frills, place to stay for a quick overnight or two.

Pleasant atmosphere, very friendly staff, room was very clean and they even provided some drinks and snacks. Waynesville is one of my favorite place to visit.

Nice little motel in a nice little town. The kind we like to stay in on our motorcycle trips.
The office closes at 8pm. If you made reservations they leave your key on the laundry room door. The process to find this out involved finding the office (it is in a building next door) then finding a note on the door.
I would stay here again.

Basically.....a nice room. My brother stayed in room next to us, The Browns.
The beds were like sleeping on concrete.🙄
If that’s the best mattresses U have we won’t be staying again.😊

Called hotel to rent a room. I was told there weren't any rooms available. I was able to make same reservation online through Expedia. Got to our room and there were tons of stink bugs all over the walls and curtains and the room smelled very moldy. I went to the front desk and the attendant didn't know what to do about the bugs. She gave us a key to a different room despite that there were "no rooms available." This new room smelled better and had only 2 stink bugs that I was able to sweep out. Ceiling had multiple spots that looked like water damage. I have stayed in this motel multiple times over the last 11 years and knew I wasn't getting much in the lines of amenities and knew the beds weren't the greatest but this place has gone down hill since the last time I stayed here. I will be looking for a new place next time I come to Waynesville.

It is located in a historic town so the hotel is older but very clean and simple

Mattresses must be 50 years old or of extremely low quality. The room was allegedly non-smoking but smelled nauseatingly of tobacco and musty at the same time. There were ashtrays on all the benches outside the rooms and obviously the smoke was being pulled in thru the heat/AC units. In my opinion they charged us an outrageous fee for our 12 lb dog and we were not told that ahead of time. We know the town well and it's charming as our grandchildren live there but we had concerns about this place which unfortunately were well founded.

So when booking this hotel I understand fully that it was no frills. The idea of a quaint getaway from the “city life” was appealing for Valentine’s Day.
Let’s just say I won’t be back. I know that the “dated” look and feel of the place is a part of its charm but come on...
It’s in definite need of a paint job. The rooms could afford something to make them smell less musky (it literally smells like an antique store. It gave my wife and I a headache after a couple of hours). One of the double beds were broken. The TV was from 1997. Small bathrooms, lackluster beds, insects of all sorts in the room...the whole thing left a lot to be desired. Again, I know that you get what you pay for but honestly this room shouldn’t have cost more than $40 a night. The free sodas and bag of .25 cent chips don’t warrant $70 a night.
