First off, when we walked in we were greeted by the manager that treated us like we were family arriving home. The whole staff were amazing and personable. I have stayed at many many hotels this one far exceeds all expections. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The pool was our of towels. We informed the front desk and they said that would bring us some to the pool. After waiting about 45 min we had to track some down. House keeping did not come to our room. And the thermostat was broken making sleeping uncomfortable. To be fair we did not report the last one, but we didn't want to have to relocate everything to another room.

Nice hotel don’t like the shower layout though

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel wasn’t pleasant. The room was dirty, bathroom door was broken, refrigerator broken, not enough towels, the hot tub was not operable with functioning jets, the absence of chlorine in both hot tub and swimming pool, the business center printer needed ink and the front desk clerk couldn’t assist with printing document from the front desk and carpet nasty.

Nice hotel. Free breakfast would be nice bonus. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

This property was quiet, safe and had plenty of parking. I wish the hotel offered a buffet breakfast so that getting your food would be faster.

Like that it was quiet and peaceful. Also had good customer service. Wasn't quite found of the shower kind of would have liked it to have a full shower door. But besides that had a good day stay.

No microwave in the room, which was odd

I booked two rooms at the same time, It was for my family so I assumed they would be adjoining rooms. upon arrival I found out they would not be. John at the front desk was helpful in getting us rooms across from each other. The room that was adjoining to mine had their tv on very loud even into 1am and then again they woke us up at 6am with their tv. The next morning I spoke with a different girl at the front desk about moving rooms and getting my two rooms together. She said not a problem and it will be fixed when we got back that evening. She did not relay this message to anyone so when we returned that night we didn't even have rooms. John made the best out of what he had to work with and was able to get us two rooms on a different floor away from the loud room. I knew going in that the breakfast was not free, which was okay, but I was surprised they didn't even offer free coffee in the morning in the lobby. The beds were very firm and we did not sleep well on them. The pool was nice and clean and my son enjoyed it. We did appreciate the big lobby area with large tables so we could play board games in the evening and not have to play them in our rooms. Overall I would not book a stay here again.

When I walked in I waited over five minutes to be greeted and checked in. Got to my room there was no soap in the bathroom, no coffee cups or coffee. I asked the front desk and was told they were out of everything. Then within the hour I realized the central air conditioner was not working. The temperature was stuck on 71degrees. I had to change rooms. Again that room was not stocked with soap or coffee either. We went downstairs for dinner and was served cold mashed potatoes and cold vegetables. The server did remove one meal from the bill but did so as if I was lying about my meal being served ice cold. His condescending attitude did not help the situation at all. I will say that we went down for breakfast the next morning and the girls working were professional, friendly, and served with a smile. The breakfast was delicious.

The lady that checked us in was very ride and dismissive. We went back to get drinks and snacks and her attitude was borderline hostile.

Great stay, nice room comfortable bed. Easy on and off I-90, not far from Woodfield Mall and the Medieval times, near to I290, staff was very kind!

Not worth the money

Just an ok. We requested a two connected rooms when we made the reservation through the “message to the hotel” option and they did not even bother read it. Not only we did not get the two connected rooms but we were put in two different section of the building. Highway noise is also annoying

Beds were too firm.

The stay was okay. Only issues I had were that I requested to be away from the elevator and I ended up on the first floor, the second room on the right across from the fitness center. The hallway was noisy because of all the kids running up and down the hall after going to the pool. Also, we could hear the people above us walking around. It was 12am and I didn't fall asleep until like 1:30am because of them. The noise level in this hotel is insane.

This used to be our favorite hotel I don't know whats going on now that it sucks now they are really letting this hotel go to...
