The beds feel great. Rooms are spacious complete with sitting area. Shower area is large. However the water pressure is low. Although that wasn’t a huge issue. Just be mindful. Also, pets stay at this hotel so you may see pet hair. I travel with wipes to wipe areas down especially the bathroom. Be prepared. That’s the reason for 4 stars with cleanliness.

Pool is amazing for kids, breakfast was great and included, dinner time menu not the best but a lot of options nearby. Shuttle to Old San Juan and TMobile district.

Housekeeping didn’t come to clean the room until it was my 3rd day there and I had to repeatedly ask for towels daily. Other than that, the stay was fine.

Our stay was ok. We had some issues. Parking was terrible. The hotel lot filled up because they had events going on. Asked the lady at the front desk and she told us to go park at the hotel accross the street. Treated us like we were stupid and annoying her. She was very rude. Then the next day that hotels staff was equally annoyed we parked in their lot after being told to. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I never have issues but these beds were another level. Breakfast was alright and things did seem pretty clean.

The breakfast is so so, and it's quality was average. The food menu in the facility is very limited and quality of the food was poor.The front desk staff was great though. rooms were clean and the cleaning crew was great too.

The room smelled strongly of damp, first thing in the morning we complained and they switched us to a higher floor and it was better. Everything Else as good, amenities and personal staff were really cordial. Our stay was good overall.

I Like the pool area for the kids. They enjoyed it. It was unpleasing and uncomfortable that the AC unit was not functioning properly. The first night temperature was to cold tried getting it fixed then it was too hot. We were moved to another room. Same issue there the following day. Slept in 79-degree room they offered to move us to a different room again. The kids were sleeping that was inconvenient to pack everything again and wake them up because they couldn't get the AC to work. We just stayed and dealt with it, very inconvenient for the price we paid to stay, not a comfortable stay for two nights, should have receive a better compensation than the one offered.

This is a nice hotel in a good location that is not too far from Old San Juan. The WiFi was not working in hotel rooms which was a major inconvenience and there was not sense of urgency to resolve the issues.

I was a little disappointed with this property in comparison to their other property across the street where I have stayed numerous times. The cleanliness and the breakfast provided was not quite on par. The pool was closed for maintenance and there was no mention of this at the time of booking.

The hotel is in a good location for being close enough to certain attractions. It tried to be accommodating for time I was there and the pool being closed for repairs which is the reason I selected this hotel. I tried to make the best of the situation but it was an okay time nothing spectacular but the hotel does have great staff and they are lucky to have them.

The pool is what attracted me to book this. The children were able to swim til 10pm. The room was clean and front desk staff so helpful and pleasant! There’s also a complimentary shuttle to the t mobile district ,the beach and old San Juan daily. Complimentary breakfast was Great even if we arrived 30 minutes before it was over ! Check in and out was a breeze. I’d stay here again

This hotel has the worst parking arrangement ever every single time you go in and out of the property you have to go to the front desk and wait for somebody to give you or approve your card to go in and out half of the time there’s nobody at the desk the other times they’re on the phone with other Deas so one time I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for somebody to approve my ticket to get in and out
