Room was dirty my bath towels had stains mirror was dirty was scared my sheets were I didn’t even stay the second night

The room was tidy, but very dark with minimal lighting to see, the air con was so loud you thought you was in a storm. The smell or damp and cigarette was vile we couldn’t wait to leave

Airport shuttle did not come to airport after being contacted 3 times (two times by another customer as well) and being informed that the shuttle was on its way.
This situation was complicated by the fact that it is common for travellers to have difficulty connecting to cel towers in the hotel shuttle area vs and the airport area in general.
Eventually I had to pay for taxi to the hotel, where the receptionist apologized for the poor service, but made no effort to correct the situation. So after booking a hotel with included shuttle for easy travel, I wasted about 3 hours and ended up $25 out of pocket.

Area, as most near the airport, a little sketchy. It’s about 10 minutes away, but they do have a free shuttle. Room wa quiet and comfortable.

I was charged for a King Suite Room and did not receive that. I was given room 223 which is a standard room. I explained to the staff and inquired about why that was the case with no resolve.

The front desk gentleman didn’t seem to know how the suttle worked. After a 12h flight, I was super tired and just wanted to rest. It took me more than an hour to get to the airport because he couldn’t give me the correct information on where the shuttle would be waiting. I dont recommend this hotel at all, it was a terrible experience

Our room was clean enough. Very much a quick stay type of place. We had to stay a night to catch a super early flight and it was good for that. The staff was very friendly! It just didn’t seem to be in a great area.

The employee did something he didn't have to do, that help my family and I out. I don't smoke but I was told that we had to get a smoking room because of the mix up on the checkin dates. The room wasn't clean and the tissue was almost gone and there was none in the room. There was a roach egg by the sink. The room wasn't clean. I start to wheezing being in a smoking room.

between the bullet holes, smell of dead body and cigarettes, roaches, mysterious bug bites and blood stains on the walls and sheets, this place needs to be shut down

This was actually very expensive for the conditions. We paid $122 CAD for the room and it wasn't in par with the cost. The washroom had a dead cockroach, the ceiling popcorn texture was falling off from humidity, the window was a single pane not very well sealed facing an expressway which was very noisy. The entire facility was very run down and in need of a big facelift. Even the shuttle vehicle was a very old Chevy cargo van.

Shady very bad what the purpose of having a microwave in the room if u can't warm your food up then turn around and say I was not suppose to be cooking in the room but then say the room smell like food so I guess I suppose to eat my food cold

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The door lock was broken. There were two refrigerators and neither was clean. Only one towel and wash cloth and almost appeared to be used. I asked for a new room but they were booked. They told me that I could check out and come back after two or three to see if they had another room but the rooms were first come first served. I booked the room for three nights but only use one because the room was so bad. I was told that I had to gather up my stuff and check out and then come back. Travel distance from family did not allow me to be able to get back during their time frame, being that it was first come first served. I left and found other lodging. They claimed that they would only charge me for the one night. I do not want to stay there again. This was the worst hotel stay of my hotel history, over fifty years.

Check-in was almost impossible to do. After 11 hours of travel, there was no one at the reception, a man tried to help us but all his efforts were useless. After about half an hour an employee appeared and I was able to register. There was nothing in the room that would provide information about the Hotel or the surrounding area. There was no coffee maker or microwave oven. A very pogo traveler friendly hotel. At breakfast time they only offer coffee.

Horrible customer service room had roaches they offered to have it sprayed microwave didn’t work told me they couldn’t replace it when asked for a refund manager was extremely rude and rolled his eyes

I didn’t end up staying there, the parking lot looked not safe, people sleeping in cars in the parking lot..!!

Hotel about 15-20 minute shuttle ride from airport.
Driver warned us not to go outside at night as it is an unsafe section of town.

Clerks were nice but the problem lies within the rooms. Strange smells and roaches. No clean towels/ washcloths were given to us and when asked we were told “i don’t have access until 10:30am” it was 8am when we asked. They stated they usually “spray” in between stays to keep the bugs down. Had to ask for a print out of the receipt upon checking out.

In general property is good. I asked for a non-smoking room, and the smell to cigarette in my room was almost unbearable.
Working personnel was very kind.

There was an empty building attached to the same lot that made hotel look less than it was. Bathroom door would not close all the way in the room. Liked it was close to airport and had a free shuttle to the airport. Due to lack of restaurants near some type of food court would have been nice. Pizza menus should be in rooms instead of front desk maybe.

It’s in a predominantly black neighborhood with stretchy people all hanging around outside. Made me feel uncomfortable.

Service was great, and rate was excellent. But if you sleep on the interstate side of the building, it is very loud. Otherwise no complaints as the facility was clean and the people very friendly and helpful.

Do not stay here! The place smelled terrible and was not clean. The area felt very unsafe. The front desk was unhelpful-we could not stay but could not get our money back so we paid for a night we did not use.

even tho the outside cosmetic work needs to be done, they kept the entire hotel cleaned smelling good and free of trash. i was impressed
