Poor WiFi. Only place I could get WiFi was the business center. Six minutes after breakfast closed the coffee and tea were cold. Advertised as pet friendly but the fact we were charged $50 per night for a 15 pound dog was not disclosed until we checked into the hotel.

Our stay would have been a lot more enjoyable if we had hot water to shower in the evening. Let the water run for about 5 minutes to see if it would get warmer. Was super frustrating!

Their hotel personnel gets an easy 5 stars. It was a smooth check-in and the ladies at the front desk were very nice. In the morning, the breakfast lady was also very nice and very accommodating.
My only issue was our room (#310) doesn't have hot water coming out of the shower! I'm not sure if this is a problem for the entire hotel but I had warm water for a good 3 mins and then cold water came out that I had to hurry up and rinse on very cold water!

Everything was great about the stay until we found out that my daughter left a sweater and a jacket…she called the front desk around 5 pm and the front desk clerk gave her a run around, wouldnt go check the room, didn’t help in any way, told my daughter to call back in 20 min.

They located the jacket and sweater, but the front desk wanted her to come on Sunday to pick it up. My daughter said she was coming by before she left town. The front desk clerk did not want her to come until Sunday….why? Just rude

Contactless Check in & out was perfect. I love the shampoo and conditioner and soap provided. Bathroom floor was very clean along with counters and bathtub.

Everything was nice and clean. The only issue I had was the bathroom door/closet door. It was hard to open and close. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was top notch each morning we were there. Definitely a great place to stay!

Room 100 was clean, but reeked of dirty dog scent. It was nauseating. I did not request another room, because it was late and my husband was not feeling well. I would suggest that "animal friendly" rooms be reserved for guests who are traveling with animals. Breakfast was included, but the coffee and oatmeal were lukewarm. I would not choose to stay here again.

Hampton appears to have changed their previous fading and poor image with the remodeling, the cleaning, airconditioners using thermostats for more precise control, the beds, and rooms very improved that they will now be our "base line" for our hotel stays. Also receiving an A is their continental breakfast. This was excellent.

The hotel was recently renovated and very nice. Check in was pleasant and staff cooperative when discussing the extra room that we had cancelled via Orbitz.
Our room was spacious and the pocket door to bathroom was nice. My only complaint was the faucet for shower never got the water temperature above lukewarm.
Breakfast was beautifully set out and very tasty.
Al in all, I’ll be returning often.

The staff was commendable! Very friendly! Made it quick and easy to check in! We were tired and just needed to get in our room.

I just recently had spinal surgery and they put me in a handicap suite. It was huge and excellent for my condition.

The room was nice but the thermostat was not showing the temperature setting. Also, the bathroom door was so hard to open and shut I could barely slide it open.
