A hotel needs to do only 2 things really well. 1. Be clean 2. Be confortable.
This place is clean, but the bed and pillows were among the most uncomfortable ive ever experienced in North America.
4.0
Reasonable accommodations for price and good location for business we needed to attend to.
2.0
No communications with personnel. Property stolen.

Looks like motel was recently updated. One of the cheapest Motels in Spokane Valley. Kinda thin walls is why I assume, being deaf sure helped in that case. In room coffee kureg machine didn't work in the mouring, but the free Denny voucher made up for it.
Overall I love the clean lines, trim, and that bathroom drywall texture was done nice. Little things like that pay off for me.

I thought my room was on the first floor. When I looked out the window I was staring at the bumper of a car. My room was in a daylight basement.
If you poured a 10 oz glass of water in the sink it took it a minute to drain out. The sink was almost totally clogged.
My room was at the end of the hotel so I parked near the door at the far end of the hotel. I went out and my key wouldn’t work to let me back in. The young lady at the desk asked if I put my key next to my phone. I said yes so she remade my key. I didn’t try it immediately but I was careful to keep it away from my phone. The next time I went out the back door it wouldn’t let me in again. This time there was a different lady at the front desk. She said they had a lot of problems with the door. She checked my key and it was good.
Best way to describe the hotel is that it was ridden hard and put away wet.

This was a mandatory 2-day stay for an appointment. Rates in the area were high for holiday/march madness/ volleyball tournament weekend. We ended up here after being "priced out" of our usual hotel.
We arrived and it seemed nice enough. The lobby was small, but Check in was fast. Ample parking. There is NOT an onsite breakfast, but they do have some snack bars and watered down coffee. You receive vouchers for dennys next door. However, you only recieve 2 per room per day. If there are more than 2 of you, you're out of luck. I wouldn't recommend the Dennys either, I got a dirty mug smeared with lipstick and we just left.

I had a great trip, my only downfall is, there is no elevator and with bad knees, walking up 3 flights of stairs kinda sucked. I have a disabled daughter, luckily we didn't bring her. The breakfast (grab and go), was actually a joke, maybe some pastries would have been better. The front desk ladies were absolutely fabulous, very sweet and caring. They had a smile and always jumped to help with anything that is asked. I appreciated them so much.

This is a wonderful hotel. I have stayed here more than once and would stay here on every trip to Spokane Valley

I booked 2 nights for my sister & it was so bad she literally chose going to a shelter instead. All the hotel would refund to me was for 1 night which sucks but at least it's something.

The pool and hot tub are shared with the neighboring hotel which seemed weird and made it harder to use.
There were some scetchy people around there.
The room was fabulous and comfortable.

I should not have stayed here. Pics looked good. And I wanted a hot tub and pool for the family. Ended up not being able to use it most of the time because of some other rude guests that wanted to conduct drug deals and meet up with outside people for such purposes and my family was not safe at all. I asked for a hair dryer and was told they are all stolen and the hotel has none, yet it is listed as an amenitie.
Not a good place. Do not stay here.

It was okay. No on property dining. Vouchers to Denny’s across the parking lot- only two per room and we had four guests.

The hotel was so gross. The carpets in the common areas were disgusting, and the hot tub was gross - they were doing maintenance the day we checked out. The temperature of the stairwells was extremely hot, and the hallways smelled bad. We saw a staff member from the Super 8 (I think) showing a couple the pool area as we were leaving, and they were very drunk or high; it was scary and felt very inappropriate. I was woken to a domestic dispute at 4am by people screaming at each other for a good 15 minutes, without anyone attending so we won't be staying in that area again. There was no breakfast on-site. The Denny's vouchers were appreciated, but the food was disgusting. There was no one at the front desk the morning we left and a sign saying that we had to go to the neighbouring hotel if we needed assistance.
The only good thing about the stay was the great person who checked us in on Friday night. She was great and kind and personable.

This is a decent stay for one night. I wish I had known that there isn’t an elevator as I had to carry my heavy bag up three flights. I did like that their breakfast service was at Denny’s.

We have used this property several times. There is one front desk agent who is like sand paper. Makes the whole experience difficult. Everyone else is great, so if you you get the gruff at the desk wait till shift change the rest are wonderful.

Older property, but still a nice enough place to stay. My suggestion is to bring your own pillow! Maybe it was just our room, but the pillows were small and very lumpy, and by far the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel.
I gave this hotel 3 stars for staff and service because, although I know staff don’t come and clean your room everyday anymore, I think they should at least check your towels and garbage every day. Not a mark against the staff so much as the service, which is pretty much the same no matter where you stay.

Tv didn’t work in first room. Desk clerk immediately went to another room to check that the tv there worked and then reassigned me to that room and was very apologetic regarding my being inconvenienced.

I've stayed here a few times and every time I come back it seems like the Hotels conditions is getting worse. No big deal but found a couple strands of hair in the tub and the bathroom door handle was extremely loose. I hope SilverStone pulls it together but my stay wasn't too bad.
