The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to the mall, boardwalk, beach, and restaurants. The picture on the website is about 20 years old. It did look like that 20 years ago. Now it is run down and there is mold in the room and bathroom. The wifi in the room was terrible, had to go to the dining room for wifi. Breakfast was minimal and simple, eggs, bread, juice, some salads, and cheese. Rooms in the back of the hotel there is no view, but the rooms in the front have a beautiful view of the Red Sea.

Rooms needed updating

Excellent location - right in the center of things and the beaches are a 5 minute drive away. Good price for a small hotel in a good location.

I have stayed many times at the Adi over the past 10+years, and consistently praised it for value-for-money. This past visit was far less satisfactory as the prices increased significantly while the quality of service and breakfast declined. Adi is a budget hotel, so my expectations are not so high. In general I still like the location, views, and room comfort. The breakfast was somewhat limited, wifi was unreliable, room cleanliness could be better.

IT was very good, when we are in eilat we allways in adi hotel, small and comfortable

We arrived late and the front desk staff was polite, had a price difference and he charged the right amount whilst complaining about it. The room was slightly smaller in compression of other rooms in the city. Room was on the sixth floor and the lift is very slow (and only two are available). When asked if we can change rooms the receptionist was dishonest- one said no because there was no vacancy and the other told us the hotel is not in full capacity but the available rooms are not better. No hot water for half of our stay, shower head was broken and got fix the next morning. Asked for assistance taking our bags to the car and was told there is a concierge trolley near the entrance and that I can come and take it. No swimming pool. Air conditioning only in the room.

Расположение отеля хорошее, в номере достаточно чисто, мебель старенькая. Персонал на редкость не приветливый и хмурый, а на любое пожелание отвечают отказом. При отличном расположении отеля - рядом с морем и центром, сервис очень посредственный.

Very reasonable price with good rooms. Near the mall and public beach.

The room was clean but was described as having two beds and a pull out couch instead it had one bed, a cot (very uncomfortable) and a couch (not pull out, also uncomfortable). There was no pool even though Expedia lists them as having one. The included breakfast was a huge letdown-very few options many of them were cold-lukewarm instead of hot.

This hotel was not at all what the pictures depict. It was old, run down, bleak, things broken. No shampoo, conditioner and 'soap' from a dispenser. Very old, very filthy. Internet only available in the lobby - not the room. Hotel staff barged into the room - no knocking. Very disturbing. Buffet breakfast surpassed the low expectations.

Old tired hotel. Cats roaming freely. Gross. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Close to waterfront (one street back behind shopping mall). Balcony view for each room is nice and good hot water service for showers but rooms themselves rather "tired" with swollen chipboard meaning cupboard doors don't shut etc. Amazingly few power points in the room which challenges travellers! Price does include buffet breakfast.

The check-in involved one hour of haggling and check-out another 30 min of argument over whether we had underpaid. Basically the rates set for reservations with Hotels.com were not honored and the desk clerk insisted upon recalculating room by room for our group of 19. We were required to document every detail and insist that they honor their agreements.
