The room was nice and clean. Breakfast also was very diverse options with nice tea. But I tried to sleep the window side sound of the street was quite loud, specially the Tram passed by.

Lovely hotel in a perfect area to go sightseeing!! Nothing was too much trouble and we found the service outstanding!!!-Food was lovely and a place we would like to return to!!

the room itself was ok and cleaned well, but the equipment are not maintained properly.... pop-out electric socket, sticky hair dryer with almost disconnected cable and mirror with broken water proof cover...I wonder if the safety issues are respected or not in this hotel

Great stay at this lovely hotel. Really good amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to everything you need.
The only down side was how hot our room was. We tried to turn the heating down but this made no difference and we even left early as we could not stand to be in such a hot room.

This hotel provides good value for money but was disappointing in some small ways of which the most off-putting is the appearance of the lobby. It basically seems a mess, particularly as it contains children's play areas and table top football tables. Additionally it has an excessive and unnecessary amount of notices. The staff were a little cool and unfriendly to start with but mostly provided very good service. The room was comfortable although the bathroom was very small. We did not like the fact that the room window could not be opened. The breakfast was excellent both in range and quality of food.

The mattress was terrible, The sheets were not clean some head stains on them towels very thin, we heard the kids upstairs making noise.

The hotel is very close to the shopping malls and view was really good. The front desk staff could be more friendly and helpful and no English speaking channels in room.

Excellent service from staff rooms clean and bright would certainly recommend. The breakfast was excellent something for everyone. Only 10 minutes walk to centre and square with bars and restaurants.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were also very accommodating with providing an extra luggage storage room and helping us with getting a large taxi to the airport. Also, the included breakfast buffet was fantastic!

No thrills hotel. Bed is very small for two people, too soft and a bit old; linens are old and pillows not comfy. The room was fine but lights were the “all off or on” type - good that the side bed light worked separately. Hotel description said it has a spa - one of the reasons we booked it, but it doesnt, it has only a sauna. Not so close to city center either. Lobby is decorated new and looks modern. Room had a great view of the city.

Wonderfully child-friendly. Great play space in corner of lobby near bar, so you can have a snack/drink and keep an eye on your kids as they play with toys or watch cartoons. Warm welcomes by reception and breakfast staff. Delicious buffet breakfast. Clean comfortable quiet room.

A great hotel if you have kids. The buffet breakfast every mornings was exceptional and the location for travelling in and around Wroclaw is perfect.

Modern hotel, friendly staff. Very good sound insulation in bedrooms. Excellent breakfast buffet, although very busy at times.

Had a great stay at the Novotel. Check in was fast and easy and the lobby was clean and had a theme for the world cup that was going on. My room was perfect and clean. the only complaint on room was AC was not the best. My tv remote did not work and when I let front desk know it was immediately fixed. Breakfast was great! A large variety to include a waffle maker and an omelet station. About a 10 minute walk to the train station, a very nice mall, and also the old town area. Overall very pleased with my stay.

The hotel facilities and design are excellent; there is a well equipped play area adjacent to the restaurant and bar that made our stay much easier and relaxing. The staff are delightful. Breakfast buffet offers plenty of tasty and healthy choices. I’d surely stay again.

The Reception staff were on my arrival were very helpful and extremely courteous and very efficient.
The breakfast was more than varied and I was spoilt for choice. Also, the service by the restaurant staff during the evening meal very attentive and helpful. The menu covered enough different meals for an easy choice to me made. The wine list was adequate and the "dark beer" was excellent. The lifts were very quick, quite and got one easily to the bedrooms - but don't forget your room card because this had to be inserted to activate the lift. The single room I had was very well appointed with a splendid view from the 9th floor. To conclude, I left the hotel 4 days later at 4am after getting my early morning call (on time) but not before I collected my "breakfast box" from the Reception.
