My room had roaches. I saw 3. The hallway had trash and sheets in it for days. The hallway smelled like mildew and had big holes in the walls. My room floor was constantly wet in places. The toilet hedges were dirty and yellow. So nasty, I covered it up with Lysol wipes. This is a shameful Best Western. I will never come back. On a brighter note, all employees were very nice.

Had so much trouble with the key had to get it programed 20 times irritating as i couldn't get in my room unless I ran back and forth to the lobby night clerk very helpful day girl very impolite

I was very disappointed with my room, which was number 227. The bathroom ceiling was corroded. The toilet would not stop running. The bathtub was terribly stained the sink. Water never ran hot. It stayed cold. Not enough food for the breakfast. The workers did not want to prepare more food, even though it was nowhere near 9:00 AM, not fair to the guest at all I really would like a refund

The customer service was poor, they refused to take cash deposit for the night( it’s been a week and my deposit hasn’t been refunded as of yet), there was only 1 elevator working and the staff didn’t keep the area of where breakfast was being served clean and they ran out of food before the was up.

Hotel staff was very friendly, all our needs were met. When we asked for something they brought it up to us promptly. The free breakfast was very good. The hallway leading to our room was dirty, stains on the carpet, trash all along the hallway, and smelt like cigarettes and marijuana. Our room was pretty clean compared to the hallway, thank goodness. Our toilet seat was cracked and there was no refrigerator (advertised) and the cabinet where the fridge was supposed to be the door was off the hinges and laying against the cabinet. The walls were a little discolored (possibly mold?). The tub bottom could have been cleaner. The bed linens appeared to be clean and there were no stains on the carpet in the room. The room did have a funny smell upon entering. I was told the pool was open upon check in, so I took my kids to the pool later that evening, the pool was green and trash was floating in it, employee came out and told me it was closed that they just put a bunch of chemicals in it and it should be open the next day (did not smell any chemicals and the pump wasn't running, the pool looked exactly the same next day, my kids were disappointed).

Didn’t even finish checking in. Girl at the desk ran my card then asked for a deposit that couldn’t be excepted in cash so the reservation ended up being canceled and I’m still trying to get my money refunded.

They room was cleaned all the way we literally had to go to walmart for cleaning supplies and the room smell like smoke in a non smoking room and the safe kept going off the whole stay

I absolutely overall hated it. The room was infested with bugs. Our toilet seat was broken. The elevator was broken. The floors were wet at all times the pool looked like a swamp. The bed was broken. We had to wait days for towels and we still didn’t receive any. I just had a terrible experience. I will never recommend no one to go to this hotel.

The trip was terrible from room to service. The first room we checked in had a mold on the walls and a horrible smell. Went to front desk where I was informed that they didn’t have any more king size bed. I was offered a double queen room instead, which was fine. That is until I saw my card charged for the room upgrade. I called several times after checking in only to be told it was a security deposit. The security deposit is only $100 but I was charged 115. Called once again to be told that the charge would refund to me card in 7 day. I wait the 7 days before calling back. This time I was given three times to call when I a manager would be available to help me including 11pm. I call at every time given by staff only to be told that the manager is not on duty at that time and that I should call back a different day. On the final call, the young lady with whom I originally spoke with day prior advised me to dispute the charge on my card after 10 days. I asked was there anyone else beside a manager who could help me since disputing the charge is a hassle. She informed me that should call corporate.

I thought booking at a Best Western hotel would mean quality. The room was stuffy and smelled of mold. The halls were not cleaned and smelled of mold. It took forever to get some towels and covers, if that was even possible because on some occasions the answer was there weren’t any. And whenever we did get some they seemed uncleaned. I had to clean the room and wipe down the counter tops and the bathroom. Not good. Only stayed because it was last option and wouldn’t be in the room for long since we were visiting from Orlando.

Terrible stay. I arrived to a room where 1 bed had been used, a wash cloth, and the soap was open. The pull for the curtain was also sitting broken, in the corner. While the room was no smoking, the entire floor smelled of smoke. The hall carpet is bare in some sections. We went down for breakfast at 8:10 and breakfast was over, even though it was supposed to end at 9. Then a male worker started entering the room WHILE he was knocking. Knock first, then wait for an answer!

Not the cleanest, safest or quietest accomodations. Area around the hotel is not the best, we had trouble getting Ubers as I guess it might be considered a dangerous area. Bathroom had a leak, not the cleanest, staff was not the most attentive. We were really pressed to find a cheap spot but I would not recommend this hotel to you as a family or solo traveler, or someone who is not used to being in Louisiana in general.

The room was ok but the water wasnt hot, towels didnt look clean, checked my friend into a dirty room twice, fridge didnt work, microwave didnt work in all three rooms that were booked, charged $100 deposit at the property during check-in that we didnt know about, then to top it all off they charged our cards twice and now they acting like they dont know how to reverse charges.

Beds were super comfortable. Bathroom was not clean, fridge was not working, and we never had anyone come with clean towels, etc. Uber driver said this part of town was not very safe and we had no idea. The bar advertised is not up and running, it was empty and that was a bummer.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed here for 4 days and had to switch rooms 4 times. The first room was not cleaned, there was hair in the shower, clothes in the dressers, and drugs and nicotine in the closet. The next room had scorching hot water so we could not shower, and the TV did not work. The next room the TV did not work and the drain in the shower drained very slow. We were told twice someone would be out to fix our TV, so we went in town for the day. When we got back it still was not fixed so their solution the next morning was to simply put us in ANOTHER ROOM. The workers say that this hotel is trash, I guess they are under new management. It has a certain odor to the place; it does not smell fresh. The keep their towels and sheets in this old, dark room that does not look sanitary at all. This hotel needs to be closed down.

Had a good time staying here. Staff was supportive 24/7, breakfast was great, and the beds were comfortable.
Only thing I could mention was the water took a while to heat up in the shower, but once it was hot it stayed hot!

Is basic hotel, need to improve the back access with the key card, also put trash can in the room, the breakfast is bad.

Overall I had a good stay at this hotel the only problem was that when me and my boyfriend got to the room the restroom was not clean properly the toilet had pee stains and the chair had crumbs in the seat but other then those problems everything else was ok.

Everything was nice and clean! All room amenities were fully stocked as well. I can’t review the breakfast since I didn’t have time to get any. Overall, I had an excellent experience.

When we got to the hotel they did not have the rooms ready til after 3pm. Then the pool is closed until next summer which is not advertised anywhere on their website. Then I had an issue with the room key not working and had to go get help from them several times to get into the hotel room and the only ice machines are on floors 3and 5.

I booked my stay well in advance, but i was called right before checkin to be told that my room was unavailable because they decided to paint that day. Instead I was giving a room with 2 queens instead of a King. The windows had been covered in mold and the door to the room wouldn't shut without yanking on it
