Room was clean, but they cleaned before I had a chance to check out. Also, I had two meals in the fridge I wascgoing to take with me to eat after I checked out, and the housekeeper took them. This was after I told the front desk, I had a doctor's appointment and would be back to check out. I will never stay at this hotel again.

As a relatively new hotel, I would of thought it would of been in better condition. Maybe we received a "lower tiered" room because we booked thru a 3rd party. I don't know. But when we arrived, the front desk agent was great. The lobby looked clean and inviting. The elevator ride sounded like the speaker was blown as the "dings" of each floor passed was loud and obnoxious. Thankfully the key worked went we got to our room as we got sent up to the 4th floor. The room at first appeared clean, but upon turning on the lights, we noticed that the "wall decor" behind the TV was peeling off, the face plate of the alarm clock was missing, the coffee table was quite scratched up, the couch was sagging and uncomfortable, and the main light in the bathroom was out. But I think the worst 2 things in the room was the HORRENDOUS coffee the hotel provides and that the bathroom sink would back up (to the point of almost over-flowing) when you would wash your hands or brush your teeth. And it would take 10-15 minutes to drain! I wont be staying at this hotel again.

Corporate website says they are pet friendly but they’re not. Room was a nice size for the price but didn’t seem really clean. Floors, walls, and shower had weird stains.

The a/c was malfunctioning and very loud. Both handles on the shower were broken and the carpet had multiple stains. I would not recommend.

There were stains on the curtains, towels and carpets. The employee who checked us in was very accommodating and gave us a late check for it, shout out to him. The other staff was hardly responsive.

Water pressure for sink and shower were excellent.
Did not like the cloth shower curtain because it did not maneuver well on shower curtain rod and it was to long and got soaked on the bottom. Would have been better to have plastic shower curtain or glass door. Bathroom door would not stay open due to being out of balance.
Handle on sink drawer was disconnected on one side and dangling down. The bathroom vent and Dankin air / heat unit worked fine but had a large amount of dust accumulation.

Easy check in, staff is friendly and accomondating, clean environment but the toilet holder is already broken. Stains on the towel.

Neil. Elijah. Ms D best hotel staff. Cleaning staff found my jewelry and turned in. I received phone call they will be holding my personal belongings till i drove back. That awesome service. Thank you guys

We stayed one night at this location and we were pleasantly surprised. This hotel is very clean and the room was amazing for the price. We stayed in an accessible king suite. The bathroom was large and spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't have time to eat breakfast, but it smelled good. We will definitely stay here again, and recommend it others.

Overall, pleasant stay. The stay was incredible - very friendly and attentive. A few areas that were not as clean as i would have preferred. I would certainly book here again.

The AC and heating unit in the room was super noisy with a loud rattle and high pitched squeal. It was impossible for me to sleep through the noise and we had to turn it off for the first night, making the room too hot to sleep in. For our second night, we ended up leaving late in the evening to drive 3 hours home just so we could get some sleep.

The hotel is in a great location close by to H-E-B, CVS, and parks. The staff is very friendly from the moment you enter the doors. The breakfast is great with freshly made food, waffles, fruit and assorted bread options. The beds were comfortable to sleep in and the water pressure/temperature was perfect. My only dislike was the carpet in the room. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

A $50 hold for incidentals is high for the value of this place. Especially since there is no hot water and the staff refuse to answer the phone. Moved rooms 3 times and still no hot water. TV in all rooms were blurry. One room smelled like mildew. Not a happy customer and they won't refund me so I have to get what I can put off this place; which is not much.

The A/C needed maintenance, it was very noisy but was too tired to call and change rooms. Also shower door would not stay open so it was a one handed ordeal. But staff was friendly and room was very clean.

Check in was quick & pleasant. Got in my room & the a/c sounded like an alien space ship about to go into warp speed. Clerk was quick to change rooms. Got in my “new” room & the a/c wouldn’t come on & it was already hot in the room. Again, called the front desk & he told me to stay put, he’d bring me a key to yet another room, this one across the hall. Wish I had gotten his name…he was quite an asset!
Room was fine except there was no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower except on the floor. Towels were sparse, but clean. Parking lot light right outside my room flickered quickly all night. I always bring black tape to tape curtains to the wall…problem averted. Room & sheets was clean, bed was comfortable. Wi-fi kept bumping my phone off.

Dark mold around sink faucet. Tiles on bathroom floor loose and uneven. Sliding glass shower door would remain closed. Shower door fully open through out shower. When called to advise situation with Serb ice they advised “got it”.

I was impressed that my bed was made daily, the towels were changed out daily and trash taken out daily. Lots of hotels, post Covid eta, don’t do that any more. I’ll ALWAYS come back here just because of that.

Filthy property. Room had mold. Smelled bad. Dirty carpet. Disgusting and unacceptable. I have several pictures as proof.

The air conditioner made a high-pitched squeal that we couldn’t live with, so they switched us, but we couldn’t even walk in that room because of the smell. Tried one more room that had a similar sound, but kept it because we just drove for 17 hours and was tired. They said they’d move us the next day when they had more rooms. Didn’t sleep well. The next day they said they could move us whenever we wanted as we were leaving to move our child into her college room. When we got back at night, they said all the rooms were gone and we were supposed to move in the morning. The staff was very friendly and apologetic, but that didn’t help my sleep. When we checked out, the front desk asked why we didn’t move!!! Breakfast was good though.

The room was spacious and in good condition. The front desk staff was very friendly. The only issues that caused a worse rating were some toenail clippings on the bathroom floor and the shower doors had some soap scum that should not have been there.
