This property was amazing! Kitson was amazing he greeted me upon arrival, made sure I knew where to go and helped me to my room. The check in staff was so helpful very knowledgeable and i must say this resort was ran very well i felt very safe. Everything was clean my room was clean and comfortable housekeeping was fast and i loved how i got a phone call to verify i received anything that i asked for. My only complaint is i called in days before my arrival to let them know it was my birthday and that was not notated. I let them know once i checked in and they definitely made it up to me and i was able to arrange breakfast in bed the next day. 10/10

What a nice resort! Everyone was friendly and the food was excellent! The only thing I’d warn people about is the party atmosphere in the evenings. If you like to turn into bed earky like me, it can be a bit annoying but that is their vibe! Overall my husband and I had a great experience.

This my 2nd time staying at Breathless since December. It was wonderful once again. XHALE Club swim out with Butler. Fish nets was a nice restaurant. I also walked over to Secrets. We have full access to Secrets Wild Orchid and Secrets St James. It is a wonderful property. Clean and peaceful. You will get lots of rest and relaxation

Beautiful property, great food and entertainment. Lots of dining options. Staff are very friendly, make you feel very welcomed and safe. Really like that breathless and secrets are attached and just a short walk from one another where you can enjoy all the food and amenities from each resort. Highly recommended.

The staff here is nice very helpful.. the food is amazing. My only problem was the rooms need to be upgraded. My dresser was falling apart the couch looked dirty. The cleaners don’t do the best job cleaning the rooms they had to come back and do a deep clean after I had checked in.. why wasn’t the room cleaned prior to my arrival. There was even a hole in the ceiling and water was leaking. The bugs were biting me all over it was a bit much. And don’t pay for xhale. We stayed there for 5 days saw our butler for three of the five days. The butler was amazing but it’s def not worth the price. Just get a regular room. I personally think the hotel is better for couples

The room was beautiful, The entertainment team definitely knows how to create a fun environment, and the food was good. I just wish there was a place that stayed open throughout the day if you were hungry and wanted to grab a quick bite.

I left my wallet in my room and i had a flight the other day all my documents was inside and they told me it wasn't recovered and 2 days after preesing the issue they came up with it. I miss my flight and almost got fired from my job

This hotel is more like a 3 star NOT 5 very dirty and old room, food is awful and this hotel is boring nothing like riu reggae, even holes in the curtain in the room

The service was above & beyond . Very lucky to have met so many wonderful staff . Thank you for making my trip an amazing one ! Special thanks to Mr.Nice who made sure I was completely satisfied all the way from the pool to the beach on the other side, Travis & Shane our butlers went above an beyond to cater to our every need. I hope I was an amazing guest to them as they were amazing Butlers to my friend & I.

The property needs a little more maintenance. Our ice machine on our floor did not work. The telephone only worked on speaker phone. Otherwise the hospitality was at its greatness.

For the most part everyone and everything was top tier or so I thought. Our last night there we had a reservation for the hibachi restaurant. While waiting for the server my husband noticed a cockroach crawling on the side of the table. Of course now we don't need want to eat there. We poliletly excused ourselves as we didn't want to ruin the experience for the other couples. But I have to be
