Great stay! No complaints really. The room was ready on time. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. I like the check in is at 12pm! Will be staying here again if in the future.

The hotel is a perfect place to stay when visiting the Charlotte area. The staff was terrific from check-in, breakfast, and check-out. Gen at the check-out desk helped us close out our stay and take one last family photo before heading home. The room we had met all our needs and made the stay restful. I would recommend Homewood Suites Charlotte to anyone visiting the Concord area.

Kitchen and shower were comfortable to occupy and use.
Would be nice to have food other than snacks available for evening arrivals. Even a microwaved hotdog would do.

This was the cleanest Hotel I have stayed in the entire year of 2023, and I have traveled a lot. And the greeting by Gen at the front desk upon our arrival on Thanksgiving day was awesome!

So clean, nice morning coffee and tea supplies in suite with kitchen with full fridge in. Seperate dressing and sink area from toilet and shower, very white thick towel sets. Good value, seperate tv area and also tv in bedroom. Very helpful staff.
Little issues, bed covers a little stiff, making me glad i brought my own throw. Construction on one side of outside of building audible from rooms. Breakfast food not very tasty, but good yogurt, fruit, and coffee with availability of turbinado sugar and real half and half.

The staff was excellent. Very nice and considerate. The room was great. They were clean and in great condition. I really appreciate the whole staff for the cleaning that they do. I know it can be hard, but they need a raise seeing how nice the rooms and property are. Would stay here over any other hotel in the area.

We switched to Homewood Suites after our previous night at Comfort Inn and Suites. You get what you pay for. Once we checked in to Homewood, we were at ease with the cleanliness of our room and enjoyed the rest of our stay in Charlotte.

Everything was very average/below average, not worth the cost. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable and everything seems pretty dated. If you're in a room on the end of the hotel near the highway, it's fairly loud. The curtains didn't block out the sun in the mornings, even though they were blackout. On positive notes, the housekeeping staff was really nice and the hotel is close to many things. Overall, it's just not worth the cost though.

On a trip from Texas when the car broke down. Made a reservation on Hotels.com from the dealer across the street and then went to the hotel. It was 10:00 am and I knew we couldn’t check in until 3:00.
Gen at the front desk tried everything she could to get us a room as soon as possible and even checked availability for the next couple if days in case we were stuck longer. She then gave us a list of restaurants in walking distance and also who delivers. Any anxiety I had quickly melted away as I knew I was in capable and caring hands.
I cannot recommend this place enough!
