After decades of travel, my first hotel review: not a favored place to stay. We were visiting family, for six nights, and picked this hotel based on price, reviews, and location. When we arrived, we were told “room service is every other day”, even though an e-mail had suggested every four nights; great! Though we were gone during the days, we never received room service. It is easy to make promises like this because most people do not stay very long and infrequent cleaning is never missed. After two days of lukewarm showers, they did return the hot water, but left a mess we had to clean up, ourselves. We had a spacious “studio”, but the bathrooms are very tight and hard to negotiate. There is no guest laundry. “I’m not from here, but everyone uses the Maytag Laundry in Woodinville.” That referral was good. They have a functional electric vehicle charger, which gets good use. This is a nice feature. Everything appears well maintained, but the elevators have distinct and thought-provoking personalities. This is a wine town, so be aware some nights will be challenging for light sleepers. The highway is constantly a source of noise, even at 3 in the morning. The air conditioners are a source of a low frequency hum throughout the building, made obvious when they turn off. They do provide bottled water, coffee and good cookies. After 6 days of generating empty plastic, we might suggest a water urn, instead.

Really friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast only thing that was slightly bothersome was the freeway noise but that’s not their fault!

We only stayed one night. Our service was above and beyond. The wine shops across from the hotel were a plus. The only downside was the breakfast time. We needed it to start at 6:00am instead of 7:00am.

Fairly noisy because of Hwy 522. All dining options are too far to walk, Hotel is pretty isolated.

Felt extremely unsafe and hotel staff refused to do anything other than change rooms for me.

Room was good overall. A little noisy since hotel is next to a busy highway. Overall clean, however, dark floor in the bathroom not well cleaned. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful.

Stayed here with my elderly mom as it was closer to Evergreen Medical than her home. Very clean facility. Excellent room for a better price than some not so nice places I looked at. Arrived and Andrea was fabulous at our check-in. Very accommodating. Excellent customer service both professional and friendly. Kelly assisted me at checkout and was also friendly and professional. Big shout out to Debbie who was working the breakfast area. She was so warm and pleasant and really seemed to enjoy what she was doing. The food options were well stocked, dining area clean and orderly and the food tasted really good which was a surprise. For what was a difficult reason to need to stay at a hotel, the staff was amazing and made the circumstances much more tolerable.

My Woodinville grandchildren certainly enjoyed the pool and I liked the personal service and your bathroom products . “Zero” ?!! Very nice 👍

This is our third time at the property. The hotel is modernized and has breakfast, bottled water and cookies available at night. Unfortunately for this stay the room, while cleaned, did have some peanuts and other nuts still on the floor in the bathroom and main room area. Which makes us think it wasn't vacuumed/fully cleaned on the floor. Elsewhere was clean, so it may have been the floor only. Our TV did not work. We called the front desk, she tried to fix it but had no luck. She said she would put in a work order, but it was never fixed. We didn't follow up since we weren't there to stay in and watch TV, so that's on us, but it was an annoyance that when we were in the room we weren't able to use it.

For what would be considered a relatively new property the facilities were more “worn” than one would expect. We requested that our room be cleaned while we were out on the third day of our stay and there were a few “misses” by housekeeping. The bathroom sink was not cleaned and the floors were not well cleaned.

Overall the property was clean, staff was fine. Breakfast was fine as well. Only issue was the beds and pillows are not good. They should definitely at least upgrade the pillows, they were some of the worst I've experienced anywhere.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was included and fairly standard. It was a little loud since it's near the highway. The bed we had was not very comfortable. It was sagging a lot and I woke up in the morning with hip pain.

The staff is always kind and helpful. The Hotel is always clean. The 24hr coffee may seem silly but so appreciated. The breakfast offers a lot of variety to choose from.

Great experience. Quiet, lots of parking, easy to find, quite close to lots of amenities (this was a ladies shopping trip), friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was varied and lots of options. I love that there were inclusive options like sugar free syrup for waffles and almond as coffee creamer. Very pleased to have complimentary water bottles for guests. My only comments for improvements are: bedside light switches closer to the bed to turn off; bar fridge door should open the same direction as cabinet door that houses it; larger garbage can in room, USB charging cables on night stand didn’t charge - it seems as though the cables were too loose when plugged in so had to use the ones near the TV. Would stay at this location again.

Lovely property, great breakfast, but no sports channels and noisy people overhead.

Very easy parking and access to roads and stores. Motel has implemented cost saving measures that make the place not quite as good as before

Everything was great. Only complaint is about the mattress. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either.

The room offered was ground floor, I asked for upper and given 3rd floor which discovered wasn’t ready so an “upgrade” was given on the 4th floor. Not sure what “upgrade” meant… The bathroom was very very small, strange considering the large room, the toilet paper was squeezed in back of the awkward door. Hard to do the business.

Upon arriving, I learned that my reservation made through Expedia had been canceled. Unsure who or why it was canceled but after talking to Expedia and Hampton staff the motel, honored the reservation price without any further issues. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

This is a good choice for reliable service. I like Hampton Inn breakfasts and this one met my expectations. The king suites are spacious and comfortable , worth the extra expense. the queen queen is a bit crowded and needs another chair when 2 people are staying there.
