Everything was perfec the building and facility was super clean. The gym was very good and all of the staff where very polite and friendly..

I was impressed with the Residence Inn. Alex, the gentleman working when I checked in, was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and concerns. I had a very nice stay there and I would recommend it to others.

The staff was polite and professional. The bed was very comfortable but to room was poorly designed (floor plan). Dishwasher did not work.

Do not stay here. Hotel is nice and staff is friendly and helpful but hotel is targeted by professional thieves because it does not have outside security cameras. One brother's pickup was broken into with window broken. Another brothers brand new pickup was stolen out of the parking lot two nights later.

I would’ve given this a perfect score until this morning. It’s really not the staff’s fault but this morning somehow ants made their way into my bed! Staff immediately removed all bedding and sprayed the room. Had not seen any ants previously. Other than that, breakfast was very good and the place was clean. We were in Tomball for a baseball tournament and it was perfect!

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of my room. Mold in the shower hair all over the bathroom. That was absolutely not mine. Dirty hand prints on the walls and doors.

We stayed for 6 nights and our stay was amazing.
Clean, great breakfast options, comfy bed, close to the highway. For the price paid, we were very pleased. Another great hotels by BONVOY. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Chris checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the lobby and outdoor area were perfect for sitting and visiting. Will definitely stay here anytime I’m in town.

Staff was friendly and responsive.
We prefer feather pillows, weren't totally satisfied with what was available. Also, we expected daily service to make up the room. It wasn't clearly explained upon check-in that this was not the case and we arrived after a very long day expecting a clean, orderly room and it was as we left it with unmade bed and wet towels on the floor. (FYI we were in town to help family members dealing with a stroke patient) We didn't expect to have to make our bed up before sleeping.

The front desk was amazing. Put us in a first floor room for easy access to the outside with out pups. The place was roomy, comfortable, and quiet. The only issue was the toilet perpetually ran, and one of the lights was busted. But it worked, and we were very comfortable. The doors kept the sound from the toilet from bothering us.

The hotel room was awesome, clean, and spacious. The bathroom came stocked with toiletries. We were all really shocked at how big our suite was, would definitely stay again

It was okay. There was a roach in the bathroom. Dishes weren’t clean and no dish soap for the kitchen. Hard time getting clean towels. Room needed dusting

Quiet, very clean, convenient to highway. The room was spacious and with a kitchen it was easy to cook meals. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Also there was breakfast and coffee every morning in the lobby.

This is not my first time here but I always return to this hotel because the staff is helpful and polite and the rooms are always amazing clean and quiet.
