From the moment we arrived we felt welcome in this cozy home surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees. The area is very walkable, and close enough to all that Asheville has to offer. The breakfasts were delicious, thank you Diane and Dan, we hope to return!

Dan & Diane were so wonderful! They thought of absolutely everything and made sure everything they provided was high quality. We were planning to leave early on our last morning so they packed us a very generous to-go breakfast since we’d be missing the sit-down breakfast. Just outstanding.

I loved the area of the B&B, the breakfast was wonderful and the hosts were amazing. We ate breakfast on the sun porch which is surrounded by huge trees. Felt like we were in a treehouse! The only negative we had was due to personal preference. The mattress was super lofty and and felt like we were being swallowed by it and the linens together. Again, personal preference.

Our room was amazing!!! King size four poster bed and a huge couch to relax in. The breakfast was just delicious and the host were just awesome and friendly. We will definitely return.

We liked everything about the house and its location. It was charming, comfortable, clean and well decorated. Also, the house is convenient to every aspect of Asheville and the surrounding area.

Dan and Diane are the perfect hosts for a convivial stay in this great B and B. We stayed three nights. There is plenty to do in the area. Diane’s breakfasts are legendary, and she individualises them for guest preferences. We were there over Halloween which was a blast. There are wine and coffee and snacks available in the cosy public areas which is great for getting to know your fellow guests, but no pressure if you don’t want to.

A great night's sleep. The sunroom was a delight for relaxing and reading. Pecan bars were out of this world delicious. Host and hostess made us feel quite welcome while not being at all intrusive. Perfect combination.

Our hosts were wonderful, very welcoming, and hospitable. Breakfasts were marvelous and the location is terrific. It is in a quiet neighborhood, near a greenway trail that leads to a botanical garden and the campus of UNC Asheville. It is only a mile or so walk to downtown Asheville. Great place and location.

We thoroughly enjoyed this B&B. It exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and had friendly and helpful in keepers. Breakfast each morning were creative and delicious . This B&B was convenient to downtown Asheville with excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Our recent stay was excellent. Dan and Diane were great hosts. The accommodations were great, very clean, the Grace room was relaxing, the bed excellent. Location was good, enjoyed the sunroom. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. We definitely would stay again and would recommend the Pinecrest to anyone planning a trip to Asheville.

Wonderful "Mayberry-like" neighborhood for walking and talking to neighbors. Close to town and easy to get anywhere. Hosts were perfect and took great care of us and the breakfasts were delicious and creative. We'll be back.

When in Asheville, a stay in the Montford Historic District is the way to feel like a local and Pinecrest is a lovely choice. Couldn't ask for more hospitality and charm from the hosts and the location. Easy walk to downtown and freeway access to hiking etc is a breeze.

Amazing Bed & Breakfast inn. The inn keepers, Don and Diane, were wonderful - welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect - close enough to town to walk and with some delightful restaurants within a couple of blocks. The rooms are lovely and the beds extremely comfortable. There is a sunroom, which makes a great gathering spot. Water, soft drinks, and wine as well as delicious treats are complimentary. Diane’s breakfasts are delicious, creative, and filling! My husband and I are already trying to figure out when we can return to Asheville just so we can spend more time at this delightful spot. From now on, all B&Bs will be judged by the very high standards set by the Pinecrest B&B!
