This hotel is convenient and modern. Its right next to the interstate but its not loud or bothersome. It's right next to IHOP and right across from other restaurants and shopping centers. Breakfast has a nice variety. The only complaint that I have is that the rooms could have been a little cleaner. Dust in the cabinets and the sofa/sectional could've been dusted. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Where do I begin? Oh gosh! I stayed in a King bedroom suite with a kitchen, and the room was filthy from the previous guests. The bed was wrinkled and had crumbs on it, so I had to change the sheets and pillowcases myself. The floors looked filthy, which was concerning because I have toddlers who crawl and touch the floor. The kitchen was missing utensils, dishes, and glasses. The bathroom was terrible, with a dirty toilet ring, a disgusting shower, and a clogged sink. We only stayed one night as we were passing through, and we didn't even shower—just endured the night to leave in the morning. I would have preferred to sleep in my car. The hotel had a weed stench, and when I asked the staff for fresh blankets and pillowcases, I was told there was only one blanket available. It was a terrible stay, and I regret putting my family through this. There was a lot of noise outside, with cars and motorcycles revving their engines, making it seem like a party.

The bathroom in this hotel was bad. The walls had water damage or just needed cleaning. The water would not drain in the bathtub. There was only about 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper. Thank goodness for Kleenex! The beds seemed to be clean and comfortable.

One night stay with daughter and grandkids. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms were nice. I would stay again

This hotel was amazing and clean. Definately made me start looking into home2suites. Breakfast was a little stake but lots of options and everyone enjoyed it. Finally a relaxing clean place to stay

Freezer was broken and food was melted. Overnight staff was not knowledgeable and my girlfriend was referred to as baby girl

The trip was good. The shower was not working at first. Repairman had to come and show us how to work handicapped combo shower, really weird. Also an unbelievable amount of homeless people outside which made you feel unsafe outside.

The elevator didn’t work and we had so much stuff to carry up the stairs; we asked for help but it never came. There was no body wash. One of the TVs didn’t work. bathroom was not clean enough. Didn't like the sandwiches as the bread was too stale. Definitely didn’t want to stay another night; please refund my money.

Front desk staff not friendly at checkin.
No bar soap in the room. When I went to the desk they said it was being delivered by truck and they would bring it to the room. They never brought the soap to the room.

We spent a little extra because the photo showed a suite with a separate room from the seating area and it listed that the seating area was separate. When we got there it was one giant room and they hug a curtain to separate the couch from the beds. The curtains were motorized and the buttons on the wall didn’t work so they never went up. There was no soap for us to wash our hands in the restroom. Breakfast was great if you didn’t have kids. It is very healthy and kids won’t find sweet cereal or even normal waffles. The shower got a little warm but not even as warm as you’d wash your hands. When we told the front desk they didn’t seem to care.

I didn’t like my room didn’t have any bath towels . Paid for a suite and couldn’t even shower !! Went to the front desk they said it was nothing they could do . I had a terrible experience plus I had a lady in the room we washed our face with our hands

Home2 is usually my go to because I travel with pets and my priority is to get a good night sleep because I’m driving across the country. I don’t ever have any issues and it’s always a great stay in general. However, this specific stay and location was horrible. The sheets had obviously not been changed because of the smell. The restroom was not cleaned, so much so that I did not even bother to use the shower. I couldn’t get out any faster. For an almost $200 night stay for about maybe 6 hours, it was very disappointing. I would not choose this location again.

It would have been perfect if he noise from the A/C-heather vent was not so noisy. It sounded like crickets, maybe some wires are loose.

Lobby was nice. Hotel had good reviews. I wasn’t worried about cleanliness. However, Our bathroom needed not just cleaned but power washed! Bed didn’t appear dirty but didn’t feel clean. Carpet in living room area was filthy. (Room 101). Could be such a nice room. Breakfast was decent with lots of options. Staff was beyond friendly. Won’t be staying again however.

Tub wasn't clean, mirror was dirty, outdated all around. Towel holders in the bathroom were broken and leaning out the wall.

Everything was wonderful. Our only complaint was we wanted waffles and the hostess would not add to the empty container with 1.5 hours to go during breakfast hours. Otherwise the food offerings were good. Definitely would book with Home 2 Suites again!
Encountered front desk, housekeeping and maintenance staff which were all very pleasant! Way to go management!

It was a good location right off the highway. When I showed up to check in, no staff was to be seen for over 5 minutes. When an employee did finally show up, didn't seem to concerned for me waiting. There were also no luggage carts available and didn't really seem to care that there were none. Blanket and pillows and linen for pullout bed were all rolled up looking like they had never been changed. Once again the same lady at the desk was unapologetic and just took them all and said there were no pillows instead of offering new pillow case covers. I guess my point is, the lady working the front desk is terrible at customer service and doesn't seem to care about the customers very much.

I made a reservation through hotels.com two days ago and when I arrived late in the evening, they said they had no rooms left- they were sold out and blamed the “third party” app. All the other decent hotels were sold out in Meridian, so we are staying at a pretty gross place next door. Not happy!!

Our first time in this brand hotel and the room was a nice size and comfortable. The bathroom was not in as good shape as the rest of the room. I might have taken half a star away for this if possible but not a whole one. Breakfast was good. Would return.

Close to a park so I can run daily. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and very convenient. Anytime we visit Meridian Mississippi we will stay there.

When we arrived their systems were down. The front desk were very polite and apologetic. When they came back up we got our room. Then noticed our room was not fully cleaned especially the bathroom. I asked a house keeper for assistance and she said that room had not been cleaned yet and offered another room. We were then moved to another room on another floor. While the staff was very polite, the sink faucets are not attached to the vanity, one elevator was down, there is mildew in the bathrooms, and the bed we slept in dips in the center. I’ve never had a problem with a Hilton before so maybe it was an off day. It is definitely better than a Motel 6

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Once we entered the room, we were taken back by how dirty everything in the room was. The shower had quite a bit of mold and mildew as well as the toilet that had mold on the side of the toilet, don't look under the toilet seat itself or you might pass out. I am not one to give a bad review, but this hotel room was number 1 on our list for filth. We travel a lot and having read review's about the hotel and it being really late, we decided to take a chance I had my husband run out to the car and grab the Clorox and the Clorox wipes. I immediately started cleaning, wiping down and disinfecting the room. I scrubbed the countertops, microwave, refrigerator, changed the sheets, our bed looked like that someone just slept on it and left. There was personal items left in the room that we DID NOT TOUCH! If it had not been late, we would have requested a refund and gone to another hotel.

Overall a nice property. It took me three trips to get my stuff to the car because of no carts. Receptionist had no idea where they were.

The room was very big and spacious. It had a fold out couch but when we went to fold it out there were no sheets on it or anywhere in the room there were only one extra blanket and pillows.
The toilet was broke and my husband fixed it.The bottom of the bathtub was brown and dirty looking. The bathroom mirror had not even been cleaned .For what we paid I would have expected some place a lot better.

Room smelled moist and the wallpaper was peeling in some places. Bed not comfortable. Bedding was old and gross. Property and staff were overall lovely. Just needs some updates and better cleaning.
