The hotel is beautiful in in of itself. The front desk staff was amazing. My stay would have been an all around 5 star if the room would have been completely cleaned at least a couple of times during my 6 night stay instead of being refreshed when asked because refreshed is not good enough.

Our family had a pleasant stay while at this hotel. It was fairly quiet so felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again!

The Redmond Town Center was close via Uber. Target with Starbucks was across the parking lot. The breakfast was not my favorite as the eggs were powder eggs. I would stay there again.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Most notable was the front desk receptionist, Poonam, who was most informative, congenial, efficient, and is a true asset to the Hampton Inn.

It was a nice place, found somethings on the floor that were missed by cleaning. Mattresses were not comfortable, very old. Plumbing issues on the day we checked out.

Was very nice and had lots of extras in the room especially liked the shampoo, conditioner, and bath get on the shower for easy use and good quality. My only suggestion is more hooks in the shower room.

Took two nights for my shower to be fixed . Asked for extra towels and was given face towels . Breakfast for the first 2 mornings were horrible , we ended up going out both mornings and completely skipped trying the 3rd . Both mornings guest were complaining bout the breakfast service and asking for the manager that wasn't ever available . Will skip this location in the future .

Best area and hotel I’ve stayed in. Very comfortable. I felt secured about walking at dusk. The kids loved the pool! However the chlorine level could have been a bit lower. Highly recommend!
