Good location
Rooms small and getting tired
Bathroom needed some attention with broken plug and also very small
Room included breakfast and afternoon drinks however they were both a nightmare
Not enough tables at breakfast and not much space to get your food
Limited fresh fruit
Egg station/ omelettes were very good
Afternoon drinks were in the same room and with only one barman there was continually a long queue to get a drink and you were lucky if you could get a table
We only went once in 5 nights because it was not a nice experience
Reception staff were lovely and very helpful

Adjoining rooms worked out great for our party of 6. Cozy, but well laid out. All staff we dealt with was extremely friendly.
The breakfast/happy hour space is way too small. We actually opted not to go for breakfast two days in a row because it was such chaos and getting an elevator was almost impossible. We took the stairs down from the 20th floor two days in a row.

Employees were wonderful! It's not their fault both are rooms TV would not work at all!! The food at happy hour was awful! Room was clean

Our television didn't work... We would have had to change rooms to fix that problem but we were already unpacked.

Stay was okay- rooms are tiny and daily maid service which is supposed to be daily is not- l called for towels and liquid soap refill several times- even after the room was made up the shampoo and soap would be left empty- so frustrating.

Great, but there was construction work going on outside. Had to use earplugs.

The standard of breakfast should be better.
The day before we were at Embassy Toronto and the breakfast was definitely better.
I didn't like the fact that huge containers of hotel garbage were placed centrally in front of the hotel entrance.

Nice and clean place to stay. We stayed fpr 8 days, everything was perfect.

Very good position but tiny common areas, the bar was always crowded making impossible to order our “free drinks”. For the breakfast we wake up early at the suggested time frame and we waited 15 minute for the elevator.

Lovely stay. Staff is TOP notch friendly & helpful. Room was tiny as to be expected in NYC. The jr suite with the sofa bed (with partition) would be a great option for someone wanting a bit of privacy, but perhaps not a great option for our “girls’ trip” as we felt a little too separated from one another. Not much space for luggage, but do-able. Our room was a dark because our window view was a brick wall. Location safe and convenient - 15ish min walk to Broadway and 5ish min to subway stations. Breakfast was great and huge!! Plus happy hour (2 free drinks/guest) and $30 credit each evening for dinner in hotel restaurant. Also, very quiet in room, no street noise. Held our bags at no cost after check out. Would stay again. :-)

We had a great stay at the Embassy Suites Times Square. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. From check-in, to storing our bag upon arrival and departure, to sending a text when our room was ready and printing theater tickets for us, the staff could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was good and the staff in the breakfast room were very helpful and courteous. The only drawback was that the breakfast room is too small, so it was a bit chaotic.

My room was not ready at check in at 4pm. The chair in my room has stains and is dirty. The rest of the room was immaculate. Good location for train travelers with easy access to Times Square w/o being right in Times Square. Easy access to downtown as well.

Excellent service and convenient location. Awkward room layout but we made it work.

I booked 2 rooms at this hotel. My in-laws were able to check in with no problem about an hour before I arrived. When I went to check in they told me that my reservation had been canceled because my credit card had been declined and I had not corrected the problem soon enough so they released my room. I said that no one had contacted me so how was I supposed to correct the issue. Not to mention my in-laws had checked in no problem just about an hour before us and gave them a credit card. I booked these rooms together under one reservation! Any way, after getting the manger they gave us a smaller room with a broken tv for the first night then had to switch to a different room for the other two nights which had a broken soap dispenser. The bar was under staffed and took forever to get our food. I will not be staying here again. It was extremely upsetting to be told that our room was canceled when they could have corrected it when my in-laws checked in. I felt they were being deceitful and just trying to get us to pay more for our room that I booked months in advance!

Our stay was fantastic. We were in walking distance of Time Square and Bryant Park. We had a fabulous time!

Nice hotel, in a great location. Nice room friendly staff but there are long lines at times to check in and to get food. Took 50 mins to get burger and fries from their restaurant.

We will definitely stay here again. We only paid a total of $160/night, enjoyed the free breakfast with omelettes, fruit, etc, and also the reception with wine and light snacks. The room was perfect; clean, quiet and comfortable. They were friendly and accommodating with everything, including storing our luggage.

Great stay! The daily happy hour and breakfast were really nice to have.

Overall very good for the price. Some staff members weren't very polite. The breakfast was good but they were not on top of verifying when things went out. At 8:30am the juice machine was almost completely empty. We got there to check in at 3:45pm and didn't get one of the rooms until 5:25pm, very late. We had to wait all that time in the lobby.

This was not an Embassy Suites that I am used to. The rooms were very small with no closet space. Very annoying for 2 ladies staying for 8 nights. We decided to move on after 1 night. The breakfast was good as always with Embassy Suites

I loved the view. The staff was very patient and nice. Had a great overall experience.

Room was not too clean. Fitted sheet was too small for mattress so it kept coming off the bed. Cooked to order food was terrible. Omelette was not an omelette, they basically made a veggie burrito and veggies were raw and cold. My husband never got his omelette either. No seating tables for breakfast. Super long lines.
Happy hour bar tender was not friendly at all. On top of the bad service I was charged an unexpected $30 service fee when I checked out. Will not stay there again! I did not feel that I was staying at an embassy suites. VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED!!!
