The office personnel appeared to park their personal vehicles in the shaded overhang next to the office, where temporary parking is provided for people checking in or out. We were told to check in after three despite their being numerous rooms that were vacant. I asked what room we would be assigned to so that I could park my car in front of it. The office personnel told me that I would be assigned a room at the time we checked in. We checkeed in just qafter three. The room didn't have any hangers; the furniture looked dilapidated. The last straw was no hot water to take a shower in the morning. We left about nine o'clock. When I called and asked for a refund of one night that afternoon, the office personnel stated that no one else had complained about the water, implying that I had made it up to request a refund. He stated that the office manager would contact me about my request but it's been more than three days and no one has contacted me. When I left the key at the night station window, no one was in the office. I asked a man nearby who was staying at the inn if he had hot water that morning and he replied, "No".

This place was a nightmare. I came here after canceling an AirBnB nearby for similar reasons, oddly enough. The cockroaches alone were reasons to leave but I was at the end of my options. I killed at least eight in the two days there, and bought some roach poison traps and left them around the room. Six of the 11 lightbulbs worked in the room. Smelled of cigarette smoke. The carpet and floor beneath were damp in areas, one of the lamp shades had what appeared to be blood splattering on it. The bathroom was the worst. The toilet paper mount had been ripped out of the wall and remounted at a skewed angle. The shower was generally filthy, including the black-mold-covered anti-slip mat. The entire middle length of the bathtub had been cut out for whatever reason and filled in with a layer of silicon caulking which bowed down with any pressure, leaving me having to straddle the tub to shower. The wall plug for the A/C unit was unshielded, leaving exposed wiring, quite the safety and fire hazard. I have never seen anything like this, it was beyond insane. I will do everything within my power to get this place shut down.

An unforgettable experience, which is unfortunate because I would like to forget the experience. The room was dark and smelled like stale cigarettes, bad patch jobs on the dingy walls, the bathtub leaked, there were holes in the curtains and the blankets, and the TV wasn't connected to anything. The matress was harder than the floor. The keycard never worked and I had to get it replaced 3 times. It was just a mess all around. The staff were nice and I don't blame them for the condition this place is in. Whoever owns this motel should be ashamed-- the money I paid to stay here is NOT worth the lousy, dirty accommodations.

No smoke detector in room. The place was filthy. Took photocopy of my drivers license and credit card in case of damage. Looks like previous tenant hit the bathroom door. Hand prints all over. Holes in the walls. Shower was filthy. Many inspection violations.

There is no lobby. Says has cable TV, only 6 channels. Water had it set for full hot, after 10 minutes of it running full hsd to walk to the clerk window thst us outside in the rain. Told let it run another 10 minutes. Bathroom shower mold at window and around tub. Back window was cracked and had to have a wood dowl to hold clo ser. Screens torn. Picture of foom is incorrect and miss leading. Only had two small pillows and extremely dim lights. Had to move bed away from wall found a huge tube of Vaseline and other items. In general not clean and misleading advertising.

It was a garbage hotel. They don’t care to fix things at all. The air conditioner didn’t work at all. Only good thing was the cashier was friendly. But the hotel itself, just stay away

This place was just straight up disgusting I. I’ve been to a lot of hotels/motels and never in my life did I feel so disgusted I am almost booked another hotel but paid over $250 for this one.

I have never been in a place as horrible as this one, and I have traveled to many low $ places while traveling with my both my boys for soccer and baseball. I stayed here 1 night out of 4 that I payed for. The beds are horrible, the carpet was originally red (I think), but I never took my shoes off. The only night I actually tried to stay 3 people tried to use a key to get into my room and only stopped when I yelled "EXCUSE ME!!! Can I help you?", "No, sorry" then 2 other people were just pounding on my door to let them in..LIKE 2AM "EXCUSE ME!! CAN I HELP YOU!!!?" Response "LET ME IN!!" DISGUSTING PLACE, DISTUSTING PEOPLE, DISTUGSTING PROPERTY. DO NOT STAY HERE EVER, EVEN IF YOU'RE DIEING. SOMEWHERE ELSE IS BETTER

Very basic motel not fancy at all. Coffee kiosk across parking lot has hood coffee and basic breakfast food.

At about midnight they were sitting outside of their room partying and making lots of noise. Around 1:50 am I opened my door and politely asked them to be quiet. One of them rudely shouted for me to go back to my room and go to sleep. I packed up my suitcase and told the manager his staff was loud and rude and I demanded a refund. They had no other rooms and even if he was able to get his staff to be quiet, they would know I got them in trouble and they would probably take it out on my car. I ended up leaving and sleeping in my car. The hotel should hire better staff and perform night patrols to ensure this doesn't happen.
