I was looking forward to this hotel it looked very pretty online. It was very annoying that there was a giant party being held in the pool area. I was looking forward to going for a swim but wasn’t able to. I feel that they could have warned us before hand, I could have go somewhere else. The WiFi did not work at all because it as in a “weak area” I was in room 103 right next to the lobby. Strange. Around 11pm I woke up to my legs and arms in red bumpy itchy rash. I had to rush to the hospital. No concern or help from the front desk I had to get a taxi on my dime no help or offer of help. I had to get injections to calm the rash and itching. When I got out of the hospital I called and told them I needed a new room. No rooms available. I asked for new sheets. They said they can accommodate that, I told them when I will be arriving. Excepting to arriving with fresh sheets I was expecting far too much, 15 mins later a man finally arrived with only pillow covered I showed them my injection site My rash and told them I need all new sheets They said they don’t have the keys to get into the laundry room. I asked for my money back so I can go somewhere else No response. They just stood there. They ended up giving me 2 blankets one to lay down and one to cover myself with. Oh…. And they took back the pillowcases. Terrible. Don’t stay here.

The hotel and staff are great. Outside the property can be perceived as dirty and sketchy. Wifi signal is weak throughout the property.

The only issue we had withbour stay was the Airport Shuttle. Youbwill have to reserve the shuttle 24 hrs in advance or you will not be able to use it. Even if the shuttle isnparked at the hotel grounds.

Hotel is very close to the airport, but the area surrounding the hotel is very dark, not a place to walk around. The rooms are small but with everything you need. If you have a light sleep, make sure you don’t get a room next to the pool and the bar because it can get loud at night.

Everything was very good, the room, the breakfast buffet, and the hospitality of the staff, but the location of the hotel was not the best. If you don't have a car or someone to drive you, the surroundings of the hotel are not the best. You can't go for a walk around the hotel, the streets are not in good condition, there are no sidewalks in good condition to walk on, and there is nothing near the hotel like restaurants or shopping malls.

Well the parking sucks because there is not exit and when u are park to exit you have to reverse and is narrow when doing it so. The same entrances is the exit as well

For our second stay in 10 days the airport transfer didn’t arrive, we had to phone and insist on one, despite having confirmed arrival in advance by email. 30 mins then to negotiate check in is excessive, zero need to deliver such a tediously slow process.

I had a very disappointing stay combined with very rude customer service. Prior to my stay I confirmed the airport pick up and was advised that a representative from the hotel would be waiting for me with a sign with my name on it. That did not happen. Since the airport does not have wifi I couldn’t contact the hotel. I found a nice cab driver who was willing to call on my behalf and was told they would be there in 15 mins. Over an hour later the transfer arrived. It also picked up other people who had been waiting for 2.5 hours. They said they kept calling and continued to be informed of a 15 min wait. It is very disappointing that the hotel would continue to lie when they knew they would not follow through. When I finally arrived at the hotel, I did not receive any apology or explanation. The staff were dismissive and only shrugged their shoulders. I was woken up at 1:30 am by people partying in the halls which echos due to the tile. I called front desk to ask if they could tell the people to go inside their room. The front desk responded (without even checking) that there was no one outside partying and did not take any action. Very disappointing!

I loved the hotel. Very clean and modern. They have a pool and a bar. Very nice ambience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Being on the hotel grounds felt very safe which was very important because it was my mom and I traveling. They have a really nice breakfast which they serve from 6:30am-10:00am. Excellent experience.

We like it was close to airport. We like the breakfast! We love the pool! Clean, new facilities. Beautiful modern design. We didn’t like that we could not get picked up at airport because it was outside of transportation hours. Taxi was $10 USD

Room 114 is extremely loud from people at pool, yelling outside my room, echoing in hallway outside my room tonight. I hope I at least get some sleep for travel tomorrow.

Poor communication with staff. They offer to provide transportation service from the airport, but when called to contact them there was no answer. I upgraded my room reservation but I was disappointed considering what I paid for an upgraded room. No hot water in the shower. The shower curtain was placed too high that water started to come out when taking the shower and flooded the room. The towels rack was falling down from the wall and the bathroom does not offer much privacy when using the toilet. The overall cost per night is overrated for this room.

We had the business triple room and loved it every minute. I cant say enough positive things about this place. Im very satisfied that I stayed here.

Staff were able to communicate in english which was a welcome change for us. They were all very accomodating. We truly appreciate everything they did for us.
