A luxurious and spacious small and cozy guesthouse right in the middle of town but away from the chaos. The location makes you feel like a ‘local’. The guesthouse is on the 3rd floor of a historical and very central building. No need for a car in downtown Naples as everywher can be reached on foot, by taxi or underground train. The guesthouse in very clean and modern, but not too much. We booked the suite for the four of us, my wife and I had a room with large on-suite (Sofia) and the two children shared the other room (Mediterraneo), with a bathroom in the private corridor. The guesthouse is not manned all day so you need to arrive within given times but then you are given the keys to the room, to the front door of the guesthouse and of the condominium main doors to access the building. The manager of the guesthouse was there to help us unload the car on arrival, and was fantastic throughout our stay, very polite, kind, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She was at the guesthouse for breakfast and during the day for check-outs and arrivals. The rooms both had modern TVs, connected to the web, the bathrooms were well stocked, clean and tidy with an elegant feel to them, All in all a fantastic New Years Eve stay over 3 nights, with the hotel really helping to make the trip enjoyable and comfortable. We will have to return! Thank you so very much!

Our family really enjoyed our stay st NAP Luxury Guest House. The Suite is so spacious, clean and well furnished. The location is great which is near one of the stops of the bus sightseeing tours. It's also safe with a key to enter the property. Nico gave us a warm.welcome and gave us information about Naples such as restaurants. He prepared a very good spread of breakfast every morning. He also arranged the taxi for us for the airport. Highlr recommend this place.

We felt very well cared for here. The small size meant a very personal experience. The room was very comfortable, quiet and well appointed. Service was wonderful. Central location to walk most places and a metro stop right there for access to the train station.

This place is in walking distance from ferries ! And the staff was so gracious! Helped w out dinners, Walks to main areas, and cabs in the morning to the airport! They even gave us breakfast to go! Room was big and roomy w all the bells and whistles! Beautiful towels and toiletries! Def would recommend this place !

This is a small boutique hotel (4 rooms) but dont let that discourage you. Nicolo gave us a very personalized service. Even helped my husband apply for a Tessera card to watch a futbol game. Nicolo even left coffee maker programmed for our early check out (5am) and packed some croissants. He arranged taxi service to take us to the train station. He went above and beyond. When checking in make sure you look for Nap Luxury Guest House # and dial so they can open for you. Once you get in Go straight to elevator and go to the 3rd floor. After check in - you are given keys.

This place is modern and is well located with easy access to restaurants and other attractions. It has all the amenities one needs while traveling. Niccolo was very helpful with breakfast and booking out taxis etc. I would highly recommend this place.

Well done. The windows are glorious and add the final touches to a very special guest house. All is executed extremely well. I almost wavered before booking on security concerns. That was put to rest on arrival. Enjoy!

Our stay at Nap Luxury Guesthouse was wonderful. We stayed in the Lemon room which was clean and comfortable with lots of amenities. Breakfast was delish and filling (it’s international breakfast style). Our hostess Alexandra was very helpful and friendly. Glad we stayed here during our trip to Naples - which has awesome seafood food!

Our stay was wonderful! Nicoló and Allesandra were key to making our stay so much better. They were extremely attentive to us and made sure we had everything we needed including rides to and from the airport, taxi rides and information about the easiest and cheapest was to get from A to B. The room was spacious and clean and the AC was perfect.

Great service, great rooms, great breakfast, great location. Would come again.

Our host was amazing and unbelievably helpful, the suite was amazing and super clean - the beds were the most comfortable we slept in in the whole two weeks we traveled through Italy. Very modern only thing is you can't have one person go out and one stay in as the room card keeps the lights on but it was a minor thing and the amenities and wonderful host more than compensated - thank you Nicolo.

This was a fantastic place to stay in Naples. Very convenient to the port and historic and scenic areas as well as restaurants and transportation. We had the family suite and it was perfect, clean and spacious!

What a treat it was to stay here. Nicolo was a host in the truest sense. He helped us with everything we needed and was available at all times when we needed to ask questions. Couldn't have a nicer host. The rooms were very clean and modern which is not always the case in Italy. We stayed at the Marriott last time we were in Naples but Nap was better and we would stay there again. Breakfast was served daily and Alisandro was as pleasant and nice as Nicolo. The property is in an old building that has multiple uses. Nap was only three rooms so it truly felt like a luxury guest house. We strongly recommend it!

What a find! This boutique property has everything. A comfortable bed, spotless room and facilities, high ceilings, Bluetooth speakers and a lovely breakfast with everything you could hope for. The staff, Alessandra especially, were kind and helpful. Close to the harbour and situated on a busy roundabout, it was dead silent at night. So nice to sleep! Universita metro stop across the street. Grocery store around the corner for snacks. Literally, the perfect location to explore the city. And I loved Naples. Can hardly to come back and stay here. Better than a five star hotel.

The property is centrally located, easy walk to all major attractions and restaurants. Tour ticket booths are right outside on the plaza. It's very quiet inside the property. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful. Breakfasts are simple but very nice. Two young staff are very friendly and eager to help with recommendations. A very pleasant and relaxed stay. Will definitely stay there again!

We had a fabulous night at Nap Luxury Guest House. The rooms are very large, as is the bathroom. Alessandra (I believe that was the owner's name, I apologize if I am remembering wrong!) was wonderful- recommended a lovely walking itinerary for our one day in Naples, as well as directions to the ferry for Sorrento in the morning. Breakfast was excellent, as was the bed, the location and the ease of check-in (room was even ready an hour early!). We will be back when we come to fully explore Naples!

This was a 5 star stay with a mom & pop feel. They went over the top to meet our every need and even arrived early if we had an early day out. They were above and beyond wondetful and would go again and again!!!!

Lovey place, close to everything. At check-in we got coffee, the lady that welcomed us was fantastic. We left really early for the airport, so we didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast, but I’m sure it was delicious.

This was a wonderful place to stay in Naples. Everything was within walking distance for us. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We traveled with 4 adults and enjoyed the privacy the adjoining suites offered. Everything was so clean, the property was very safe and the continental breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again if in Naples.

The pictures of property dont do it justice. We booked the suite with 2 bedrooms. Beautiful linens, nice balcony and great bathroom. The family / staff were so warm and friendly. Lastly continental breakfast was amazing. Strongly recommend Nap Luxury Guest House!
