Check in was very efficient and helpful. The clerk was very professional and friendly as well as knowledgeable. The hotel suite was very beautiful.

Friendly staff, nice, clean room. The only requests I’d want is a fan in the bathroom and bacon at the breakfast lounge.

The rooms were large ,clean and comfortable I was very disappointed that the pool was not open this is my exercise.there were no signs about it and the staff had no idea on reopening would not stay again till it’s open could not even find out if there was a hot tub.

I was visiting with my daughter, grandchildren and my dog! Super pet-friendly with a little treat bag for my pooch. The room was awesome with a great view of the lake (in winter sadly). I will definitely go back this summer when I return to visit my family.

Great value! We always get the 1 bedroom suite with kitchenette and it is very spacious!

Beds were very comfortable.

Clean and comfy - great location. The breakfast could be improved (how about scrambled eggs - they only offered meat omelet? And they should finish the advertised pool (it’s been a year) but even with that, best hotel in north bay

When i booked the hotel, pool was listed as an amenity. When the kids and i showed up, it was not operational (and hadn't been for some time). I'm not sure if this was their error or hotels.com, but i never would have booked had i known.

This was a beautiful hotel with a very friendly and hardworking staff. The rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. The front desk ladies were so so helpful and Austin from housekeeping went out of his way to bring me an extra blanket. I will definitely come here anytime I come to North Bay. Very clean and very new as well!

Easy access to the property and lots of parking. Easy walk to our event at the legion. Streets are quiet and well lit around so felt safe with walking. It is a new hotel and just needs the area to develop a bit more around it.

Everything looked clean, just dusty night table. The cleanliness during breakfast was subpar. The counters where we had to collect our food were extremely dirty with spills of all sorts. I had no where clean to put down my tray. We went down around 8:30 am and there was no fruit, no cream for coffee and coffee was cold.

Room had small kitchenette I used pot to make tea in pot and no one cleaned next day. I stayed two nights . When complained, I was told we do dishes once a week, how silly. You pay $200:a night get this crappy answer.

Aside from having a tricky time doing the deadbolt on our door, and hard mattresses, we don’t have anything bad to say about this hotel. The room was very clean, breakfast was wonderful, parking was plentiful, and the location just around the corner for the beach, dock, park, and Trans-Canada trail was just perfect.

Very nice and clean place. People are so nice. We spent 3 days there during Thanksgiving. It was rainy outside. Lucky that we booked this hotel which had kitchen inside the room. The room was so big and comfortable. And we spent time in the gym during those days.

Friendly staff, unlimited coffee/tea/ hot chocolate throughout the day. Good selection of breakfast items though the muffin/sweets were not replaced. Disappointed that the pool was under maintenance.
