Roaches everywhere. I was on the second floor. Moved the bed spread and roaches scattered. I didn't stay my 2nd night.

Stayed for two night 1st room was very clean the 2nd room had hair in the shower and a dead roach on the floor the need to call the exterminator because the roaches were crawling up the walls and on the dresser

Unfortunately we encountered a roach problem that we reported the morning after our arrival. The manager said that they had just sprayed and that he would spray our room while we were out. We continued to see roaches in the room until we checked out.

We have always stayed at Marriott Hotels. But this is the first time we have not. And the first time ever coming to Longview. We attended my grandma's funeral. Let me tell the truth!! This place is cleaner than any Marriott that we have ever stayed! I don't know about the past experiences of others but we will stay there again up against any HOTEL or motel. We felt safe and all. I can't say enough good things about this place because it tops any Marriott! And the rste was cheap but the room and stay was worth a million!!

It looked to be a cheaper side of town but the room was clean . Liked the fact it had a good sized fridge with a freezer area,microwave and a cook top. Was disappointed that there was no coffee or any way to get any. The ad had said that coffee was in the room. Otherwise area was quiet and easy to get to the venue.Fit our needs.

It was a good stay for our trip to Longview and then goin back home, but when we got there to check in (we told them it was a late check in) the guy in the office tried to charge us $140 and even after I explained to him that I had booked online through hotels.com he tried to act like we didn’t know what we were talking about! Finally I told him we had a reservation online and it was $70. Definitely disappointed in this and will be finding a different hotel from now on.

Did not like the lack of breakfast only thing available was cold cereal and some packages of muffins. Along with milk and sunny d. I also requested a 1015am wake up call that didnt happen, then lastly the maid opened my door while i was sleeping you would think they would have a system to ahow which rooms are occupied

Reserved room with Expedia. Checked in and man at desk wanted to charge my credit card. Explained to him room booked with Expedia, so thought room had already been paid for thru Expedia with credit card. He did not seem to understand, and called a female to assist, she verified the reservation and that room was paid for already. Gave ID which they copied, then finally gave me a room. When I opened the door, a couple was in the room in bed together. Apologized profusely for disturbing them and went back to front desk and advised them what happened. People at front desk were joined by another man. They then wanted to see my ID again. Told them they already made a copy of it, but they wanted to see it again and then started talking among themselves in some language other than English. I asked what the problem was and the woman said that there was some problem in that Expedia had given them the wrong name for my reservation. Seemed more concerned with making sure they got paid for the room than they were about giving me a room that was already occupied. Finally got another room and it was a very nice room and very clean, which I guess is where the 4.1/5.0 rating came from. Expedia said had continental breakfast. It consisted of orange juice from a plastic jug, coffee, 2 kinds of sweetened cereal and coffee, nothing else. No one on duty at front desk when I got breakfast and no one on duty when checked out, good thing had reservation receipt already from Expedia

The property was well maintained and clean. There was a ice machine and vending. Room was clean and dusted. My husband liked the little shampoo sample. Slept great. Bed very comfortable. Would stay again! Staff very friendly!

Wow what a great little find in Longview! This place is clean the service was friendly and I never heard a peep the whole time I was there. I only stayed one night and I slept like a baby. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for basic accommodations at a great price. No Frills but no problems and it was clean and quiet. Location is right in the center of Longview

The bathroom door was entirely too close to the toilet and opened to the inside, making it difficult to close the door, otherwise a nice room.

No coffee in the rooms, They told us @ check in, the lobby would open at 6. They did not open lobby until 8. The beds were very comfortable. The TV remote was very hard to use. We did not have TV half of our stay.
