Stayed several times and all areas are declining. This time, got a room that door was open and bed had been layed on. 2nd room provided had sheets with bad rough spots on them. Was not a great experience for a one night stay.

The room was clean enough. The water stains above the shower, the shower head and water pressure, and repair pair work from damage could all be way better.
The setup of the room was good. The counter was nice in the bathroom. The room could be cleaner.

Room 103 carpet was frayed, shower head barely sprayed. Trash under both beds, door stuck, had to pull hard to shut it. Disappointed.
Breakfast, 2nd day biscuits and sausage.

Always a great stay here. Hotel is getting a tiny bit outdated and needs newer towels but overall staff very freindly and helpful, excellent coffee and nice atmosphere.

We were in town to visit our son and his family and this hotel was the closest to their home. It was great except for the fact that they never serviced our room in the four nights that we stayed there. We didn't need it everyday but even on the one day that we put the tag on the door requesting service, we returned late that night and it had not been touched. It would have been nice to have some clean towels and our garbage emptied at least once!

Upon checking in the front lady was not friendly at all and it actually felt like we were bothering her by checking in. We arrived in the evening and it just felt uncomfortable checking in. The room smelled musty/moldy as soon as you walked in. You could see rust in areas all in the bathroom. We had to by Lysol to spray in the room to help the smell. From now on we will never stay here. Mind you this was the second time we had stayed here and the first time was great. Seems it has gone down now

The handicap accessible room was on the fourth floor. Caused a lot of walking. The shower was a stand up but the door only opened half way and it was the side closest to the toilet making hard to squeeze in there. Not very accessible. The shower head was also dangling because the shower head stand was broken so you had to hold it the entire time.

Could use a good deep cleaning and a few repairs. But all in all great hotel staff was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious! We will be back in two weeks!

Hotel needs much in repairs- but mostly a real deep cleaning. Bathroom floor had residual human waste (we cleaned it up)- rust on surfaces, shoddy - poor carpet and years dust and just a spot to sleep.
Front Desk barely able to communicate with guests-
Only bright spot was morning- day staff- (friendly and appeared interested in their doing a great job. Otherwise - a never repeat experience.

I opened the door to the room and was immediately hit with a strong mold smell. The bathroom had visible mold, looked decrepit, and the shower was really crusty. Was told by the front desk that the mold was "due to the rain and the atmosphere is out of their control" and that "all of the rooms were like that." I am duly aware they cannot control the weather but most buildings I have been in do not begin stinking of mold when it rains a bit.

Rooms were musty and humid. Signs of mold and moisture in the walls of the staircases. First room we were checked into had a filthy bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned. After informing the front desk, we were moved to another room, with an even worse bathroom. Mold on the ceiling, caulking had mildew stains, rust stains from not being scrubbed for extended periods of time, hair in our shower from previous guests. Will never stay at this location again. Gone severely downhill since our last stay at this La Quinta.

Pro’s: The room was very spacious and comfortable.
Con’s: The room was very musty smelling, we had to go and buy air freshener.
We had to tighten the toilet seat because it was to loose
We had to plug in the cable to be able to watch TV
The shower was not very clean, the rubber strap on the shower door was loose , it wouldn’t close all the way while showering
They need slip resistant pads or something on the shower floor, way to slippery
Breakfast choice was a lot , but the food was barely warm

It wasn't that bad. To me, the bathroom could've been a little cleaner. That's my only critique. The staff was very friendly and nice. The breakfast was very good, as well.

It was a quick and easy check in. Receptionist was super friendly and polite. The only thing is that we were given a room on the 1st floor, even though convenient, it was a bit noisy from other patrons walking by and slamming doors. But not enough to keep you from having a good night's sleep. I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was plentiful and loved the Texas shaped waffles.

It is a fairly new property and nice however, in the bathroom they have mold around the tub. The breakfast is decent and the staff is polite. I would stay there again.

We always stay here when visiting family because they are pet friendly and always have clean comfortable rooms. Would recommend whether you have fur babies or not.

Door to bathroom was bowed so that top of door was out of door frame by about 2 inches while closed properly at the bottom. I looked like someone "bent" the door with extreme force. There were chips to the room door interior that looked like someone tried to pry to door open and chipped the Formica door covering at several places. The door lock clip was finger loose and questionable as to whether it would hold the door shut if it was opened by a key - I was able to stick my little finger between the security plate and the door frame. The fan in the bathroom was so loud that you had to turn the light off each time you walked out - it interfered with the TV volume - it was that loud. I mentioned it the evening of the check-in, but the morning staff had no clue about the defects in the room - and I was promised by evening staff and morning staff that they would report the matters to management. I have to assume my comments went in one ear and out the other.

Shower liner leaked water to the front door. We asked for assistance and the staff member just brought us more towels. We asked for maintenance and the gentleman came in and said he heard we had a leak. Later he brought a mop and more towels. Said all we could do is lay down towels on the floor to stop the water from coming to the hallway. Very disappointing considering we stayed a whole week. We constantly had to ask for more towels throughout our stay.

The hotel was close to where we wanted to be for the weekend. Parking was convenient. Hotel staff was friendly, particularly the lady at the desk when we checked out on Saturday. She was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast items were fine - actually had good coffee which is sometimes rare for these type hotels.
On the negative side, the snack area was not well stocked (at least not on Friday night when we wanted something). The hot water was not very hot in the shower, but oddly the sink had hot water.
Otherwise, a decent place for a short stay.

This place was disgusting. So dirty we cut back our stay to only one day, and we didn't shower because it was so filthy. We actually called another hotel, but it was booked. We would have left if we could.

Clean rooms, horrible bed pillows… lumpy and flat, all of them.
Breakfast was supposed to start at 6. We left at 6:10 and it wasn’t ready.

The room was nice...and looked comfortable..but....the bed was hard...the l shaped couch was hard...and the chair with the table was hard...so all tho it looked nice and comfortable...it really wasn't

I loved the desk clerk yesterday early evening.
I loved that the housekeeper left me a note.
I loved the mattress, the beautiful lobby, the close parking and the price.
I had to leave too early for breakfast but I heard it is really good! I will be back!

For the price it was terrible. Basically lip stick on a pig. Old with a few new features, bathroom are outdated except for the sink. There was a dirty brown cob web on the ceiling.
