In town on family matters. Very tiring couple of days. Great place to come back to and recharge for the next day.

Both nights were noisy, peopke running up and down halls, rooms upstairs. Homeless people stayed in lobby hartassing patrons. Room had roaches. Will never recommend or stay again. First nad review on anything I've ever given

The room was spacious and appealing to the eye. The bathroom shower had hair in it where they didn’t rinse it well during cleaning. Had to buy bleach and rinse the shower myself. There was the smell of weed in the hallway from other tenants. Did not feel like a family friendly environment.

I booked a room/queen size bed/handicapped bathroom/shower with seat. I got a queen size bed and a shower. But it’s nothing new, the last 5 out of 6 bookings has been the same. That’s why I don’t leave reviews. Still not bad 4 out of 5.

It looks like a prison on the inside. Come to find out it’s a shelter on the low key side. That takes housing vochures .which I do not have anything against that but just let guest no . That police will be called due to violence people hanging out all day and night . And please don’t touch the snacks that supposed to be breakfast it’s not a clean area .

First time staying at an extended stay. This particular location was previously another hotel chain but purchased by extended stay years ago so I'm not sure if the look is typical of extended stay. I will say that staff were welcoming and friendly and the hotel room itself was clean. Other than that the experience was subpar. Upon first entering the hotel there was a weed odor, I saw trash cans on multiple floors overrun with trash. A few doors down from our room someone was blasting music. The beds were not comfortable maybe it was me but I tossed and turned all night. The air unit did not get down to the desired temperature. Lastly, it sound like someone was hitting the wall behind the bed and several times our room door.

Did not like that the TV remote did not work properly. Did not like that when booking they did not specify pets were an additional charge. Everything else was good!

They tell you that they have a limited breakfast with oatmeal coffee and muffins. The coffee was awful. There was no oatmeal and the muffins were chocolate only and tasteless

Old and outdated. TV picture was horrible had to watch football game on cell phone. There were no kitchen supplies or extra bedding available. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Breakfast is only a “grab and go”

Our room smelled like smoke so much that we slept with the window open even, asked for extra bedding for the sofa bed, courteous service but i was handed a blanket bagged that was supposedly washed, but there was human hair all over it when i opened it, didnt use. There were stains on the walls that looked like a wine spill in the bathroom and smear marks on the wall in entry. Continental breakfast was granola bars, a muffin or oatmeal made in a styrofoam cup with hot water from the coffeemaker. We had debated on asking for a refund multiple times. The Hilton was only 10 dollars more. I think you all didnt offer a good price at all in the assessment of what we stayed in.

Breakfast was terrible!! We had to go to McDonalds instead. Also, the bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut and had no lock or latch. It was like a sliding barn door that was cute, but not functional! Everything else was nice. Beds were comfortable, room was quiet, location is convenient.

The hotel was outdated and just worn out. Walls were paper thin because at 3:15 AM I was jolted awake by a screaming argument in the next room. This lasted for a full 15 minutes and after that the rap music came on at full blast. They must have had a large "boom box" in the room. I never stayed at an Extended Stay before but I'll never stay in one again. This was one of the worst hotel experiences that I ever had.

We had a late checkin and there were lots of people loitering in the parking lots. When we got to the room there was a used bar of soap on the sink, wet wash cloth and full trash can. The whole room was not well kept and gross. The hotel smelled like pot and didn’t feel safe.
