To sum up my experience, "The hotel was nice, but it didn't meet the five-star requirements. It seemed a bit old, and the rooms had a strong, stinky perfume smell. I asked the front desk for help on carrying my luggage to my room but he ignored and said we don’t have anyone to help. The decor didn't match the pictures and advertisements. However, the breakfast buffet was good and tasty. Overall, I'd rate it as a three-star hotel."

it was a great choice to spend one night in this hotel during my road trip in Turkey, Spacious rooms, so clean and feels like home. Really comfortable bed The staff are very friendly and speaks English. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast buffet, they don't have juice and omelet. Other than that the breakfast is just fine.

We are 3 persons all are adults while the room is double room with one double bed and sofa bed too small for adults. We asked for a solution they sent us a mattress and the 3rd adult sleep on the floor. Also the A/C is bad

Almost everything was great about the hotel. If I want to complain, the bar at the terrace was not working during my stay but may be it's because the season or the covid-19 related matter. Location of the hotel suits for me perfectly as I had a meeting nearby however it's not very close to the city center. It's like business area I suppose. Open buffet breakfast was delicious, personnel at lobby and restaurant were nice and welcoming. Definitely suggest it especially if you need to be in that area of Ankara

Breakfast was decent for the price, I was not really happy about my room I was expecting to be in higher floors to have better views. Overall nice staff and clean hotel . Expected a bit more on meal service. However for someone who is looking to get spend a few days I do recommend it

The valet service is great. The staff very friendly. Food breakfast was excellent the first day and ok the next. I think different chefs. Also, room service food was okey but I think it's a chef issue.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and it's staff. Front desk, manager, food services all bend over backwards for your needs. I am here for 5 days and can tell from a lot of travel experience this is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

I scratched my hand when I arrived at the hotel and there was blood on the bed sheet. When they cleaned the room the next day, they tidied it up and when I lifted the blanket I saw my own blood on the bedsheet. They never replaced the bed sheet.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Overall everything was great. The only awkward thing was ironing service which I had to do myself. They just brought it into my room. I would prefer staff to do it for a fee.
