Overall, the stay was good. We were there for 1 night for a family event in the area. My husband got a fantastic night sleep which is a big win! Bed was comfortable and clean. The pool looked fun. The breakfast was really good too (fresh scrambled eggs, make your own pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, etc). Clementines & bananas available in lobby all day. We did have some complaints though. We didn't have much time to be in the room before our event but found out later that the room did have a broken toilet seat, no shampoo in the bottle, and the darkening shade didn't close all the way. The walls were somewhat thin as I could hear others next door - luckily that did not impede our sleep. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating and took a little off our bill for the inconveniences. It was a good stay although I didn't think it was worth the $300/night we paid.

This was the best Holiday Inn we have ever stayed at. The room was a lot bigger & so was the bathroom. We didn’t feel crammed in a room.

Our bathroom had not been swept (it looked like they started cleaning and never finished). We notified the front desk as we left for dinner, and they apologized and offered us a free beer for the trouble. I assumed that meant they would also take care of it, but when we returned later that night the condition had not changed. I mentioned it at checkout the next morning and the manager was very apologetic and offered a discount on the room. While I appreciate the friendliness and kind gestures, it would have been nice to have it taken care of the first time. Otherwise, the room and rest of the hotel seemed clean.

Clean and comfy. Breakfast was very good! First night was noisy. Second night was quiet. A little disappointed that housekeeping didn't clean our room.

The first room: bathroom door frame wacked, ask to change room they changed it in 20 minutes with one with the heater broken( that weekend was cold)
Called and asked to change the room they changed it in 30 minutes
Back home from my stay i see a charge of $101. Disnt use the breakfast because the quality went down and tge food is low quality
Call the customer service they “ speak with the general manager”. So i called my credit card company to dispute. Still waiting since feb 19 th for my refund.

Great staff, clean hotel, but I was so disappointed in the bed. The mattress dipped so bad on both sides that I had no choice but to sleep in the dip. If I tried the middle I’d roll into one side or the other. Also, the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. I won’t stay here again.

Check in took a bit long but that was on hotels.com not working properly. Everything was really nice except for the super loud guy next door that needed to break up with his girlfriend cause it really wasnt working out.

I liked the size of the room, the refrigerator, the microwave and TV. Great set up for laptop and desk for work. After 10pm - very quiet. For the price it was a good value. I wish there was hand soap or bars of soap at the sink to wash hands. Room was clean and comfortable except for weird stuff on the walls in the bathroom. Two complaints: The 9:00 am knock on door for cleaning on the day we were to check out and the sour attitude of the front desk employee. This girl must be having a bad day every day.

Great size room for King suite. We would have enjoyed a sofa in there, but still a good stay.

We stayed for 4 nights and would stay again if and when we are ever in the area. The continental breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

We were attending a wedding. This motel was 15 min from the venue. We had to leave before check in time. The staff provided us a place to change to our formal clothes.

Property could’ve been better maintained. Wasn’t super cleanily, and they seemed to be understaffed. Would not recommend this stay to family and friends unless it’s a last resort. The staff that was working was great, but unfortunately the property itself just wasn’t the best.

Since my last visit the hotel maintenance need to step up. Broken tiles on the elevator, stay in room 208 and the the tile on the entrance is cracked, fan in bathroom not working, behing bathroom door sign of wall peeling off and the cleaningness of the room need to bw inproved. The sofa has a strong smell of sweat as the pillows. Seems like one of the customer stay there and disnt took a shower. I had to sleep without pillows. Seems also the quality of pillow changed. Used to have down pillow now just polyester filled. Breakfast quality went down as well. I think that if you increase the price of stay people will pay for better service but cutting corner never helps. Sorry but i am in hospitality industry for 41 years and works in many international hotels and few things stick

Well, no hot water for nearly the entire time of or two day stay. Rooms need an upgrade - bulbs not working in the room, fan not working in the bathroom, floors need a deep clean in the bathroom and sleepung area, noisy air unit. The staff tried but is understaffed.

Staff and service were amazing, but the bathroom was dirty as were towels. Location is aware of issue and trying to correct it. I would certainly return when that gets remedied
