Even though hotel claimed that there’re free car park, yet it’s very hard to get a slot as it’s always full. Linen are very old and dirty. Location is good.

Lovely, restored room with fireplace, air-conditioning, and heated floor in the bathroom! On arrival we entered through the bottle shop, a bit strange, then we were given a tour of the hotel. All rooms are on level 1, but they have a lift. The rooms are clean and decorated in the style keeping with the pub's age. There is a communal kitchen with continental breakfast included and a coffee espresso machine. But the room had all you need for coffee making plus a fridge to keep your Barossa wines cool :) overall a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

Beautiful spot to stay in Adelaide Hills. Very clean room, loved the balcony and Aesop products. Bistro and bar downstairs great, and staff all pleasant and helpful.

We loved our stay at Crafers Hotel. The cellar was sublime and the restaurant food was excellent. We also really appreciated the little extras like the free water and Tim Tams in the room and breakfast area. We’ll be back.

Absolutely beautiful place to unwind in the shadow of Mount Lofty. The restaurant down stairs can be a bit noisy but didn’t bother me. Only little thing that confused me when I got there was that there isn’t a designated check in area and no signs to point you in the right direction, but the restaurant staff kindly showed me the way and after that everything was exceptional! Would definitely return and for longer than one night

We were travelling Perth to Melbourne. This was our Adelaide stop. Picked it at random and were pleasantly surprised and impressed. Dinner at the restaurant was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable, quiet, with excellent continental breakfast included. Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. Finding a park in the carpark can be a little difficult at lunch time. Would certainly stay again.

I stayed in the Summit room and it was so pretty. Equipped with everything you need and nice touch to have free snacks in the room. Room service food was great and prompt service. Breakfast room is way too small. Couldn’t sit down as chairs were occupied and there was no clean cutlery and hardly any crockery left. Overall a very pleasant stay though.

Lovingly restored hotel with luxury features and generous provisions. Everything beautifully clean. Lovely breakfast and great lunch/dinner menu. Easy transport links from Adelaide. A good base for a romantic weekend in the hills.

I just love staying at the Crafers Hotel especially through winter with the oprn fire places downstairs and the gas log fires in some of the rooms. All staff are just lovely

Cruel. Wednesday night when I asked for help because I’d accidentally tapped cancel instead of change the most important booking Thursday 29 June. My family flew 2 days for my daughter’s First Holy Communion Sunday and had to leave Friday. They deserved a good night sleep before back to a. 3 stopover return. Instead we were charged a late fee because he took a bit too long to wash up-as I said my place is having plumbing repairs. . Overall excellent to exceptionally poor quality and performance.

One building with guest rooms over an an amazing restaurant. Friendly staff, clean rooms, common space for breakfast. On site parking at rear shared with restaurant guests but no designated parking for overnight guests. Not an issue unless you arrive at peak service, it’s raining and you have to carry baggage over a long distance. In addition to your overnight stay highly recommend lunch or dinner at the restaurant. Very well stocked cellar. We will be back
