This place is DISGUSTING! DO NOT STAY HERE! If we hadn't arrived so late with two little ones in tow, we would have turned around at a run. Where to start. I've never wanted to shower with my socks on before. Someone else's clothing in the drawers. Filthy bath towels, lights that wouldn't switch off in the bathroom. Filthy, filthy, Filthy....my husband slept in his clothes and I took the kids to a public restroom to wash across the street. The conviction felon with face tattoos bullied me for a $50 depot CASH ONLY when we got there. Sorry, but I didn't see that noted in the reservation info on the booking site. The guy was a creep. I brought the towels down to the desk at checkout to show the woman working and she looked completely disinterested....like...so? It's just another day here. I would argue for a refund but the $60 I paid for the room isn't worth the battle. You get what you pay for?...Sure, but I would expect at least a clean towel.

TV remote wouldn't work Switched rooms Still didn't work. Dusty Gunk on the crown molding. Not even any Coffee in the Morning. A place to lay your head for a night and that's all

The first room was damp the linens were damp. And it smelt like stale mildew. We were changed to another room and it was better but the floor felt like it was gonna cave in. Terrible experience

Stains on the sheets.. door entry issues.. everything was falling apart..someone just walked into our room without notice.. the only thing good about this hotel was the friendly desk clerk.. not recommended at all

In a very modern world we live in, everything becoming digital, they require us to pay cash. I am a solo traveler woman, don’t carry cash because it is difficult to find places to withdraw money via Wise. They let me an hour set, desperately trying to contact Expedia to try to get my money back to find another accommodation or find a solution for that. After so long, the staff decided to help me! They were angels sent by God to help me. Then, when I could finally get into the room, because the key card didn’t work appropriately, there was a bed smoke small, even though the place is a non-smoking one. The room and the blanket were not exactly like shown in the picture. Hope this company changes its policy so that other travelers don’t have a hard time as I did!

This has to be one of the worst if not the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It smells terrible, the room needs a total do over new vinyl flirting but it was just laid down and it feels like the sun floor is rotten. If I knew how to get out of the booking I would have left.

A terrible horrible no good very bad hotel. We got to our rooms. First room floor was wet and slippery and the room hadn’t been cleaned. Second room ac wasn’t working, the carpeted floor was sopping wet, and the fire alarm had been covered with plastic and smelled of terrible cigarette smoke. We asked for other rooms and the next rooms- one had exposed wires and one had the fan covering laying in the floor with the exposed fan opened. We were not happy and decided we couldn’t stay and asked for our money back. They refused. They also required us to give a $50 cash deposit but they did give that back. I can’t explain how not okay this hotel was. Spend 15 more and go to the quality inn next door it will be very much worth it!!!!

The floors(carpet) was damp, sticky , and dirty had a feet and socks like we been in a swamp all day,.. The bed were a little hard , the rooms need updating , paint preling , ceiling and corners dusty, if it wasnt already afrer midnight i would if went somewhere else..

Hotel doesn’t allow any visitors whatsoever. Roaches all over the room. Everything has a damp feeling in the room including bed and pillows. Staff is very friendly but that doesn’t help the inconveniences. Here on business and has friends who don’t see often couldn’t even bring any over to watch Georgia game with me. Definitely won’t be staying here in future.

The Front Desk Clerk was very unpleasant, you can smell the Marijuana from a mile on them. The room was dirty, moldy, and rug looks like it were never cleaned! a trend of hair was in the Tub with 2 babies roaches walking inside of the Tub, the box spring bed wasn't a mattress, we felt like we were sleeping on the hard concrete floor. The room was ridiculously un cleaned in every way you could think of. How did the County close their eyes on this dirtiest so call Motel

This place requires a cash deposit despise being pre-paid which i did not realize before arriving late in the evening. The environment looked very sketchy and unsafe. I was told there were no exceptions to the cash deposit. After finding an atm, i paid the deposit and go to the room. The room was disgusting. The bathroom mirror was completely cracked, there are visible screws holding up the shower head. The walls were filthy, and had holes in them. The smoke detector was covered in plastic as if someone was trying to hide smoking in the room. Sleeping in a rest area with security would have been safer and cleaner than staying here. If i could have found another room at 1130 at night, i would not have stayed here at all. Do yourself a favor and skip this place completely.

We had to change rooms because the A/C was broken in our first room. The rooms were very run down and are obviously being “patched as needed”. The sheets were clean, thankfully, but after my shower I had to dry off with a beach towel that my husband ran out and got from our car because the towel on the shelf was covered with unidentifiable stains. The front desk didn’t have more towels and housekeeping wasn’t due in until 8 or 9 AM. Disgusting!

Cheap so get what you pay for. Was quite in evening. Surprisingly they require $50 cash deposit that’s returned to you when you leave. No biggie just who carries cash these days lol

I liked the fact it did not stink and the people running it spoke where you could understand what they said. They were very nice and friendly. The room was clean. The parking was ok. We were just off the interstate. Easy to get and go the next morning. A nice place for the price we paid.

Don't ever stay here! This place was nasty. From the mildew smell when you walk into the lobby, to the hole in the floor of my 2nd floor room, to the black mold on the bathroom walls. The mildew smell was even worse in the room. It was so bad that I checked out by 6 p.m. and went to another hotel. Not to mention all of the "regulars" who live there. A lot of tweekers. If you're passing through Lake City, steer clear of the Knights Inn.

we book this and when we got to the property we were told we didn’t have a room to stay in. they overbooked the hotel. The area had no hotels available due to the storm and we were without a room to stay in.

Mattresses need to be replaced, no support whatsoever. Floor next to bed sinks when stepped on. Bathroom sink so dirty you couldn’t tell what color sink is. Wall next to toilet peeling. Too many deficiencies to describe all.

Was given room number 104.. unloaded the car with the family’s luggage and found the room we were given was under renovation. The window were completely taken out, no screen on the windows to prevent bugs from getting in the room. The room was at least 90 degrees, the a/c was not running because the windows were not functional. I went back to the check in counter and let the attendant know what was going on with that room. He changed my family to room 126. We walked into that room and the smell of the room was horrific, the a/c was on and working. The over all cleanliness of the room was below satisfactory but we had been traveling all day and was ready to sleep so we could continue our journey the following morning. The room smelled like mold and sweat. had to use body spray to mask the smell of the room.
