I’ve given this chain of hotels a lot of tries and I’ve noticed that they all serve the same bland breakfast all around. The hotel and stay were quite nice and we enjoyed happy hour down at the bar with family.

The location is great as it’s convenient to everything. The room was nice and clean but there were a few things that weren’t working or in poor condition. It took us calling 3 times before someone came up to fix things, but they eventually did. Also, they charged $28 for parking which makes no sense at the property…it’s not enclosed and less than half occupied at all times. I was there for work and only one night so it wasn’t a huge deal, but very unusual given that’s it’s a Hampton Inn with no parking space issues all around.

The property was very clean and the staff was very courteous. House keeping did a great job. Hot breakfast was good. Shower and bathroom sink pressure was low.

Loved our room. Only received 2 bath towels each day. Asked several times for more towels and never got them! Price for overnight parking was too high. Breakfast was good except for the eggs. They didn’t taste like real eggs…

The room was nice and well put together. However, there were few things that would keep me from going back again. First, parking was $28 per night....in Irvine!! They have you hostage and stick it to you. Second, the key cards didn't work the first time. It wasn't just me, I met another guest in the elevator and he had the same issue. Third, the cleaner take up the elevators in the morning and you have to wait forever so you are forced to use the stairs. They line up and there must have been a dozen of them and they do not let the guest join them. This is really unacceptable.

I like staying here because it is a 5 minute walk to the airport and it is usually quiet. I was a little disturbed this time by the door latch not latching easily. The cost for the stay also seemed higher than usual. For getting in after dark and leaving early and not being able to take advantage of the included breakfast, $225 for a night to have a place to sleep is rather ridiculous. But, it is Orange County.

Always enjoy our stay here, however check-in staff is often hit or miss on Customer Service. Our check-in was met with a lack of courtesy and friendliness. The lady, manager or senior person, was very rude. We love Hampton hotels but will sadly change to another location. Connecting, greeting and being pleasant is important as the front office personnel.

This is the second Hilton I’ve stayed at in Orange County that the customer service was extremely surprising. Nothing at the status or level of the Waldorf Astoria, the Hilton Flagstaff. I’m not really sure who’s hiring Hilton’s employees but they all should be retrained on CUSTOMER SERVICE and friendliness keyword friendliness. If I wanted treatment like the DMV, I’d wait in line there. I know Hilton can do better than that.

Emily and Allison were amazing. They checked in on me during my stay to make sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be coming back and so excited for my next trip knowing how seamless and pleasant this stay is. The rooms are large, cozy, quiet, so clean and just perfect.

I was charged for car parking and had no car. Im glad I brought the keys down to avoid that issue. I was able to receive a refund after addressing that however very embarrassing! I thought this hotel had the chef who makes the omlets but didnt. The sausage was undercooked, the rest of the food was pleasant.

Iesha and Iliana were very warm and welcoming. The breakfast provided a nice selection of foods and beverages. Everything was clean and in order. Maid service was outstanding.

Given a handicapped room without my asking. Also was not told how to lower the shade (I had arrived late at night and the desk person was a little curt).

The shampoo dispenser was empty. Toilet seat was odd shape. It was curved in a strange angle.

Emily at the check in was very welcoming and helpful. She sent a shuttle over to pick me up from the airport. That gentleman was very friendly and helpful in providing details on the area and food. Emily checked up on me too regarding the room. They were do friendly and welcoming. My son and I loved the place. Hot breakfast was yummy too. We will stay here again when we come in town. Thank you for a great visit!!!
