I asked for a room facing the street, instead I got a room facing the neighborhood. I had family picking me up, where I could see them. It was a surprise for my sister’s graduation from UNLV. They had to call me and ruined the surprise

Comfortable beds. Great shower. Friendly front desk personel. Carpet on the floor was soft and well padded. Room was clean. Front desk was accomadating to our needs. Check in was loud because many of the staff were entertaining a dog in the lobby. Yes, theres a kitchen, but no cooking utensils. Stool lid was loose. Drain plug in shower didn't work. Bathroom sink did not hold water. We stayed here about a month ago and we found this pkace to be top notch. We must have gotten a well used roim this time, compared to last time. Overall, it was pretty decent.

Everything was great from the staff to the clean spacious rooms. By far the best bang for your buck! I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was! I will definitely be back when in town

Good, friendly and comfortable. However, this all depends on your needs. If you are staying here for all the benefits, you might be surprised. The room has a kitchenette but that's as far as it goes...NO equipment!!! No pots, plates, bowls or even a can opener. Of course you can purchase them at the desk for an inflated price but that is probably not what you expected or budgeted for and it certainly wasn't what I expected

The room smells immediately of dogs. It was significant. When checking in the person told me my room was not ready but i left my phone number to call me when it was ready. She said it wouldn't be too long before housekeeping had one ready. 2.5 hours later i came back and she had just checked in two other guests. I didn't get a call. The next day my key card didn't work so i came back down to the lobby. The same gal told me that my phone deactivated it. Thats not how RFID works and not scientifically possible, but whatever. There are absolutely no dishes, silverware utensils or cookware in the room despite the room being equipped with a kitchen. At most hotels, Those are typically standard in this type of room. Nearly every time i tried to use the elevator there was a housekeeper or maintenance person with a large cart taking up all of the space. The elevator is too small to squeeze into. I ended up taking the stairs nearly every time i went to my room. Overall this property is low quality, the staff seems disinterested or poorly trained. I did not get the feeling that guest satisfaction was prioritized. The hotel was not priced according to these flaws. It was overpriced for what it offered and i won't be returning to this hotel again

On Feb 02 We booked and paid a room with 2 queen beds for the feb 17 night . When we arrived . we been told there was only 1 room with 1 bed left. because overbooked By the daytime staff. It was very late in the evening . We are out of choice. But to sleep on the floor. That’s a smoking room also

Nice place and very clean. Staff was very helpful. Only problem was a smell in our room, smelled like a dog had urinated. Only place the smell was evident. Rest of hotel smelled fine

Clean rooms and common areas, friendly staff, comfortable beds, full-sized refrigerator, good shower, good sized-room, pet friendly and dining options within walking distance. Very good option if you need to stay in the North Las Vegas area. We were there visiting family and it fully met our needs and expectations.

New or renovated rooms. With fridge, microwave, cabinets and stove. Need car for travel. Multiple bus for get to Las Vegas Strip takes more than a hour.

I would prefer less plastic and more cups, glasses etc. It's a quiet place, which I recommend when you want to escape the lights flashing in LA

Our room was old, appliances did not work, breakers kept breaking, cold coffee in the lobby, staff does not clean rooms everyday so beds don't get made up and towels must be reused UNLESS you want to exchange them yourself at the lobby. Staff at front desk was LAZY and manger was really rude....I was even asked to leave the property 2 days early due to my "behavior" regarding the issues I mentioned above. I received no help at all with these issues by any level of staff at the cooperate level of My Place either.

Nervy to charge resort fees when nothing there no pool, spa, excercise room etc. no breakfast, not even a night stand each to set our phones, watches etc. totally old, bare bones but was clean. Bed not good quality, lumpy. Hard to find.

Wonderful (pet) room, sparkling clean, easy access & quiet, however, construction on building going up right next door AND across the street produced dust and noise and made walking anywhere a bit difficult.

Our room wasn't cleaned once while we stayed, had to get toilet paper and other essentials in the 5 days stayed. We had two rooms one was cleaned a few times and stocked, the other room not once in 5 days. Did mention to staff. No amenities other then bad coffee, that was not replished unless you asked for it. They just didn't check or unaware of the guests.The description included a breakfast which they did not offer and price was not adjusted to accommodate this change. When asked at front told they don't do breakfast any longer. This was one of the reasons this hotel was chosen. There Kitchenette in both rooms had no pots/pans/dishes you had to purchase these which is useless as we all flew in and then what do you do with all the expensive kitchen items afterward. Again this were all reasons we chose this hotel and they did NOT meet what was advertised at all. So very over priced as the price doubled for the time period we were there for the races and NO Amenities. I have NEVER stayed at a place with this price point at the time when we traveled and this lack of service to guests, and false information. We also chose because of location to track and the amenities (none existence) next time we will chose from other hotels in the area. Very disappointed. There was lots of potential to being decent if kitchenettes were stocked with dishes as a grocery store close by. If they would have provided what is advertised. The front desk staff were never at counter. Also we booked a 2 night stay and 2nd day room key did not work had to have reset. Coffee in lobby never refilled. No coffee at 730 am or dinner time. Price for stay was way too high.

This little hotel is super clean and the bed was sparking white with puffy cloud pillows! The strip and downtown hotels were booked and way overpriced the weekend we needed to stay so we chose “My Hotel” in North Las Vegas. It was a peaceful drive to downtown for breakfast and Fremont Experience & no that much farther to the strip. The only bummer for me was that I wish they had a pool!!! But if I ever need a quick stop, I would definitely stay here again!

Check-in was quick and easy, and it didn't matter that we got in late. Checkout was easy as well, and it didn't matter that we left very early in the morning. Parking was easy, beds were comfortable, room was spacious and clean. We didn't have time for breakfast or pool, so we can't give opinion on that, but for this trip it met our needs nicely.

Had to attend a funeral and looked for place to stay. After looking at the reviews, we choose this hotel. Very nice, pleasant and cheerful staff. Very clean and upscale at a reasonable price.

The hotel elevator was broken for more than a week according to the staff person. They allowed people to book the hotel without informing us and so once I arrived, realizing that I could not climb 3-4flights with luggage I had to find another hotel at the last minute. The staff person was nice but couldnt offer any help. She felt bad and offered to help me find another hotel. I can say she seemed embarrassed after admitting the elevator had been broken for more than a few days but she coudnt control when the elevator got fixed but management and corporate could. I ended up going to another hotel which cost more and did not offer free breakfast. I recommend guests call the hotel directly before you book on any 3rd party site to ensure things are working especially if you have any disability or even the slightest physical.challenges.
