Front desk personnel were helpful. The pool view was a nice addition to the stay. Nice gardens. The room however was kind of dingy and dark. The bathroom! I would not step in that shower barely wanted to use the toilet. It's sufficed our needs for a place to sleep.

It was horrible! There were roaches and dirty towels and dirty sheets never gave us cleans ones after we asked! Looked like nothing was ever cleaned they were not friendly at all!!

I have felt a attack 😫 of bugs upon entering the property. It looks okay on the outside but as you get closer to your room. U realize the type of current guests make u wonder if u safe. Not the best rooms as dusting needs to be done and major repairs. Thr bed seemed half broke or something as the middle is suck in. Overall this is the worst hotel i ever stayed at in my life. The only plus is the young lady at the front desk. I thought she was being nice not charging me the cash deposit that is supposed to be required. However after being on the property for only a few mins i realized why. This is the most ghetto, run down motel i have ever witnessed in my life. Pleasee do not stay here or you will regret it. This takes the cake of you get what you pay for. Its not even worth $50 😕

there were bugs in the room the toilet was running one bed was sagging in the middle curtains were nailed to wall so u couldnt close properly just a place my family didnt feel safe also a lot of unsavory characters in the parking lot but they did have an armed guard walking around for your protection just remember the pics online do not represent the rooms offered at all we checked out 5-10 minutes after checking in with no refund

I'd like to share my feedback on this hotel room. Unfortunately, the room was unsatisfactory as it appeared unclean and had a strong unpleasant odor, possibly due to black mold. The beds and furniture were dirty, and there were signs of inappropriate activities. Despite my complaint at the front desk, the issue was not addressed, and the overall hygiene of the room was subpar. Additionally, the staff's behavior was concerning, and I had to seek accommodation elsewhere due to these unpleasant conditions

The desk chair was stained and not usable. Floor was dirty with stains of spills that were not cleaned. No security lock. Incense sticks on floor and stuck in the holes of the wall. No back on the remote control. Bathroom door was rotted and unable to close.

I was told my room was ready but it was ready because the lady was heading to clean it. My door looks like it was kicked in and someone might have tried to break in, I felt unsafe.

Was really surprise that Expedia would recommend this place. We were told that we were in a non smoking room, but all you could smell in our room was smoke. This place was very dirty and unsafe. We were very scare at night and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

It was awful if im being honest. Will not come back. Didnt know we couldnt pay before the "pay on site" So we ended up LOSING 98 dollars! Plus I had to find a ATM to get cash for a deposit ON TOP of being charged again for a room. Told my room was cancelled and I had to get a hold of Hotel. Com. It was such a disaster!! And my room was definitely lacked stuff.

Door jamz rotted off bugs crawling in and out. No place to hang a shirt or a coat. No kleenex. Towels, sheets, debris, personal belongings lying around the property for days. Good luck contacting the front desk on your cell phone. Shower curtain about 8 in too high. Curtain hung on two drywall screws. bathroom floor consequently always a wet mess. Cabinet, dresser, table and disc repair. Refrigerators about to fall through the bottom of that cabinet. I've seen higher quality and better looking furniture and Goodwill.

So first of all theres a 50 dollar cash security deposit that i was not informed about until i got to the front desk and who even carries cash anymore? Secondly i tried to ask for a late checkout and they actually said they charged 20 dollars an hour for every hour after 11?! Thats absolutely ridiculous! The room itself wasnt very nice or clean and the shower wouldnt even get hot. It got luke warm after bein in there for about 10 minutes. And the cherry on the awful cake was that the wifi is so awful i couldnt even watch movies on it. It was entirely unusable. I know my stay was only 60 bucks after all was said and done but ive stayed in far nicer places for 50. DO NOT STAY HERE! U WILL REGRET IT!

This property is just as described. I read the reviews of others but this place didn't smell like mold and my room was fairly clean. We will stay again if ever in town.

Good location! The room stunk. floors were filthy & sticky, couldn't close bathroom door because the couch was in the way, no place to hang clothes, leaves blew in from under door, and it was my husband & I and it took 3 days for us to get 2 towels and 2 washcloths (after asking the day after we registered). Also front sign by road never lit up. Making it difficult to find it after dark. Will never stay there again. Got sick after leaving there.

Where to start ..dirty, soap scum, noisy, the cops were there for drama and did I mention bedbugs? I've been to jails that are cleaner. Wish I could upload pics. NEVER AGAIN

I stayed for 2 months for business. Renewed my stay 4 times in that period. Each time they made me pay an early check in fee of $25. There is a $50 cash only deposit. On the 3rd renewal they told me my $50 deposit disappears after 28 days which is not posted anywhere in the office nor online. The manager claims they couldn’t do anything about it and the owner declined to call me about it when asked. In the first room I had it came with no refrigerator, sheets, or towels. But it did have German roaches to keep me company. Had I not been there for business and had nothing else set up at the time I would not have chosen that place and left. The only good thing about the place was the really nice and professional night manager

1st room 210 no remote. 2nd room SMELL LIKE PISS POOP AND SHOWER DID NOT GET HOT UNTIL I LET IT RUN FOR 45 MINS. THEY DON'T CARE IT'S ABOUT MONEY. They drive TESLA ELECTRIC AUTOMOBILES

1/10..... No phones in the room, no remote to the TV, no chairs at the desk, fridge didn't shut correctly, no plate in the microwave, burn holes in the blankets, ripped curtains, and a bug crawled out of the fridge when we were leaving....Thank goodness it was just a sleep stop, good thing the beds were comfy.

My 3rd time staying there in past 3 weeks ..but there is no hot water..door key couldn't get to work..so every time I left someone would have to let me in. Switched rooms twice ..no remote..just horrible

They forced me to stay at the property after i asked to cancel the reservation and then proceeded to switch me into 4 different rooms before a room was even partly acceptable. Had no towels, soaps, the tub was dirty and cracked, none of the doors fit the frames, mold in the ceiling, etc. Need my refund definitely

The staff was very rude wouldn't give any towels or blankets. Ask several times thought it was funny and said someone would bring them to our room. 3 hours later went back and the same man gave me one towel and acted absolutely dumb about the whole situation. Wouldn't ever book anything at this hotel ever again.

Hotel had beds with just a fitted sheet, no refrigerator, no towels, no toilet paper, no soap, no ice machine. For the price in the area if you can get past that you can’t beat it for multiple days.
