Check in was fine. But be aware they just got new owners so they’re doing renovations. The elevators were broke, so my mother in law who uses a cane had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Had we known that before booking, we probably wouldn’t have booked. There were no curtains in the room, only painters paper covering the window. Beds were comfy, and the a/c was cold. This place will be really pretty after the renovations, I’m sure. But if you have someone that needs to use the elevator, find somewhere else.

The phots on the hotels.com website do not in any way match the condition the hotel is in. There is definitely not a lake anywhere. The hotel is under construction, Trash everywhere, the elevator was inoperable and they put us on the third floor. The attendant gave me four rooms that where not guest ready finally she came upstairs to identify a room guest ready as I stated previously the elevator was not working so I had to go back to the front desk 4 times from the third floor because the rooms were not guest ready! Listen I understand the construction and I appreciate them doing the renovations, the hotel should not be open until it is ready for guests. Suppose I was disabled or someone in my party could not climb stairs. I brought fishing poles to fish with my children due to the pictures I saw; however there was no lake. I checked out early had a 2 night stay could not endure another night. The paint smell and mildew smell was unbearable. I had a party of 5 and only 2 towels in the bathroom. When I asked for more I was told it would take 30 minutes. For what the entire second floor was being renovated no guests on that floor at all. Very disappointed. I believe once the renovation is complete this will be a true gem. Until then do not operate!

The pool heater is broken. There is no where near the amenities as listed on here. No breakfast. The vending machine will charge double and then give you your money back within 15 min. They are currently transferring ownership this week. Maintenance guy is awesome!!! He also is the guy that cleans up the rooms. The staff here are minimal and don't take any crap from people getting unruly. I would definitely stay here on the staff's merit alone.

Love this place. I came in for a funeral and was relieved to know they don't mind pets. It's an extra 15 bucks. The staff has been excellent and considering I work remotely I've decided to stay a few extra days.

We loved the staff and the hotel. We had issue. There were several roaches in our room. We’d love to stay again but f that weren’t the case. A free night or one key cash credit to give them a second chance.

Looks like they given up! Overpriced for what we received. Roaches everywhere never a person at the front desk. Hot tub leaked water constantly, being smoke free was totally nonexistent. Business center was full of furniture. No comforter on the bed. Bedding was old. Very dirty mirror were filthy. Lighting was out Old and run down Never Again!!

Definetly not the best hotel. Carpets have stains through the whole place. Roaches everywhere. Had to switch rooms immediately cause the TV didn't work, and the room hadn't been cleaned. Second room was better. Only seen one roach in it.

The photos on the ad are misleading as the dock pictures and building pictured is NOT this properly. This property is not on the water. Also, the bed, tv and furniture are super cheap and uncomfortable. Also, they have a severe cockroach and bug problem. Ot is basically a nasty property tat I drove out of my way to be here due to the false advertising on Expedia. I am extremely disappointed.

Don’t stay here. It’s extremely run down, not taken care of, vandalized, and unsafe. My rooms lock was literally broken off my door, but no care was given. I walked in and immediately walked out and went to another hotel. They will not give me a refund either.

There was no soap, only a foil pack of shampoo but had to use that to clean the jacuzzi tub. No bags for ice bucket, ice machine broken, elevator broken, sheets were dirty, about 7 different types of hair between sheets. Hair all over floor, sinks, tubs. ROACHES everywhere and very loud

Rooms are updated, but beds are not new, or if they are, they're CHEAP. The rooms were NOT cleaned. There was a full cigarette ash and used razor cap on bathroom counter, plus running roaches when we went to turn on the lights. AND...there was literally a vibrator where the Bible should have been in the nightstand. The smoke detector was off and ther elevator is broken.

Super super super dirty. Sheets and towels had hair and boogers all over them. The room was full of roaches tons of them. Everything was just grimy and dirty. Bed was old squeaky and uncomfortable. The air conditioner was super loud and moldy, the room smelled old and moldy. No coffee. Nasty tub and toilet. Also very loud day and night in the hallways, at some point a man was screaming obscenities and threats from the lobby to other guests upstairs for an hour it was terrifying. I couldn't even stay the night I left. I want a refund.

We went into room and initially found 1 roach dead. Wasnt a big feal we woke up and found 5 more roaches crawling around floor and on wall. The A/C didnt blow cool enough even set to 60°f We felt we were burning up/ muggy(humid) in our room. Our bath/shower and the jacuzzi tub even quickly had cold water pouring out of faucet after turning in hot water. Electrical wires could be seen sitting in the inside of the light fixtures along the hall. The stairwell reaked of mols/ cigarettes/ and ither substances. Theres even a swatstika on the wall between floor 1 & 2! Couldnt make complaints to front desk due to person not being available around time of checkout. Overall horrible experience and potentially will be seeking reimbursement from said hotel.

10 plus small german roaches upon entering the room. Walls, bathroom, bathrub, floors, etc. Extremely sticky floors. Dingy in general. We check out and requested refund immediately.

This place was beautiful back in its day. Today it appears to be struggling while in the process to find that same beauty again. Having said this, it’s a great place for the price. The rooms are Large and comfortable. The water pressure was spectacular. The woman who checked me in was gracious and accommodating. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to stay here. It ain’t the Ritz but it’s definitely a phenomenally cheap place to stay and in today’s economy, this really matters! My only complaint is that there was no coffee.

Never checked in- no staff walked around for 20 minutes looking for someone, no furniture in lobby dirty towels thrown all over in hallway, roaches on walls. Left and checked into Holiday Inn down the street. I live in Seabrook and room was for a family member- very embarrassing! Place should be shut down. Seabrook is a nice community and thus property does not belong!

Rhe hotel was in a great apot for where we were going. There waa roaches everywhere. They had to come connect the tv before we could watch. No staff on duty. Had to call number if needed anything. No elevator. Aweful!!!

No personnel at the front desk the majority of our stay. Lobby restrooms...out of order. Elevator...out of order. Musty smell in halls, mildew in tubs and sinks. Room was clean and freshly mopped but it wasnt long before the little bigs started appearing. NOT bed bugs. Water bugs or something. Pool was shut down for 2 days of our 5 days to add shock...started middle of the day on a Sunday. We tolerated all the terrible things because we were there and no rental car. But no offer of compensation was offered for any of the hassles we had to endure.

We arrived at the room around 10:30 PM. The hallways are not air conditioned and it was 100 degrees outside. The elevator was broke so we tired luggage up 3 flights of stairs. YV in room did not work… we needed it on to drown the barking dog in the room next door. Guy came to look at TV , punched a button on the back… still didn’t work so he said to call the front desk after awhile and he would come back as he was in the middle of a big issue in another room. Went to take my makeup off and just try to make it through the night but saw 3 roaches in the bathroom when I turned on the light. Checked out at 11:00 PM 30 minutes after my arrival. Worst place I’ve ever see . Booked 3 nights and left at 11 pm and paid $200 to stay at Marriott courtyard.

Cockroaches all over bathroom and room. Only 1 towel each. Squeaky old beds, different types if hair in the bathtub. VERY loud AC. Overall worn down hotel, that smelled of marihuana most of the time, no service people to see anywhere...

The room was halfway clean the mini refrigerator was not working, the elevator was down and never got fix, ice machine on 2nd floor not working, no stuffing at front Desk very por service and no breakfast at all and there are cockroaches not recommended this place at all.

Terrible condition, smelled like cigarettes everywhere!! The minute we opened our room there were like 10 roaches running around. Please just expend a little extra money somewhere else this place isn’t worth it.

My boyfriend and myself showed up after 12am Saturday, I had already checked in around 8pm on Friday evening. I left the room key in his truck since we ubered there. We waited for at least 30-40 mins for someone to come to the front desk so we could get another room key. No one came. We saw someone who looked like he was apart of housekeeping but he just ran away and we never saw him again. So had to Uber back to our vehicle. Finally arrived at the hotel, first off the hotel had an extremely eerie feeling. There was blue paint on some of the doors. It looked as if they tried to paint over the peep hole. The door didn’t close by itself and just stayed open. My boyfriend and myself only used the restroom with the main room door open cause honestly I was completely scared out of my mind. I heard crying when we arrived with the room key. It stopped quickly once we opened the room door. Something is going on at that hotel. It is not safe at all.
