Their assistance during my birthday celebration was nothing short of exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect, from the best arrangement for the celebration to a surprise upgrade that made the experience even more memorable. Room was clean and well-appointed. Staff was very helpful, setting up a crib in our room when asked at check-in. Every morning the housekeeping staff was always on hand to see if we needed any fresh towels or bottles of water, since we opted to not have our room made up.

Very convenient as it is next to a small mall with restaurants and supermarket. Airport bus stop & MTR station are also nearby. Room is clean. Will stay again.

See side view, check inn was fast and helpful
workers . Lot of different things to eat in morning buffet. Club room was comfortable and good service.

Overall stay was good
Location next to harbour, view from room was not bad. Also next to a mall, limited things but at least there’s a high end supermarket.
Room was comfortable but not sound proof enough. You can hear the neighbors.
Eco-friendly initiative is good but they also don’t replenish water or other amenities unless you call housekeeping.
Buffet breakfast was wonderful.

The hotel was nice and clean, though the setup of the lobby was a bit annoying. There was a false fire alarm one night which really annoyed me. The staff were apologetic, but it also seemed like "evacuation" was really poorly planned in the sense that I went down the emergency staircase and doors were closed etc.
But other than that minor disruption in one night, I enjoyed my stay

The location is convenient and the staffs are excellent, always willing to help. Have a really wonderful and relaxing time here. Definitely will come back in the next trip.

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong. It is a beautiful hotel with great restaurants and an amazing view of the harbour. The staff were particularly outstanding. When we were checking in, we'l mentioned to the reception agent Cody that it was my birthday, and he sent a gift bag, cake, and wine. Cody gave us remarkable service.

Generally overall service were excellent. However, it was in the middle of the residential area so if you are looking for waling distance restaurant and other place to go it will be not easy.

This is one of my best choices during the HK travel this time. Clean, quiet, best location. It is a little bit far from the Central station. You have to take a bus or subway to get there. However, that is the good thing about this hotel. Actually, it is not that far from the sight-seeings.

Really nice hotel, really nice rooms. The „standard room“ is a bit small, but totally normal for Hong Kong.
Room service: ordered breakfast to the room one; was ok, but really not great; definitely nothing compared to other food you can get in that city. One thing to keep in mind: roof top swimming pool is gorgeous but for a hotel of this size, it’s relatively small. So IF you go during the vacation season in the summer, it’s gonna be a bit crowded and you won’t have a poolside chair.
