I enjoyed my stay, but the kids that were staying in the hotel were horrible. There are throwing in the eating area and none of your staff cleaned it up. Your staff did not refill the items when needed.

Water pressure wasn’t great. It was clean and spacious. Sheets for the pullout bed weren’t in the room as they usually are at a homewood suites. We called and they brought us some. Room overall was comfortable.

I enjoy the room. Large and spacious . A lot of room for the family. I did not like the sink outside the bathroom. I also did not like the Breakfast on Tuesday.

Our first room had no light-darkening curtains, so we had to request another room. Our second room had a toilet that would not flush. We were told the hotel had no maintenance person at night, so we moved a third room which was acceptable. The staff at the front desk were accommodating.

Great service, very clean and sanitized smell, and the layout of the suite is very stylish. It had an ambience of home. We were greated in a spirit of excellence. I will definitely stay at this location again in Ry Mt.

There were several other hotels in that same area, all very nice. There was an outback restaurant close and several others within a mile

Our stay overall was great. The only complaint would be a party was allowed to hang out on the patio well beyond quiet hours and the patio was located right outside my window on the 3rd floor. Keeping me and my significant other up until midnight.

This hotel makes you pay a $400 cash deposit for local residents. I recent moved from Rocky Mount to Charlotte. I come home to see my family and check on my property every 2 weeks. Most people dont have $400, especially in cash. I feel this is discrimination against low income residents. I even showed my Charlotte lightbill, proving where I stay, but they did not budge. By the way im a 48 year old grandfather and they know im not there to trash the hotel. Very disappointed in Hilton for letting hotel put up rule like this. Suppose there is an emergency situation and a local person cant stay at their home? needs to stay

The Hotel staff are very helpful and professional. The location is great. There is an Outback Restaurant within walking distance.

Large, clean and well-equipped room. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was quiet. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was nice and hot, and the staff were friendly. If we come back to Rocky Mount we will definitely stay here again.

Only bad thing to say is they refused to give us dry pool towels when ours where soaked. We tried turning in wet towels for the dry ones...it was no per "policy". Also I know there was not a shortage of towels because me and my family where the only ones at the pool the whole day.

I have stayed in many hotels in the United States and around the world. I have never encountered reception staff as hopelessly incompetent as the staff at this hotel. It's as if management choose people whose temperament, interests, and intellectual capacities are totally unsuited for the job, and then deliberately trained them to be as terrible as possible. If you stay here, you risk big headaches with reception and you risk being ripped off (charged twice for the same night's stay). Stay anywhere but here.

The front desk was cordial. However, they didn’t go over the hotel facilities. When I got to the room, it was a large square with the bathroom in an alcove. There was no remote for the tv, the couch I didn’t go near, it was beat up and stained. The coffee table was beat up, some of the utensils were rusted. The mattress did appear clean, and thankfully no bedbugs. I hate to think what I would’ve seen with an IR light. So, if you’re just staying overnight or a bank robber looking to ditch for a few hours, it’s ok. I certainly wouldn’t stay for any length of time

Booked 6 weeks ahead through Expedia. Day before received a confirmation email. Day of our reservation, left at midnight and drove 14 hours from Florida on our trip up north with my wife and two dogs. Arrived at 2 pm, an hour before check in. Went to register only to find our stay was cancelled as the hotel overbooked and reportedly the manager has already left for the day, on a Friday no less, so no one to complain to. Never again. Didn't know that overbooking hotel rooms was a thing. Stay there at your own risk.
