Finally! A great hotel in Doral! It looks and feels like new, the rooms are comfortable and super clean, great staff, big parking lot, close to Dolphin and International Mall. The cookies at the front desk are a nice detail, making you feel at home!

It was not okay. About what I expected from a Doubletree. Not terrible but not great.

Excelent hotel for family and or business travel. Clean facilities and rooms, and close to many retail and restaurant options. The hotel food and bar options were great as well. Friendly and excellent communications with the staff.

The experience was almost perfect except for the shower that leaked terribly. The entire bathroom floor was wet after each shower.

It certainly has a much better grade than it should. The hotel did not look clean. We found a hair in our bedsheet and we were in doubt if they changed from the previous guest

Nice hotel. Very quiet side of town, which we really liked. Breakfast was $55 for two people for the buffet which wasnt worth the price at all.

We were delayed because of flight issues. We received a text making sure everything was ok. When we arrived super late, the front desk workers were greeted us with huge smiles.

It was just very user-friendly, easy to park, easy to manage. The staff was very polite and helpful. Just Easy stay while we are down in Miami. Would stay again. Thank you.

My wife left her shoes and coat behind we left and realized 5 days later and when we called they had them in lost and found we were home already back to michigan and they offered to ship them back to us, that is unbelievable service and we will definately be back when we visit miami.

Went on a couples trip. It was that time of the month for my gf and there was a little mess on the sheets. Upon asking for new ones, I was told I’ll be charged an extra $200 for something we couldn’t control. Customer service was rude all because I’m trying my best to resolve the issue. Spoke to 4 different ppl and seems like they don’t want to resolve the problem. This isn’t right and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. They’re just taking advantage because they know they can having your card on file.

We love this hotel. The staff, especially STEVE is the absolute BEST! It is conviently located next to Miami international which is a walk away and very close to Dolphin mall and Walmart and lots of food places. The shuttle service is top tier. My only issue is the $50 a day security fee which is quite costly as we spend quite a lot of time there....mostly a week at a time and it cannot be paid in cash so it ties our money up quite a bit. Wouldn't mind a flat fee of $100 a stay.

This is a very clean and quiet cozy hotel to stay and close to great shopping and dining. Exceptionally warm and friendly staff to welcome and accommodate you during your stay.

I received 4 text messages asking if I needed anything extra for my stay. I wanted extra coffee and creamer in my room
I also made same request when I placed a room service order.
I never received what I requested.
Don’t bother sending a text if you aren’t going to action or reply.

Not close to restaurants which proved difficult as the shuttle was NOT reliable! We actually waited 60 minutes for shuttle which never showed up despite assurances from phone calls to hotel stating that it would be there “ in a few minutes “. Our closet door mirror had a VERY nasty stain caused by a human male, although cleaned by staff it left a very unpleasant view of hotel room. There was an extremely loud party with music which was still going on at 01:30 keeping us awake, we rang down to ask that this was addressed.Front desk staff pleasant and tried hard with everything, they make the hotel welcoming.
