The room was amazing! It had a kitchenette fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils. It was a very large room with 2 beds and a couch. We were on the 4th floor-view was great. Bathroom was great. Staff was super friendly and check on our stay every day. Nice breakfast every morning.

My biggest complaint is the $10 parking fee.

The room was well laid out and well provisioned for having a meal there. Loved that there was a dish washer.
Also really appreciated that there were drawers in the bathroom to put stuff away

Good place for a family to stay: clean, very affordable for the quality. The desk staff did their job, and they were nice, but could be improved. Otherwise great place.

Enjoyed staying here very much. Be aware that the parking fee is $10 a night. Very close to stores, food, etc.

The beds and shower were great. However the breakfast wasnt very good. They only had chocolate muffins. Also there were waffles but no bacon, sausages or eggs. All sweet stuff with the exception of yogurt.

Hotel was 10/10. Family friendly, staff was amazing. Provided board games that were enjoyable for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Location for me was perfect, and there is even a Camp Bow Wow across the street. My canine buddy Hank was a happy camper. The next time I come to Longmont I will stay here.

The location of this property was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The item I was not happy with was, a request to pay for a parking permit.

My only complaint is tat there is a $10 per day parking fee which was a surprise. Otherwise, very nice place.

I stayed 6 nights and only one day did they clean the room even though I was told that cleaning was every other day.
The same breakfast every day.
A small soap, a dish soap, no shampoo for 6 days.

The rooms were recently remodeled, yet the carpet was stained. The bathroom floor wasn’t clean. There was a lot of noise (people above me and to the side of me; loud traffic all night outside the window). I recommend ear plugs if you stay here. Breakfast was mediocre. I would not stay here again.

It is hard for our family to get together we are spread out. It is our tradition to get together at sometime close in a central location. The guy's do hunt and the girls craft. Your staff was very pleasant at letting us all hang out in the lobby area. it worked out well and we will come back.

All the staff was helpful, especially Melanie at the front desk during check in. The staff checked in with us regularly via text. Breakfast every morning was very good.

My wife and I were quite impressed by this hotel - this chain may become our go to hotel to look for when traveling in the 2.5-3 star range. Very impressed with its cleanliness, finishings, and the breakfast was excellent. I think its silly they charge for parking (no hotel should charge in this price/star range) but other than this we had no complaints.

The hotel is very clean. The staff are very nice and helpful! Even though I didn’t cook this time, but there is a kitchen, and it is very suitable for a long stay.

The suite was sufficiently equipped for a nice extended stay, amenities well maintained around the property. Common area was generously spacious, offering outlets all around. Decor was uncluttered & modern. Impressed with the simple but quality standard for breakfast, most of all. The ceramic plateware & metal cutleries made a huge difference, stands out in class. Noticeable when certain staff tries to push for use of disposable :( Appreciated Justin's friendliness and positive energy during breakfast service. Worth recommending this place.

The front desk staff and food staff were great. The room suite was comfortable but oddly configured. They charged for parking which seemed completely unnecessary and unjustified. The complimentary breakfast was quite adequate.

Very noisy neighbors at 0100. Called the front and they said “yeah we have already been up there twice. We will see what we can do”. I didn’t find that to be an acceptable answer. That issue needs to be promptly addressed.
Either way the walls are thin.

This is a nice place, but I was angry that we had to pay a $10.00 per day parking fee. This is Longmont and parking is not at a premium! This is ridiculous, and I won’t be staying in these hotels again because it seems like a greedy move to have that charge here!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is clean and well maintained, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Excellent breakfast! I loved the eco friendly plates and utensils. Views were so wonderful! I thought when I booked the reservation that breakfast and parking were included. It turned out that parking is $10 fee a night. The room was very comfortable and excellent water pressure for shower.

The hotel itself was o k. It was very, very noisy inside their rooms. You could literally hear everything that the people above you and next to you were saying. And traffic is terrible trying to get into the hotel. There's never a good time to try and get there where it's not a crazy amount of traffic. They need to install stop lights at that intersection. The breakfast is just microwave food and some fruit and yogurt. Nothing special. I always do a wipedown of the room, the remote was so filthy that the wash cloth was black. I brought it to the front desk attention. When I inquired on it later she said that the house keeper did not really seem surprised.
