Busy hotel near Convention Center and easy walking distance to most attractions

We had a larger party to stay and chose the larger suite option with a full kitchen. It was a short visit but having dished, a full fridge and 3 beds made the visit very nice. The breakfast was good and a very pleasant stay for our staff.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was great!

The property was good. We reached the hotel 3hrs earlier than the advertised checkin time but we were allowed to checkin without any question,
great! there were some mess up in the checkin Process though, Booked suite but was allocated with studio. Had to come down to the reception to change the room. It is ok to make mistakes but there should have been a sorry or some kind of realization of the mistake but there was no such sign from the person who was taking care of checkin.

I thought the bar area was too bright and not conducive to having a nice quiet drink.

Really loved our stay here. Were had a work retreat and the double bed room with plenty of seating kitchen was perfect. So conveniently located two so many walkable restaurants, downtown, chinatown. definitely stay here again!

The security guard and valley parking was horrible.

Our room was nice overall. We weren't able to close the main blind in the kitchen, reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done. So, great big window in the kitchen with no privacy during our 4 night stay.

Staff didn’t care and didn’t gave us options for the check in and we waited for 1 hour after we arrived. We had to request separate floors for our 2 rooms in order to be checked in. The rooms that we initially booked weren’t cleaned and the cleaning staff never answer the call to respond for why ir wasn’t available. The at night we had to change rooms because the fridge was broken and water was all over the place. Not staying again in this hotel.

When I travel, I always use Residence Inn. This facility did not disappoint. Clean and spacious. What I appreciated the most is the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff. Thanks so very much, Frank!!! And thanks Logan. Best wishes to you both. On my next visit to DC, this is where I will stay!

Very disappointed as the Marriott did not honor the reservation. Wound up changing rooms 4 times, had people in the rooms for hours trying to fix problems etc.
Also could not contact a person at Expedia to help solve the problem. Not the kind of service I would expect from Marriott or Expedia. ( Note: I am a gold card level user)

Breakfast was decent, room was clean, walls were thick enough to block out screaming kids. Had to have room key to access any floor, so good for security. Laundry was good.

Modernised.
The reception staff was friendly and excellent in their work. The cleaner of our room was not good at all. If we left dishes washed on the sink , she would not pack them. If we didn’t wash a teapot, when we come back in the hotel we will find it the same. Restaurant staff was too casual, taking so long to help. The apartments are very beautiful, the staff should learn to match the standard

Shopping mall is too high end.

Was an okay stay. Nothing too outstanding about this place. Felt like it wasn’t worth what we paid. But It was nice and safe, Had enough room for everyone in my party. Staff was ok. Has free breakfast. No pool. Rooftop bar was more like a club didn’t care for it.
Bed was comfortable.
