It was very modern from the moment you check in in the lobby the room was modern not like the old moldy room. The decor was modern with great lamps and the bathroom was also great. It was immaculately clean the floor and the whole lobby. The breakfast was great lots of options and the serving area was super clean also. Very great will stay again

I was very disappointed as the ratings for the hotel were high. It was nice and clean and fairly new. However, our room was infested with aints. They were crawling all over the coffee counter and bathroom counter. In the morning, our tooth brushes were covered with aints. Breakfast and service were great.

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast staff is the friendliest I have ever seen and the area is immaculately clean. Many restaurants in the area. Close to walking trails.

I booked from December 29 for 3 nights but arrived on the 30th due to an airplane delay. When I got to the hotel, although fully paid for, they told me there were no rooms available. It was 10pm at night and my partner was sick with fever. They bounced us back. And it was already paid for 3 nights!!! We had to find another hotel on the spot. Horrible. Horrible understanding of how to treat human beings.

They put me in a handicap room which made it difficult to take a shower and hold the hand held shower head and the slide would not stay in place. Television didnt work and Sandra was not able to assist because she was the only person on duty. She stated that she would document my issue, but upon checking out there was no documentation of these issues. Neither lights over the night stand didn't work. During checkout no manager was available and no discount was offered.

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fantastic but sausage both weekend days. Need to have bacon atleast one day.

Only issue you we had was getting enough towels wash clothes for three adults and a baby, did not provide enough.

This was our fourth stay at thi.s facility since September 2022. The facility itself is very nice and more than adequate, but what is best are the employees, every one of whom is excellent in every way. Kudos to the manager.

The room was clean but the AC in my room and other’s rooms did not seem to properly cool and it was very humid in the rooms and hallway. Very thin, cheap towels. Water temperature for shower only reached lukewarm. Free breakfast buffet lacked in quality.
