This hotel was very nice and clean. Service was great!

My main complaint with our room was that I paid for a premium king which according to the pictures was to have sofa in it, but our only came with a club chair and ottoman. I called the desk and the lady who answered said that according to the computer the desk was considered the sofa?? It was too late at night to quibble. Otherwise our room was a nice size and comfortable and quiet. The other issue I had was that the walk-in shower floor was slick and I spent my shower with one hand on the door handle to prevent falling. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. All things considered I would stay here again especially for the sound proof room and breakfast.

Stained and old towels, poor customer service, carpets were dirty and bed sheets stained

Had a bad experience. But the GM made my day better! She was really caring. Offered me very good service.

It is in a great location for an overnight stop on a cross country road trip. You can get in/out of Lubbock fast. The hotel is worn and had next to no service staff. When I arrived with a reservation at 4:00PM, I requested a ground floor room away from noise such as ice machines, vending, elevators, and children. They put me on th 3rd floor next to and across from families with with multiple elementary aged school children. Beds were okay, cheap linens. The first tissue I pulled had already been used th wipe lipstick or nail polish and was stuck back into the box. As I went to sleep, I wondered if this would be the first time in hundreds of hotel stays around the US and globally that I would get bed bugs.

Perfectly comfortable stay in a room that was bith functional and fashionable. Best hotel shower ever. Also shoutout to Zeke at front desk for his quick and professional check in accompanied by fun sense of humor. Worth a raise

Our stay was good just one complaint and that was whats the point of asking for a late check out if housekeeping is just going to bug you anyway. Other then that the stay was great.

I thought the hotel was very noisy at night. I could hear everything going on and other doors opening and slamming shut. There were people in the indoor pool late at night, which was no one’s fault it was just very loud and sort of chaotic. I was very underwhelmed with the breakfast. I know there were some new people training, but it was extremely underwhelming.
The beds were comfortable which is important. Random input but the thermostat was next to the bed and at night it turned into a night light and it was SO BRIGHT. Blinding. I thought this was weird.
The hotel also charged me double and I was annoyed that I had to resolve this issue on my own. It took 2 days and it was the hotels fault. Again, nothing was necessarily WRONG, but I did not particularly enjoy my stay. It was however, extremely inexpensive so there is probably a reason for that.

The pool was merky and had hair all in it and floaties and what look like was poop on the ground. Kids running up and down hallway banging on doors. The breakfast was missing a lot of things because they ran out. I have a kid with lots of food allergies and he didn’t find but one thing to eat it was rough. Bed was comfy

The room was ok as far as comfort, but it was a handicap room (which I need) but the bed was too tall and the tub was tall making it hard to get in, Also, I have mobility issues and the room was all the way on the other end from the elevator. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. I probably won't be staying here again

Our room was fairly clean, but could have been better. The room seemed a little bit run down as well. Unfortunately we made the mistake of staying during Texas Tech graduation weekend, so we had some loud neighbors next to us.
While walking down the hallway to our room, we noticed someone's leftover fried chicken laying on the carpet by their door. That was kinda gross.
The breakfast was not good at all. The eggs were cold, potatoes were undercooked, and the gravy was like soup. There was also "stuff" floating in my water that came from their juice/water machine. There was also a sign that asked guests not to bring food up to their rooms, so that made me a little suspicious.
Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice enough hotel room. Clean and convenient. The area around the hotel is in disrepair but once inside it’s decent. We didn’t use any of the amenities, so I don’t know about the breakfast or other extras. Our room was not cleaned at all during a 4 night stay, so the trash in the room collected and we had to ask for additional toilet paper. It served its purpose, but I wouldn’t choose it again.

Excellent customer service but the rooms could have been cleaner. Bedding was old and had an old smell not fresh water pressure in shower needs more pressure

My husband had stayed in this hotel a few months ago and liked it. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee and tea were available in the lobby when we got there, which was much appreciated. Beside the reception desk was a tiny convenience store with toiletries, snacks, drinks, and several varieties of Blue Bell ice cream in $5 pints.
Our room was comfortable and clean, with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The closet had an ironing board and iron. (There was a former guest's bra hiding on the high shelf in the closet, but it wasn't in a place where the cleaning staff would have normally seen it.) There were four pillows on the bed which were soft but thin, which was fine because they could be stacked to make a thicker head support.
The bathroom was beautifully updated with a walk-in shower, and well equipped with generous travel-size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. One of the towels was frayed, but they were all clean. The hair dryer worked well.
Breakfast was ready at 6am and included scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, and make-your-own waffles. Milk, yogurt, fresh fruit and juices were available, as well as cold cereal and oatmeal packets. There were also several varieties of individually wrapped pastries. There was plenty of seating at tables.
We did not use the indoor pool but there were several guests who seemed to be enjoying it. We did use the guest laundry room, and it was fine.

Very clean and tidy, my stay was great. Only complaint is front desk personnel need to work on their customer service, lacking professionalism.

Good hotel, spacious rooms, clean and modern. Wifi was challenging and the staff was not clear about which network was theirs. EV charging available

The gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was awesome. We were there for softball and he talked to my kidos about baseball and softball. The room was pretty clean and than I saw the bedside g it looked like ours had stains everywhere of make up and such. I feel Like if there are a lot of stains and after washing it over and over and it looks bad than it’s time to toss it. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub water was super cloudy and very dark looking . I had to keep going down to get my room keys activated. I didn’t put them but my phone or anything that would have demagnetized them .

Pillows were not comfortable. The AC will not stay on constantly after putting the AC on blast. There was dry blood stains under all sheets in the bed. I guess they didn’t want to throw away the bed or anything since they try to cover it

Walls are super thin. Floors super thin. You can hear everything

Four stars - the overall stay was okay. I wish they stocked things like sheets and bedding for the pullout in the room. It's a pain with kids to have to go back and forth.
The other thing that was lacking was the breakfast. The person in charge didnt keep stuff stocked and they had to be asked for things like cups and napkins. They also let food and items run out and had multiple people asking for more items to be brought out (around 930am). Most of the tables were dirty as well. We amd a few others, cleaned our own areas so we could sit and eat.
Overall it was an okay stay and worked for our purposes.

From the time we checked in until the time we left the staff provided excellent customer service! Room was a decent size and very comfortable. Definitely would stay again!

It was not a place I would recommend staying. The walls are paper thin, could hear everything going on, all through the night. No rooms available to move me. The breakfast was not good, all the fruit was gone halfway through. Eggs were crumbling. Floors were dirty. There is not really a filtered water station like all the other hotels. There are better hotels for this price in Lubbock.

Great hotel, staff very friendly

It was actually horrible. Walls are so thin, I could hear everything above our room. The people were up past 3am and I had to get up around 6am. I kept calling front desk both nights. Different people in room above us each night. I have never been able to hear people above me in a hotel room. Workout room is tiny and hot bc in sane area as pool. Breakfast was not very good. do not recommend this place.

Good location, but the overall cleanliness of the building/property definitely needs to be addressed. All staff were very kind. But the hot tub is disgusting, and there was blood or something that resembled it anyways on the floor and side of one bed that we did not see right away. Definitely check all around your room before getting comfy. The bed was very comfortable. However, I would have liked something other than fether pillows… (I’m pretty sure that’s what they were anyways) those get a 0 rating from me lol.
