The rooms need a good cleaning. I have a toddler who found pills on ground from previous guest. After incident I searched floor and found a small jelly container and a few random things.
It’s a great location. Nice people. But you have to clean rooms throughly. They try to cut corners with less frequent cleanings resulting probably in more work for staff and high expectation on quantity of rooms.

Nothing bad about the trip hotel at all. Wish they had a hot tub, but that’s not an issue. Everyone was great, room was great, if I ever need a hotel in Clermont again I’ll be there

The staff was great. We had a large family representation at the hotel due to a funeral nearby and the staff was just excellent with us. We took over the lobby and everything and they went along with it all. Thank you to their staff for making our stay comfortable during a tough time.

Went for my daughter's wedding in astatula. After a little annoyance with the front desk via phone, sent my fiance to handle check in. After that all was great. Property was accommodating and clean.

This is a great hotel to stay at. It’s clean and rooms are very spacious. The in room kitchenette is very helpful if you have kids. The rooms don’t have stoves but the induction hot plays offered at front desk is a great option. I love that there are two restaurants within walking distance in the parking lot if you need food. The on-site free breakfast is a plus! Delicious options to choose from when you’re in a hurry. No negative complains about my stay. The only suggestion for the hotel is to bring back daily housekeeping. It does make a huge difference when your staying away from home to have that experience and also have that Hilton touch. I also want to add that this is the first hotel that doesn’t give you one ounce bottles of lotion to share between two adults for a week! The in room full size dispensers for shampoo, shower gel, soap and lotion made me happy!

We requested a handicap room when booking. When we arrived it was not a handicap room that was reserved for us. Fortunately, the hotel receptionist was able to fix the problem. If not, my dad would not have been able to shower.

Overall good. Friendly staff. Clean. One of the two elevators was out and that led to occasional wait times over 5 minutes. The window blind for the only window is powered but doesn't work, and it's stuck in the down position.

50% of everything was broken, Elevator, Back Door, Not Very Clean, Worst Coffee I've had. Extremely expensive for what's offered.

Great hotel for families. Convenient for EV travelers with 2 EV parking spaces but unfortunately one of them is shared with a disability car sign . Not great in that same. One night I was unable to charge because the space was taking by a disability car.

While I believe the room was sanitary, it just felt like a lot of people stayed there. We pulled out the pull out sofa bed and crumbs fell out and the mattress pad was dirty. The weights in the gym started at 20 lbs, so I could really work out. Breakfast gets the job done, but the premade breakfast sandwiches were very stale. Beds were comfortable though, and I supposed that’s the main point!

We were only there for hours as we were coming from airport and wanted to just get something quick in between our destination. this was a lovely hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat...great room friendly staff and convenient location to the road!

The employees leave much to be desired at this location. I checked out yesterday morning asking for a call from the manager and still haven’t received one. This hotel is not clean. I asked for one housekeeping service and didn’t get it. The front desk rudely argued that the service was marked as completed. It wasn’t. The room was not clean when we checked in. The shower was really gross and each time we had to request we had to wait 45 mins.

Honestly one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. Nice staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, clean inviting pool. Will definitely stay here again.

I have to say that Denise did everything she could to get me an early check-in! I had a wedding to attend and needed time to get ready. She was so diligent in working so hard to make that happen!!! I am so thankful for her hard and endless work to help me!! Thank you Denise!!!

Booked a Roll in shower for my Wheel chair father and Handicap Mother and confirmed it with hotel days before the trip. The day of arrival was told handicap room not available, that when a customer book on a third party site the hotel can give preference to someone who books directly with Hilton hotel. During the 4 day stay my Dad was not able to take a shower. The hotel was kind enough to put a shower chair for my Mom but still dangerous stepping in to shower and not having the hand held shower head and multiple grab bars hazardous to falling. Asked the Manager if they had a handicap room available after the 1st day and let the front desk know to get us a roll in shower, but none were offered. The service staff from the front desk to the morning breakfast staff were excellent and kind.

Our family had a great stay at Home2 Suites Clermont. Our room was clean and comfortable. Jaime the manager checked in with me before we arrived and during our stay to see if we needed anything. She even hand delivered us some pillows. Location is close to everything.

I felt the room wasn't very clean. There is a strong foot odor to the rooms and felt some of the pillow cases were probably not changed. Not so fresh.
